I placed an order for 11 different fragrances with online store https://perfumery.co.in/
As of today's date Jan 21, 2020, I have received 7 of the 11 items.
I was told via email after a month of placing the order that the 11 items will be shipped in 3 separate shipments to avoid duty taxes (this is on their end as I never requested this). To date, I receive 1 shipment with 4 items and another shipment with 3 items. The 3rd shipment for the remaining 4 items has been the issue and remains so.
I have sent over 12 emails, multiple facebook messenger emails, and so on trying to get clear communication when the remaining 4 items I did not receive will be shipped. The 4 items I did not receive specifically are: Layton, Pegasus, La Uno all by the brand Fragrance World and Shades Blue by Armaf.
Company staff (names are Mohit Khatri (email: [protected]@perfumery.co.in), Praveen Nair (email: [protected]@perfumery.co.in) and Nav (email: [protected]@perfumery.co.in) often do not reply to emails leaving customers like me in the dark making one think being scammed. The emails that they have replied to are vague such as "will get back to you" but they don't.
Mohit finally replied by email on Jan 17, 2019 and stated:
"Hi Ryan, Once shipment says, You have Shifted address.
All 4 Products are in the Shipment. Praveen, Will Share AWB for DHL and Facilitate address change or Delivery Follow Up."
I replied back 3 times via email stating that my ship to address has not changed and is the address in my online account with them.
Again, no response from Mohit, Praveen or Nav.
Attached are photos of my online order. The tracking number posted online for each item is not correct and misleading. And it states online for my account that the order has been fulfilled which is also incorrect and misleading.
I have read numerous other complaints about the same thing in that orders only get partially filled. This is wrong and very low integrity.
Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
