I ordered armaf cdnim for armaf.in and it came in a box from perfumery. To my surprise when i checked the website it was no wheeee mentioned it was a site run my ppi but only everything about armaf. I was going through your website and i got to know this yesterday that you run it. Please give some knowledge about this issue. Do you run the site or armaf does? If yes, why isn’t it mentioned and if no, why did the parcel come from you?

I made a transaction with perfumery india for buying 10 fragrance bottles for gifting.

30/03/2018 rs. 33, 240.50

I received the fragrances i ordered late almost after 2-3 months.

Then, they were not genuine (No boxes, bubble wrapped, off putting artificial scent, very poor quality).

They have a money back gurantee (See https://perfumery.co.in).

I approached the company to return packed bottles as is and get refund. Initially they agreed to give money back for 3 bottles and replacements for the rest. I was ok with that offer.

However, now they are refusing to refund anything but 3 bottles!

I spent a lot of time trying to convince them to take return and give me refund but they are not listening.

Perfumery india is doing scam in the name of money back guarantee and cheating customers.

Can you please have them take return and give refund?

This complaint is about extreme unethical and unprofessional attitude by projekt perfumery and its owner mohit. On 20/5/18, i made an order for chanel allure eau extreme perfume on their website and paid rs 9999. But ever since i have made the order and payment i never received a single update from their end regarding my order. Given the delay i was facing i called them after 1 week of ordering and i was told that by the end of may i will receive my order. This bluffing and false assurances continued week after week for 3 weeks and on last monday i. E 11/6/18 when i once again called them to enquire about my product, i was told that they have received my product at their end and will ship it and soon inform about the shipping details.4 days passed since then and i have not received a single information about the shipping details and on enquiring they said that due to ramadan season going on, logistics is a problem now. Are they fooling people?? Today evening i. E on 15/6/18 when i again called them, now they are saying that they have received the wrong chanel product at their end, so they’re going to initiate a refund. Accordingly i sent all my account details and they said that today itself i. E 15/6/18 i will receive my refund will process at the earliest i. E today itself. It is 3 hours since then and i have not received a refund and on top of that after giving repeated calls of 4-5 times they manage to pick the call once and very sweetly and politely shift the topic of refund to some other point.in the era of imps and mobile banking does it take this much time to initiate a refund and secondly when they received the wrong product why did they kept lying to me about shipping the product to me and suddenly today talking of refund. This website projekt perfumery and it’s owners are cheaters who have no task other than cheating and fooling innocent customers. It is my ardent request to consumercomplaints to please arrange to refund my hard earned money at the earliest and bring cheat companies like perfumery to books. On may 12th, i had ordered a few things.

Out of this, one item worth rs. 2999 is still pending.

On may 17th, when i received the order and found this item missing, they said the item is not in stock and will take 10 days for the item to come back. Unless i would have asked, they wouldn't have even bothered to reply that the item was not sent.

Since then, i have sent 4 email reminders, 3 reminders from their website chat, 1 reminder on their fb messenger, but no response.

Two issues -

1. No communication - unfortunately sign of bad ethics and dishonest intentions.
2. Delay in order

Ordered 'Club De Nuit Intense By Armaf' perfume from this website on 26th May. Sent a mail asking when my product will be delivered, the answer was 'Should deliver by or before Thursday '. I asked which Thursday as it was Tuesday, there was no reply. Sent 2 more mail after that there is no reply.

Called up on their number fellow, who picked up my call asked me to send order number so that he can send me shipment detail. Till date waiting for revert, no reply (Sent the SMS thrice already)

I went to their website to see if there is any update. To my horror it says 'order received'. WTF man? WTF. I haven't heard from these guys yet after so many follow-up, forget receiving order.

First time in life I am facing such a horrible experience. Its because of crooks like these rest of the honest eCommerce cos are taking a hit. Who will trust a new shopping portal once they go through such experience?

Their watsapp status says 'on vacation till 05th June'... Now, their number is out of reach. I hope you are dead.

Placed an order with order id 6785848 through armaf.in website 15 days back.

Order is placed with merchant xeryus retail, however have received no confirmation or shipping details.

Payment has already been made through payumoney gateway.

I have also tried calling the number on armaf website but no one responded to the calls.

Please look in to this issue urgently.

I placed an order for penhaligon's endymion on april 14, 2018. The order status remained "order received" and i got no updates from their side. I sent an email on april 19th and got no response. Tried calling the number listed in their website and they cut the call and sent an sms asking me to sms/whatsapp instead. I immediately sent both an sms and a whatsapp message asking when i can expect the product. The reply to the sms was "in 2 days". I wasn't sure whether it would be shipped in 2 days or if it has already been shipped and will reach me in 2 days. I asked that and got no response. I sent another sms asking them to respond and got no answer. I then sent an email asking them the status and that i was not convinced with their lack of responses and status updates. Got no answer to the email yet but got an sms with the message "delivered" which i assumed was the answer to my question on whether the product will be shipped in 2 days or will reach me in 2 days. The reply was very blunt and i wasn't impressed at all. I even messaged back and told them this. The next day i received an email saying "i think we already spoke on the phone".

Waited for 4 days and today is april 23rd and i haven't received the item yet. Sent an email yesterday and an sms and whatsapp message today and haven't received any response yet.

To say the least, their customer service is appalling. No response at all. The order status hasn't changed in the website. I don't know what to do with them. I mean if it's going to take some time to ship it why not tell me that? Why not give me a tracking id so i can track it myself. What's going on?

Beware users. They may never ship an item after you've paid for it probably until you raise some complaint and force them to ship it. I was so excited to find a website in india with a lot of niche fragrances. But their pathetic customer service has disappointed me greatly.

I ordered perfumes twice from the site;

What i ordered: "2017 youtube discover pack - the 2017 new arrivals along with +5ml duftbluten. As add on."
What i got: some decants which mohit khatri claims to be superior. He has asked me to drop him an email to so that he can send me decants that i had actually paid for. Till now i have not received any update from him. I have already sent him a few reminders regarding the same

What i ordered: killer oud by paris corner (Dubai) eau de parfum for men 100ml retail pack
What i got: nothing delivered yet or no notification on delivery date.

Mohit does not respond to emails, whatsapp or calls. Very poor customer focus. Even if he has shutdown his business, he should have the courtesy to notify and refund money he has collected from customers.

I had ordered a 100ml nio by xerjoff from mohit, seven weeks ago and he did tell me it would take about 2-3 weeks but i still didn't get my order and when i tried calling him they was no response!
I had done business with them before!
But nowadays they have forgotten their trust to the customers and have not replied to me ever since.
It feels like i have been conned, because he wouldn't even refund my money!

On the advice of my Friend, I ordered an Item on 8th March, 2018 for someone as a gift. I was spoke with the Owner for Gift Wrapping, and he assuringly told me not to worry about it. I was really glad to order the item from them.

The delivery address was different from the billing address. Therefore, thought I would myself track the courier so that I get to know the item has been delivered and move on to the subsequent plan I had for the person the gift was ordered.

Hence, on 10th March, 2018, I went back to check the website and saw that the order has been shipped. On 13th March, 2018, I tried to call the number given on the website, it was switched off till the next day. Then on 15th March, 2018, I got the call through, and the owner spoke and told me that the Item has been shipped and the will be delivered latest by 19th March 2018. Still I insisted on sharing the courier Airway Bill, and he told me to share the order number through text, which was done so promptly, and replied by the owner with 'Sure'.

Then on 19th, I checked their website and the order was still showing "Shipped". I tried to contact the owner again but he never picked my call. The next day, i again tried to call the given number as the order status was still showing shipped. He never answered call. I texted him requesting for sharing the courier airway bill, which he has hitherto not shared.

I wonder what business model he is relying on to for revenue generation if he cant earn loyalty of his customers.

Sad that Indian Business owners lack ethics, and thrive on #CheatingCustomers. #ProjectPerfumery #CheatCustomers and Mostly frauds are originally from #Gujarat. #FraudGujaratis

I have ordered something through perfumery.co.in on february 1st. It is supposed to deliver it in a week. Still they didn’t deliver the product. There is no tracking details is not available on the website. It’s showing that it’s shipped.
I have tried contacting them on phone on (Tel:+[protected] but there is no response from them. I have mailed them on ([protected]@perfumery.co.in) twice stating this issue, still they didn’t responded. Paid 2999.00 for the product. Literally they cheated me.

I have ordered a perfume on the 25th of Feb. my order number is 10008101. I am unable to track it and my message sent on their website is not replied. Is this a fraud site? There is no message from them post the confirmation of my Payment. I would like to know where is my product for which I have paid. There should be some communication from the company.

Ho have ordered a flower bomb 100ml costing 6499/- paid already with my card. I got just an order number[protected] but no update after that. I have placed it on 7/02/2018. No one picks the call on the only number mentioned in their site neither got any response on my emails or text messages. I have spent a lot of money and no idea whether the site is fake or not. Please help!

I placed an order of rs 5223 on 7/1/2018 at perfumery.co.in. It's been almost a month now and they haven't delivered it yet. I have asked them about it many times but they haven't responded to neither my mail nor the chat. The last time they told me that it will take a week but it's been 15 days since and nobody is responding. I want a refund of my order as soon as possible.

I've received my order today which is Dior sauvage decant 25ml.
I had previously ordered Dior sauvage its juice is black in color but what I've received today is clear white.
I also own armaf pride.

They have cheated me by sending me armaf pride perfume which is clone of Dior sauvage.

Armaf pride costs about 1500rs for 100ml. Dior sauvage Costs about 8000rs for 100ml.

Armaf pride doesn't smell exactly like Dior sauvage they both smell completely different.

I've added images of my old order perfume (black juice) and new order (clear white juice).

I've complained to mohit through whatsapp and email.

My order date was[protected] and the amount was paid in full rs. 3608, however till date no delivery has been made. I have made repeated calls to the number on the website but it remains switched off most of the time. Twice someone from the other side received the call and assured of delivery and that the delay was due to courier problems. I seriously hope for a refund of my hard earned money at the least.

There has been no response from them over chat or email, i think this is because i paid them in full with my credit card.
Now, they have put a fake bluedart tracking number on their website for my order: [protected]. This tracking id does not exist in bludart database proving their guilt.
Projekt perfumery india do not deliver product, they only will take your money.
This is a fraud company.

I placed this order on 13th september for three perfumes and paid rs. 6697/- towards the same but got no acknowledgement of my order. On 15th september l reminded them by email to confirm my order but no reply. On 19th september l sent them a warning by email again but no reply.
On 19th l contacted mr. Mohit khatri on mobile number [protected] by whatsapp asking about my order. I was informed that it takes 7-10 days for processing order. After 10 days l again reminded mr. Mohit on whatsapp but no reply again. Now nearly two weeks later l gave no information and delivery of my order. I want my order delivery without any further delay or my money maybe refunded immediately.

I made an order on 7/9/2017 on perfumery.co.in. The order details are :

They haven't shipped my item yet. From the past 2-3 days, i have been emailing them to cancel my order and refund my money. However noone is responding from their side. I want my money back.

I bought an item (Ferrari black by ferrari for men tester 125ml) from https://perfumery.co.in/ which cost 1199. I made the payment and till now i haven't revived the product. Wherever i call them they dont respond. Their call center executive picked the call and said he will call me and never got any call or even they never respond to emails. Looks like they are cheating people need to take serious action on such frauds.
