I purchased a ted lapidus perfume on 9th june n its now 17th august n no perfume.. The wa person ignores every msg i send even tho i see him online.. Nobody answers any calls n the stupid online chat keeps telling me the same crap like a broken record.. Its 2.5 months n no news at all.. I want a refund immediately...

So, I had placed an order #34332 for 3 items on perfumery.co(dot)in on 27/06/2020. The site did not mention anything about the time that I would need to wait for the shipment to be dispatched. I am well aware that due to covid-19 restrictions, item will not reach on time. However, months passed, and whenever i inquired about the shipment, they would give me the same excuse that I would need to wait 10-15 days as item is in transit from Dubai....

I placed order #[protected] via site unboxed.in on 13-may and till date i have not received my refund... Unboxed support is pathetic. They never replied to my email, can you pls help with the refund and you can imagine the harassment customers have to go through.

On 26.04.2020 i ordered from the company "projekt perfumery india" a perfume "victoria's secret bombshell intense 100 ml" at the price of 65 usd. I have already paid the amount via online. Need to raise a complaint regarding this. As they stopped responding properly. Please suspend their e-commerce site and do a legal action against them. I did place order for 4 items and out of which 3 items where delivered. Placed order on 14th march 2020 and perfumery was initially responding to my mail saying that item is procured and will be dispatched in 15 days etc. But later they stopped responding and not even ready to refund, itz been 4 months and i need a response from perfumery india. Else will force me to take higher actions....

The samples that i’ve received have come in half empty bottles. Please refund the money or else the matter will be taken up at the highest level!...

Ordered on the 25th of march as a gift for the 22st of june. Website shows that it takes up to 2 weeks to ship. Fine. 3 weeks and its 4th one now.
