With ref. To the abovementioned orders, i ordered on 10th of oct, 2019 for 3pcs perfume of girgio black special edition, but till today neither i have not recd product nor money. Mobile no on website & on whatsapp +[protected] which does receive messages on whatsapp but no reply for the same.

My strong advice to all buyers to be cautioned before making payment.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I ordered perfumes from this website perfumery.co.in run by a certain Mr Mohit yesterday morning Oct 29, 2019. I fully paid them and was confirmed. By the afternoon I could not access my account anymore in their website and no one answers my messages in Contact Us section or Whatsapp or in their Message section. I really feel that I was scammed. Please help. Either delivery of the items or refund is fine with me.

      I ordered a fragrance off of their website during the payment process my account was debited but the order was never placed. I wrote to them on 28th and 29th of this month but i am getting no reply.
      I am in an urgency right now and i cant play waiting games. At this point i want an instant refund i also have proof of transaction. If they do not reply quickly i will move directly to the supreme court and sue them big time.

        I ordered a perfume on 22nd october order 15833 and i was told it will be shipped in 24hrs. I have not received any shipping update since. It just says information will be updated once shipped. I fear i have lost my 4000 rs. This is a total fraud company making fool of people giving so called diwali discounts. Wish i had read everyone's comment here before ordering.

          I ordered alexa 2.0 and its utter disappointment. The fragrance can hardly be smelled on anyone. I have asked them to refund it first which they denied nullifying their money-back guarantee and then i have asked them to replace it with other fragrance of the same price range like armaf hunter intense + pride of armaf they both are retailing for 2500 inr but there are no updates on this. I have been following up on emails with them but still no response.

          They even have a money-back guarantee but its all fake, just for namesake.

          A few days back i placed another order and it's delivered partially #15602, no updates on this too.

          Please help me in getting the job done from their side. We as consumers have already paid the money but all we get is disappointment rather than their perfumes.

            I recieved no update of my order #15908, they haven't responded to my emails or messages, they just sent an email regarding confirmation and that its ready to ship but no expected delivery date or what's its status, it seems very unproffesional and fraud like, plus i already paid for it, the least they could do is answer my queries as consumer its a right that i deserve

              My order no. Is[protected] for a bottle of clinique happy. I bought it on the 6th of october and it said on the site that it would take 10 days for the product to be shipped. However it's already the 21 st of october and i haven't received a mail or text confirming my dispatch. I've sent multiple emails but none have been replied. Tried calling the number provided but the guy won't respond. Kindly help. Thank you

                I placed an order on 31 July.
                I paid via net banking amount Rs 1690/-
                I am attaching proof my order details..
                I have not received any product till now..
                I just want refund now...
                This guy is not responding.. there is no response on online website chat...
                No one picks up the customer care number..
                Please do something.. many people have complains against you..
                I[censored] are reading this Mr. Mohit please be responsible and act fast.. I hope you become famous and popular in indian perfume community in a good way... U are gaining lots of attention in social media so make it in a good way.. so sort out people's problem fast.. act fast and become a responsible man...

                My problem was resolved on their whatsapp number. They didn't have a product which I ordered. So they gave me other options.

                  Have placed an prepaid order 3 weeks ago and not a single response. I keep getting generic reply from concierge mentioning 1 week as next deadline. Provide update and ship my order or refund the money! Horrible customer service, have tried reaching out via insta, youtube, mails and fb but no replies regarding my order. Order#13471
                  Realised after seeing other comments on youtube etc that this company isnt one bit concerned with assisting customers or keeping them up to date as many other users mentioned facing similar issues in their comments.

                  After multiple tries to connect with them i got a message saying Hot pepper edition is available as a replacement but no confirmation, product not dispatched yet, been a month since i originally placed order. Have asked them to send Hot pepper edition which is in stock as replacement or refund me but no reply from support. Screenshot attached at failed attempt to connect with anyone from this website

                    I have ordered two perfumes from perfumery.co.in with order ids #11773 and #11882 on 27.08.19 and 29.08.19 respectively. Both the orders are prepaid orders and i paid Rs.1598 and Rs.4845. As per the details in the product page both the perfumes are to be shipped within 2 business days. I waited till 03.09.19 and started trying to contact them using various channels like phone calls, IVR, Whatsapp support etc., for 15 days but to no avail.

                    On 15.09.2019 I gave a complaint in www.consumercomplaints.in and the compliment was forwarded to them. Suddenly they stared responding. They have acknowledged my compliment through email. On 20.09.2019 someone from called me and informed me that there was a problem in customer care section due to which they could not respond in time. He has cancelled the order#11773, refunded the Rs.1598 and shred me the refund details. Though I suffered a lot, this action made me believe that there was really a problem with their customer care section.

                    For order311882, he offered me two choices 1) to cancel the order and get refund as the perfume ordered by me is out of stock or 2) pay Rs.2000 extra and get 200 ml bottle of La Nuit De L'Homme against 100 ml I originally ordered. As the i love the perfume, I chose second option and paid Rs.2000 extra on the same day 20.09.19.

                    On 23.09.19, they shared me the shipment details and I have received the item on 29.09.19. On seeing the transparent wrapper, any body can tell that it is not original. After unboxing I observed that the color of perfume is lighter than than original ( I have a 100 ml perfume bought in Shoppers Stop with me) . After spraying once it is confirmed that a fake perfume.

                    It is clearly evident that perfumery.in is knowing supplying fake perfumes and cheating their customers (When a layman like me could identify it is a fake one, why can't they ?). Immediately I have intimated my displeasure to them on 29.09.19 through Concierge and Whatsapp and requested them to arrange a return pickup and refund Rs.6848 paid by me.

                    They are supposed to revert back in 2 Hours on working days. But they have not responded, Again I have contacted them on 30.09.19 and today also. but to no avail.

                    I am once again requesting Project perfumery to arrange a rerun pickup refund Rs.6845 immediately.

                    I have ordered a perfume named Midnight oud by Ard al Zafaran on 29.09.19. Order No. is #13941. It's a pre paid order. After trying all available methods to contact them got no response from them any of either througho phone call or WhatsApp. I am not sure whether I shall receive my product or not !

                      After several calls and emails there is still no response from the company. The company executive gives vague answers and has been rude too. I have even tried reaching out to the ceo mr. Mohit, but still have not received any response. Please help.

                        My ordeal with this twisted firm started on the 5th of September. I had purchased a product from them namely - ROCHAS MADEMOISELLE ROCHAS COUTURE.
                        After 5 days i received my consignment and to my surprise, i was delivered a product that wasn't what i ordered. As a matter of fact, i asked the Bluedart agent to take the package back but he refused and informed me that the sender would have to request for a return label etc which i totally get.
                        I raised a return request on the same day the 11th and to-date i am still left in the lurch of what next?
                        I have written to Mohit, Surab & Nav and NOT 1 of them have the courtesy to respond with updates nor does someone give me a status of the request and actions taken to settle the dispute. I have called all their numbers and also WhatsApp all their numbers given on their website with no success.
                        To further more tell you how ### these guys are, i called the phone # provided on the billing receipt of the product i purchased and guess what ? That number takes you to a company called " Perfumery" which is again run by Mohit and the rest of the conniving individuals employed there.
                        Look at the images i have attached, the bottle in black is the product i ordered and take a look at the other image, you will get to see what i ended up receiving.
                        One thing for sure is, i will not rest my case here until i get my money these guys are trying to rip of me, I will use every social media platform to humiliate them until i get what i paid for or my money.
                        So Mohit and crew please stay tuned and look out for my rants.

                          Prepaid order number #12855 hasn't been shipped even after 6 days, (Order was placed on 12 sep 2019), project perfumery india has really disappointed me this time, firstly there is no specified way to contact and talk to your representatives, secondly no tracking information given on the website, thirdly no whatsapp response, that's the worst kind of service i have ever seen. Although i know there might be some issues but you run the website you should know how to defend and act.

                            Finally i came to know that "projects concierge" is the only way i can contact them for post sales queries. On that page it was mentioned that "all the queries will be addressed with in 2 hours from 12-8 pm. Thrice i posted my concerns on different dates and i have not received any response from them.

                            I see a bunch of good recommendations from net on this website placed orders on them. Now i came to know that they are cheating customers like me.

                            Please cancel my orders and refund rs.6448 immediately.

                            yesterday I have received product "La Nuit De L'Homme by Yves Saint Laurent - 30 ml Decant" against order ID#11773, dated 27.08.19. But the perfume it is not original. It smells different when compared to original and it is of very poor quality. The color of perfume is also different. Please see the attached pic.

                            Perfumery India please arrange for return pickup and refund the amount. I lost faith on them and I don't want them to dispatch the product against pending order ID#11882 and refund that amount too.

                            To day I have received the perfume, but it is a fake one. It is very sad that a reputed online firm with positive reviews like perfumery.in is supplying fake perfumes. See the the color difference in the attached pic below. The left bottle with dark color juice is original 100 ml perfume I bought in a retail store. The right side one with light color perfume is the one sent by perfumery.in. Today I have requested them to arrange a return pickup and refund the money.

                            I had ordered a perfume on 19th Feb 2021with order number - #PPI-SXXX[protected]XX, it was supposed to be delivered by 25 Feb 2021, but it was delivered by 4th March 2021.when i opened the order, it turned out to be a counterfeit of the original product. So i want to return it and get my refund of the price paid.

                              It seems that these fraudsters can take our money and not responding to it is easy to loot people.

                              I kindly request to take an serious action against these fraudster (Projekt perfumery india) to resolve the issue asap.

                                  This is for order number 12032 placed on perfumery. They promise shipping in 24 hours and this has been pending for 12-13 days now. The worst is the concierge that they advertise.. No one responds and no reply to emails as well. Order was placed on 30th august '19.

                                  This is the worst form of customer service i have seen from any company. After a few follow ups someone did reply on 6th and told that they will ship this on or before 10th. If they don't they'll doubt the capability of their own company.

                                  I have been trying to reach them again on all their so called concierge services and phone numbers i could find. Emailed them several times.. Everything is unresponsive

                                  This company just needs to shut down if they can't keep communication with the customer

                                    I purchased a perfume ´212 by carolina hererra for men 100ml edt' vide order #[protected] dated 15th august 2019.
                                    The product turned out to be of inferior quality and so i raised a request for replacement or return. They accepted the request and confirmed to arrange a collection of sent item and send me a replacement. But since a week or 10 days they have not done so and are not responding on given email address and telephone numbers. I seek a replacement or refund of my money.

                                    Complaint resolved between us.
                                    Complaint resolved by contacting Projekt perfumery. They sent me a replacement and apologised for not responding in time.

                                      Dear sir i gave of order of 2 perfumes last on 12th august 2019 unboxed.in and they sent me fake perfumes. Order id order #[protected]

                                      I called at their given customer care numbers but they not picking the calls.
                                      I also mailed to them at their given mail ids on their website but not got any reply.
                                      I also sent message on their facebook page and also not got any reply.

                                      Pls refund or give me proper replacement with original ones order id order #[protected]

                                      Dear sir pls take some action to this fraud website called unboxed.in

                                      They sent me fake perfumes and i raised a complaint to refund or replace but they are not responding.
                                      They are totally fraud.
                                      Pls take some serious action against these fraudsters.
                                      They are doing fraud business selling fake perfumes. And taking people hard earn money by doing this type of frauds.

                                        Tomorrow I have raised complaint with this company and in morning he ask me to close complaint and he will refund me but when I close complaint I only got 297 amount and he is misbehaving with me asking Saram kar thodi itni si amount ke lai complaint ki asking me fukra I m sending u my order and his chat I also send all his order back I didn't want anything from this type of person and also not want any money but he has to explain me how he can speak this with there coustmer, when I raised complaint he immediately take action but from last 34 day he was not replying

                                        Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Order #11453 is my order number for a Victoria's Secret body Mist. I have received no updates or info after 15 days. I dont receive any response from the customer care either.
                                        I would like a refund for my order. It has been far too long.
