Wrong maturity-11yrs i place of 5 yrs
Free mediclaimpolicy policy of 6 lacs for family up to policy period & brokerage 10% of premium not given as promised
Policy collected immediately through local man hence we now donot have anything with us

We approached hdfdlife but no help except name of broker.
I am of 73 yrs we can not service these policies for such long time
Pl get my premium back with int

Please beware of calls of those who are introducing himself as manager of reliance life insurance company and asking for lapsed premium.
Actually they are the employee of probus insurance broker ltd (License no. Db 106/03) having office at delhi, they introduce himself as reliance life insurance employee, and offer to give the bonus of certain amount but condition is, you have to buy new policy then they will issue the bonus of rs. 20k or 45k.

Surprisingly they have all personal details which ideally we give to insurance company while filling the proposal form. I don’t understand how they have got all my confidential details which i have provided to reliance life insurance company at the time of purchasing the insurance policy. Might companies are selling the confidential customers details to their brokers. This is only the option where probus have all my details.
After becoming the victim, i approached to reliance life insurance company explain/complain but as i am an small individual they didn’t have bother about my financial loss.

Investment: rs 25000/- half yearly.
Maturity amount after 5 years is : rs. 443780/-
50% discount on second year premium.
Medical insurance for four family members.
According i have sent cheque to mr. Dhanajay at pune ph. No. [protected].

The received policy is not matching as per plan given me on phone. So i have contacted to so many times to following persons.

2. Mr. Dananjay ph. No. [protected]
3. Miss yashika ph. No. [protected].
They are telling me that all terms will cover in second document & it is completed & sent for verification to government of india. They are neither sending second document nor cancelling the policy. They are making fool to me.
Please help me to get correct policy or refund of policy.
