My order no is 7543.
Ordered attars (3nos) of rasasi mahyouba
Instead was delivered rasasi attar al oudh (1nos) on 01/07/19
I had returned the product from the courier guy then and there only.
Now it's been more than 15 days and 5 emails later there has been no response from their end
Have mailed to [protected]@perfumery.co.in
On 1st july i received a mail from [protected]@perfumery.co.in that by that week i will be delivered my product.
Plz help as i don't know how to proceed further

I received a tampered and damaged perfume for order #7552.

The dispenser is damaged with almost no perfume in it. Bottle is also damaged.

I had dropped emails to them but received no response yet.
I also tried calling them but no response and the phone is now switched off after few calls.

There is also no refund or return policy mentioned on their site.

This has been the worst experience for me shopping on online retail.

I had ordered from perfumery on 16/6/2019, and I am writing this complaint on 19/6/2019I have also paid the said amount of RS 1598

My order number is 7265

I have sent 3 email to them still there is no response from their side.
I have no idea about anything except the fact that I have paid the amount that's it. No update on the order whatsoever

They claim to be the India's best online perfume shop, so I don't understand why there is so much delay in the process.

I would highly recommend other people to be aware of this kind of online shopping based on my experience.

I had ordered 'men sample pack essential for armaf perfumes -5 samples'

As per their website description (https://armaf.in/products/armaf-samples) it should have the following items:

Club de nuit intense for men (Creed aventus)

Tag him for men (Blue de chanel)

Derby club house blanche (Creed silver mountain water)

Ventana for men (Dior sauvage)

Rixos by armaf for men (Paco rabanne invictus)

However, itmes received are different as below
Pride for men
Eternal men
Tres bon
Blue homme

I purchased these samples only because i wanted to try club de nuit intense for men. Since this was supposed to have that along with other perfumes that is why i ordered. But they delivered completely different perfumes.

I need the correct items as per the order.

My order no is 5789 have ordered 1 charuto tobacco vanille by paris corner for men and women on may 10/5/2019 paid online the full amount of inr 1598 and till date have got no response from the seller have sent multiple emails but no response till date all the contact number on site are fake and unresponsive.
There is no address aswell.
The seller/owner mr mohit is not refunding my money nor is he delivering the product there is no way to contact these fraudsters

I have ordered a rasai shurah perfume after doing the online payment. I have till now only received a payment acknowledgment. No details have been provided regarding the shipment and delivery of the product. On their website while ordering the date of delivery was shown as 13th-15th may.

The sellers are unresponsive.

I placed my order #5592 on 6.05.19 and was told the order was confirmed. Since then i have sent them numerous emials on when the order will be shipped but not got any satisfactory replies. Need help. I have tried calling the two phone numbers given on the website but they are both switched off.
I have received just 1 email from them in the meantime that was day before yesterday which said "shipping today" without giving any sort of details. Please help.

I have ordered issey miyyake from this website in one of the sale in march (29th mar) and have got order confirmation (Id:[protected]. I was waiting for my product to be delivered, however it never showed up. When i sent email on their id, i got response that it will be delivered in a week, which also didn't happen. I followed up multiple times but no response. Finally i had to call their number and spoke to representative, who then informed me that their is a mistake in the price they had put on the website at the time i made purchase and they cannot ship the product now. I agreed and asked for refund and he said he will initiate that. This was my conversation on 23rd of apr (Almost a month after placing the order). Still no refund as processed. I called back again the week next and got an assurance that i will get refund by next day (Till all of this while i also kept sending emails to them and go no response to even a single email). Till date 7th may 2019 i am still waiting for the refund to be processed and they are not picking calls nor responding to my emails. I spoke to their chat executive and have got assurance that someone will call me, however no one as yet called me. I would recommend to be very very careful while dealing with them and they can take you guys for ride with fake commitments.

Okay, so i called them and asked them regarding the order, they said they don't deliver gto the address i had provided, which prior to placing the order i should have been notified, since they don't have that option on they site i said okay, have it delivered to me on my mumbai address, to which they agreed. Since then i have tried to contact them multiple times but have failed to reach them, the contact that is provided on their website is unreachable. This is highly unprofessional.
I need your help to get me a refund if they cannot have it delivered by the end of this week. I would really appreciate your help.

I bought a la nuit de l'homme by ysl 200ml bottle from your store. The bottle was delivered on last saturday, i have tried it and does not have any smell at all, it is water in a bottle, you should personally get that bottle smell it and tell me if it should even be called a perfume let alone the one that i ordered. I have sent over multiple mails and even talked to one of your representative about it and he recommended me to return the bottle but i am not able to find and the return menu, google search says there is no key term return on the website.

Ordered the perfume uomo by roberto cavalli 3 days back. I received no notification of purchase even after the amount being debited from my account. Their contact number is fake, and they haven't replied to any of my mails. I need my money back.

They are being highly unprofessional in not even notifying me of the purchase. Instead i am receiving mails about the product being added to the cart. I've been trying to contact them since 3 days however i got no reply. I want the order details to be confirmed or my money sent back asap.

I haven't received any updates regarding the order, if it has been shipped or not. No order tracking option available, so i emailed them to update me on the order status, when can i expect the delivery. I just want to know how soon can it be delivered to me?

Prod no.1 was delivered as per order but they sent a wrong product in place of prod no.2
Prada l'homme intense10ml decant sent instead of prada l'homme.
Got in touch with them on their website and on whatsapp

I had ordered 2 perfumes out of which they shipped only one. The payment was done for both perfumes and the other perfume they told would be shipped in 2/3 days. It is more than 2 weeks since i contacted their customer care and emailed them reauestinf a refund. The neither ship the product nor issue a refund. I have been following up on the order every day by chat and email, but i am being given false assurances of a refund soon, but they are not doing it. Please ensure that they make a refund of rs 6499/- for the product they have'nt shipped. The other product from the same order worth rs4999/- was sent to me. I have the emails that i sent to them as proof and their replys. The order no is 2405.

I have ordered a perfume and deodrant and was charged for the same.
But they only delivered deodrant and didn't deliver the perfume.
They have also not shared any contact number or email address to resolve the query on their website as well.
Really a pathetic service from their side and really pathetic website.
Really had a very bad and fraud experience and never ever will try it.

Received my order 1085 but perfume is fake or diluted or expired, completely fooling customers i am also not going to recognize if i am not used the original one, original have a great effects and last for 6 to 8 hrs but my great mohit rasasi tasmeem not last 30min to 1hr. Plz take action on him he is a smuggler cheater fraudster, fake perfume not even noticeable on my wrist if i check my self after 30min plz help me and help others with these scam i want to returned this fake product and hopping my refunds tq.

I had ordered for 2 perfume, order number[protected], on 24 dec 2018, however all i get from their customer service rep "tanisha" is that the perfume is not available, will come in next week, and it goes on for weeks, latest update was they had updated their software and all customer information is lost during upgarde. I was finally fed up of such a casual behavious from a company and asked for refund, post which miss tanisha has stopped taking calls. A consumer or police complaint is the only way forward for such companies directors.

Hello. Its been a week that i bought the product and no response after making payment. I have no clue about my order or the payment done. No contact number or details are mentioned by them in case of doubts. Earlier they used to have a support chat option, but i guess they have made a new website, which just have a address of ahmedabad.

Hereby i request people never to buy perfumes from them. Spend extra few bucks, you can get it in malls which is worth.

Placed an perfume rasasi tasmeem paying sum of rs.1999 on[protected] order no.1085 but order not yet shipped, no tracking details no reply to emails no live chat resolution's, by live chat miss nitasha told me that the particular perfume was not available when i ask then why ur company taking orders of non-avalable products then she replied i ask my boss mr. Mohit and he is also not available, instead giving me mohit number she's taken my number and make me sure she's going to call me at 4pm with the proper response still no respond. Mr. Mohit is a youtuber and so many complaints on his video's he is not a professional ecommerce then why he is selling online? I think he is looting people who's don't know how to reach him no contacts no address no email reply, youtube channel name projekt perfumery india.

I bought a cdnim recently. The service was prompt but the product delivered is counterfiet. The perfume goes away in 30 minutes. I checked with sterlingparfumes. Ae which confirmed that these sites do not sell armaf genuine products
