So, I had placed an order #34332 for 3 items on perfumery.co(dot)in on 27/06/2020. The site did not mention anything about the time that I would need to wait for the shipment to be dispatched. I am well aware that due to covid-19 restrictions, item will not reach on time. However, months passed, and whenever i inquired about the shipment, they would give me the same excuse that I would need to wait 10-15 days as item is in transit from Dubai. I could have asked for a refund way sooner, but I decided to wait. Then after they told me twice that i need to wait 10-15 days which I did both times, item was still not shipped. Hence, I called it enough and asked for a refund on 10/08/2020 (45th day after payment was made). But to add to my disappointment, till now they have not processed the refund. I am extremely disappointed with this fraud of a company. It has been 51 days since then and still no word or action from them. Please resolve my issue as they are not cooperating and calling/sending them email is a waste of time.
Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

p.s payment was made through razorpay; if refund had been initiated, i would have received a message from razoypay as well, but till today no such thing whatsover.
