I ordered 2 Perfume Bottles - Killer oud and Des Tentations 100 ml each by paying Rs. 2597 vide order number 10746 on 12th August 2019. Even after repeated reminders on mails and SMS messages to their owner Mohit Khatri, the perfumes have still not been delivered. Nobody picks up the phone at their customer care number [protected]. These guys are sending promotional mails almost daily and offering perfumes on discount, but after taking money, they just vanish. They have given me a Bluedart Tracking ID which is fake. This is a very bad business practice and amounts to fraud. I want to file a case of fraud and cheating agains Perfumery.co.in and claim refund and compensation for the mental harassment that I'm going through.

Where is my perfume???

The same is debited from my savings bank account on 16 august.

. U dont bothered to respond to mails.. Please refund my money to my saving bank account.

Will. Take u to consumer court if i dont get my perfume in this week!!!@

Dear Sir I gave of order of 2 perfumes last week on unboxed.in and u sent me FAKE PERFUMES.

I called at ur given customer care numbers but not picking the calls.
I also mailed to them at their given mail IDs on their website but not got any reply.
I also sent message on their Facebook Page and also not got any reply.

pls REFUND of give me proper replacement with ORIGINAL ONES order ID ORDER #[protected]

Mr.Mohit Khatri, i have ordered prepaid stuff from your website sale channel unboxed.in ...order ID number[protected], on 12th august 2019...and i got the package on 19 aug 2019, with TWO bottles missing from the total of 10 bottles i had ordered. Despite calling you on ur mobile, your website chat, your customer rep : Mr Yash, none of you responded or have called back or sent my missing bottles. i think we should all start putting up disclaimers and fraud alerts on all his youtube videos and also start letting all other reviewers know about this fraud ! Mohit Khatri was once a nice and professional man who had a great vision and business idea, Now he is just a too busy to give a ### about his customers and unprofessional. Really sad about the state of his sites. Just stealing peoples money it seems ! PLEASE SEND ME MY PAID FOR MISSING BOTTLES !!!

I recently ordered a perfume from armaf.in and it was a prepaid one.
I had done the payment through upi payment method and payment was successfully done. But the same info was missing from their site. I've been trying to reach them since a week. Tired of calling them daily and no response from their end. Sent tons and tons of emails, but nothing worked out!
Please look into this matter and reach me asap!

I have placed the order # 10381 on 6th aug 2019 and paid the full amount. The dispatched partial order i. E. 2 out of 6. I have written couple of mails to them with absolutely no response. I am disappointed with their entire way of addressing to customers. No response for the remaining item. I have lost trust in them. Appreciate immediate dispatch of the remaining scents or refund the money.

I have ordered dolce gabbana intenso 40 ml yesterday and paid from my upi account the money got deducted from my account but the site didn't confirm my order i have the reference no of the payment. Earlier also i ordered some product and paid the full amount but when the parcel came some product was missing i complain that and i was assure by them that they will send the remaing items but till date i didn't receive any. This is really bad from this site. Please resolve my problem immediately

I have ordered a versace blue jean perfume from this site on 6th july 2019 (Order 8174). After a week or so, i have been informed that the "status" of the order is final and ready for shipping. But till now the order hasn't been shipped, let alone delivered. When i contact the site, i received a no response. The only time i got any reply back was when i email them and tell them that the site is fake which they replied with a simple, "no it is not". After that, despite repeated nudge, i never received any reply. It's been very frustrating for me... Please help

I ordered a perfume on 27/07/2019 on perfumery.co.in. Order number is 9518 the blue by paris. I received one email for status that it will shipped in next 24 hours. To my surprise still haven't received any update till date. Money is been paid and yet to receive ordered product. Now when i further researched about this company by looking into the complaints in this forum i have lost hope all together. I sincerely request everyone of you to stay away with this unethical companies which eat your hard earned money and operate as fly by night operators. The contact number given over website is of no use.

Dear seller, What is the status of my order no.5415, dated August 04, 2019 for a Perfume which you confirmed by a letter. It was written on the confirmation letter that any update regarding shipment would be informed by email, but 10 days gone no email was sent. I didn’t get any update till now whereas I paid in full, and it was supposed to reach me within a week as you offered. Please update me .

Salvatore ferragamo black for men eau de toilette 100ml was ordered with a pre payment of rs.2547 on 27.07.19. I received a damaged product and they did a reverse pickup. I never heard from them again. They do not take calls, answer messages or reply to emails. This was meant to be a gift which was to be used by 9.8.19.
Either they deliver it by today or tomorrow and if not possible at least inform me so that i can purchase it elsewhere. And in that case i would want a cash refund and not store credit since i am not interested in purchasing any other perfume.

I purchased the product from project perfumery on 29/07/19 in the category of "shipped same day". Its been 9 days & i have not received the product/update. No one is responding on the website now on chat/call. Earlier when i reached them i was told that it will be delivered within 48hrs... Then after 2 days they said it will be given in a week. They are just dodging by giving such answers. Its a prepaid order & i am doubtful about the money as well.

I booked bucephelus xi by armaf niche on 24 july my order # 5323 & i made the payment rs. 1698 thru online it's been said my product will be shipped within a week but it's been 15 days there's no update i tried calling customer service contact [protected] but nobody answered the call nor replying to any mail i don't understand where & whom to contact please help me to get my product

I received order # 9741 today from Blue Dart which has one product Ventana by Armaf 100 ml perfume missing.

Request you to address the issue and deliver the above perfume at the earliest.

I have made a fully payment via COD 2147 as per the invoice attached on box.

I had ordered a perfume - 'Amber Blend by Davidoff for Men - 100ml Retail Pack' on April 26, 2019. The Order ID is #4994. Since the order was placed, I have followed up with them multiple times, over email, chat and phone, but have not heard back so much as a word till now. Please help me get my item delivered or a refund of the full amount. I am attaching the mail confirming my order and my follow ups.

I placed an order on july 12, 2019 for 2 perfumes from perfumery.co.in.
The 2 products i ordered were 1) des tentations by paris corner 2) the blue by paris corner.

I have paid the full amount of inr 2282 on july 12th 2019.
The amount breakup is as follows: inr 1299 for des tentations and inr 999 for the blue.

Its been almost 20 days now and have got only 1 product out of the two that i ordered and paid online on perfumery.co.in headed by mr mohit khatri.

I am still awaiting the blue perfume by paris corner i have made the full payment for both the products but have just received des tentations perfume so far.

I tried contacting the company and the owner mr mohit khatri but till date have got no response from their end. Neither are they refunding my money nor are they sending me the product i paid for. Please take some concrete actions against this fraudster...

My first order was a clear fake as I have the original with me from duty free shop. Second order is now 13 days old, no delivery, no reply to emails, no one picks my call, no chat support. Absolutely no value for the money paid.

I warn every online buyer to stay away from this fake brand. Unboxed.in is a clean fake company dealing with locally mixed perfumes that looks like original. No customer support nor any quality maintained as an online seller. Stay AWAY !!! Report your complaints here and put it on social media, so other buyers are saved !!

As i have booked this perfume and paid through online payment, till now product has not shipped to my place, it's showing the product is not shipped. Even i haven't got any refund so i request you to do the refund soon, very bad experience i have faced in your company so kindly do the needful.
