Almost 25 days and they didnt ship my product. I asked to cancel the order, but no response from their end. They have 10% advance money with them which they are not returning. Absolute frauds.

    Hi,

    I placed an order for mont blanc men’s perfume with order no - order: #[protected] from unboxed.in and the order was prepaid. It said the shipping would take 10days however i still dont have any clue as to whats happening to my order.

    There is no number to reach or call them, they don’t respond to emails.

    I paid rs. 3179 upfront expecting a delivery in 10-11 days however looks like no one is bothered to look into this. There are lot other complaints online on their fb page and looks like they are a fraud website.

      The products i ordered say in stock and “ships in 24 hours”

      I have waited 9 days and it still says “unfulfilled “ and has not been shipped.

      They ignore my chat messages asking about my order but they reply when i look interested in buying.

      waiting 5 months!!! still nothing. they keep saying they will send it in a week, then the next week, then the next week, then the next... then COVID made shipping impossible... then no reply...

      It has been about 1 year since I ordered. I contact them pretty much monthly. They always ignore me. Today they finally replied: "It looks like this is an old order"

      Then they ignored me again when I replied that they never sent it to me. See image for conversation.

      Scam company... Good luck on receiving any order. They only respond once a complaint is filed

        I ordered a perfume named "I love Gaultier -le male, 125ml for men" from perfumery.co.in and I got tbe product today. I ve used tbe product before so I know what it smells like and this one doesn't smell the same, and lasts around one hour only (while normally it would last at least 5-6 hours). My order number is #24027 and the batch number for the perfume is 70521. Thank you!

          On Dec 7, 2019
          I placed an order for 11 different fragrances with online store https://perfumery.co.in/

          As of today's date Jan 21, 2020, I have received 7 of the 11 items.
          I was told via email after a month of placing the order that the 11 items will be shipped in 3 separate shipments to avoid duty taxes (this is on their end as I never requested this). To date, I receive 1 shipment with 4 items and another shipment with 3 items. The 3rd shipment for the remaining 4 items has been the issue and remains so.

          I have sent over 12 emails, multiple facebook messenger emails, and so on trying to get clear communication when the remaining 4 items I did not receive will be shipped. The 4 items I did not receive specifically are: Layton, Pegasus, La Uno all by the brand Fragrance World and Shades Blue by Armaf.

          Company staff (names are Mohit Khatri (email: [protected]@perfumery.co.in), Praveen Nair (email: [protected]@perfumery.co.in) and Nav (email: [protected]@perfumery.co.in) often do not reply to emails leaving customers like me in the dark making one think being scammed. The emails that they have replied to are vague such as "will get back to you" but they don't.

          Mohit finally replied by email on Jan 17, 2019 and stated:
          "Hi Ryan, Once shipment says, You have Shifted address.
          All 4 Products are in the Shipment. Praveen, Will Share AWB for DHL and Facilitate address change or Delivery Follow Up."

          I replied back 3 times via email stating that my ship to address has not changed and is the address in my online account with them.
          Again, no response from Mohit, Praveen or Nav.

          Attached are photos of my online order. The tracking number posted online for each item is not correct and misleading. And it states online for my account that the order has been fulfilled which is also incorrect and misleading.

          I have read numerous other complaints about the same thing in that orders only get partially filled. This is wrong and very low integrity.

            I placed my order 22212 of 2 perfumes (Saviour cool, tuscan supreme) in the month of december, which was supposed to arrive at jan 2nd.

            I got the delivery of 1 perfume tuscan supreme but the other saviour cool has not arrived still.
            In site they have given tracking number [protected] for both the perfumes and in bluedart site it says shipment delivered. Whereas i have delivered only 1 perfume.

              Good morning, on[protected] i placed the order number # 18504 and until today it has not changed status, it is still not fulfilled.
              After several emails sent by me, only one of them was answered indicating that the following week the order would be sent, which never happened.

              It's a shame that they don't inform the customer of anything, i hope to get my money back.

                Buenos dias, el dia[protected] realicé el pedido número #18504 y hasta hoy no ha cambiado de estado, sigue estando no cumplido.
                Tras varios emails enviados por mi parte solo se me contestó a uno de ellos indicando que la semana siguiente el pedido sería enviado, lo cual nunca sucedió.

                Es una vergüenza que no informen al cliente de nada, espero recuperar mi dinero.

                They have no customer care and no response from the online chats. Request your help in canceling and getting me a full refund.

                  I placed an order for two perfumes of brands hugo boss and kudos on the 31/08/2019, the ref cheque no[protected]. Till date i have only received one of the product of the brand hugoboss and i still have not received the kudos perfume. I have tried calling the customer ccare number for unboxed which is mentioned on google [protected]. Kindly assist on the same.

                    I think the website is nothing but a scam. I placed my order on 27th november order # 18313 and still showing not fulfilled. After numerous emails and messages to these guys all i receive is an automated reply that we are working on it and it has not left your warehouse in dubai. Their phone number doesn't work and their no real human response for all the messages. They claim to be number one perfume website of the country.

                      My order no is 19976, which i have place an order on perfumery.co.in on 8th dec, 2019. It includes titan skinn country road (100 ml) and armaf extreme warrior (100 ml).

                      I received the partial order and instead of armaf extreme warrior, i have received armaf eternia women. Please arrange a replacement for this eternia woman perfume. I would like to have quorum edt by antonio puig (100ml) or else i would like to try the blue by paris corner edp (100 ml).

                      Also, when can i expect the remaining titan skinn country road (100 ml) from my order.

                      Also, my another order is #20152, which includes hugo boss element. This order i have placed on 10th dec, 2019. No update regarding this order as well.

                      Please confirm. I am also trying to call on number provided on website +91 [protected], but its switched-off.

                        I had ordered perfumes (Armaf window and armaf craze) with order no. # 18545 on november 30. I completed the online payment. The product has not been delivered to date. I have contacted repeatedly through emails and filed a complaint through chats on their website. It does not respond while online. Once you order a product, you receive an email from a gentleman of perfumery.in the email of the subject, he mentions contacting him in case of any problem, however, regardless of the amount of emails he sends, he will never receive a response. I no longer receive a response from the representative via chat. I want the money back. I received an email from them indicating that the product had been shipped, with a bluedart tracking number. But it doesn't say where i send it and it's just a perfume, i don't think it's an international guide to colombia. This amounts to online fraud and cybercrime. Request if the same can be resolved. If the seller cannot fulfill the order, even a refund of the amount paid is acceptable. I attach relevant screenshots.

                        They didn't send me perfumes, then they change my changes for another one, and they don't send me either. It is a scam, they are thieves. They don't give me my money back either. I lost everything.

                          On nov 16th, i ordered 3 perfumes from them.. All 3 were in stock and available on the website.. They sent only 2 without any explanation.. After repeatedly asking them they said the 3rd one was not in stock.. They told me to order something else from the website and pay extra shipping to which i refused.. On nov 30 they agreed for a refund of the missing perfumes value of rs1999.. They told it will be done in 7 days.. On dec 10 no refund.. No perfume.. They are refusing to talk and said it was my fault i ordered an out of stock perfume.. They said it was mistakenly put on the website to show in stock.. Still it was my mistake.. They haven't returned my money.. Pls help.. These are dishonest ppl ripping off others hard earned money..

                            I have ordered a perfume rassasi darrej from their online website which i had paid online rs 1500/- on 22nd nov 2019. I have called and sent several email where i didnt get any response. This was the order # 18063. This is frustrating to see so much of false commitments in the forum raised against this company. Regret the decision taken on buying from this vendor, i do not recommend any friends/family over to purchase from this vendor

                                  I had ordered a perfume 'twin by azzaro for women' under order no #9841 in jul 2019. I had completed the payment online. The product has not been delivered to me till date. I have repeatedly contacted through email messages as well as raised a complaint through chats on their website. However, the chat window agent never responds while online. Once i was online for receiving his message for over an hour, but no response was received. Once you order a product, you receive an email from some mr mohit of perfumery.in the subject email, he mentions to contact him in case of any problems, however, whatever number of emails you send them, you never receive a reply. Even today i tried to chat with their representative but received no response. I had received one email from them stating that the product had been despatched, with a bluedart tracking number. But whenever you try to track that tracking number, you get an error message that no records are found for the subject tracking id. This amounts to online fraud and cybercrime. Request if the same could be resolved. If the vendor is not able to comply with the order, even a return of the amount paid is acceptable. I am attaching relevant screenshots. Also, there is zilch customer support available.

                                    Order 16282 - i had ordered kelly calache by hermes eau de parfum 100ml retail pack (No cellophane) × 1 - 100ml retail pack - but received the 50ml pack only.
                                    Please let me know when the other 50ml will be shipped

                                    Their team sent me two boxes of trudi bleu dolce pineapple instead of a box each of italian neroli and dolce pineapple from order 16174. Now since the other product has already been picked up after multiple follow ups, i need immediate refund on this.

                                    I have not received instant vintage 668, while your shipping info for order 16102 states that it has been shipped. May i know if it is being shipped at all? Else process immediate refund

                                    They had sent an open bottle of tom ford noir de noir and upon writing to mohit, he confirmed that he would give store credit / refund inr 5000. Have been following up on this with no success.

                                      This is regarding my order Number 16671 i.e Hunter intense for Men by Armaf perfumes .
                                      I have not received my above mentioned order its been 15 days.There is no response from given email Id also the phone number given is switch Off.kindly get my money refunded or else deliver the product as soon as possible as i had to gift the same.The date of which has gone now.whats the use of ordering the order 15 days before .It is a matter of cheating and harassing the customer .It proves that the site is fraud as no one is responding.

                                        Booked 2 perfumes online on this site. Apart from 2 sweet talking mails from [protected]@perfumery.co.in there has been neither any confirmation of order or shipment while my card was immediately charged. Now the mail id provided is non-responsive and have not bothered to respond to the last many mails asking on status. The person associated with this organization & the company itself are both fraudulent and should be booked for criminal offence.
