I ordered 5 perfumes from the site on 10th dec, but during the delivery from blue dart, I got only 3 products. I contacted through chat message but didn't get good response. Please check it and ship my remaining parcel .

I had placed an order in May and now the whole year is about to end. I don't understand how hard can it be to deliver a product from one place to another. If you can't deliver please refund the money. I am not willing to negotiate any further and want a solution to this problem.

I made a purchase on Projekt perfumery. It’s been 4 months and I have submitted numerous complains. They did not reach out even once and kept blaming the pandemic. I’ve asked for refund and still now nothing. This is a fraud company... why is it still live??? I am mentally harassed by this issue, my friends know that I was fooled into believing your lucrative advertisements. Such a disgusting experience. Refund my money immediately. I have all the proofs of my WhatsApp messages, emails and chat messages. This is crime of the highest order.

I ordered a Frederic Malle Portrait of A Lady from perfumery.co.in on 25 July 2020 which is suppose to be shipped to Singapore.

To date I have yet to receive the item. If they are unable to fullfill the order they should refund the monies to me. No one bothers to respond to my emails about the order and refund. This website is just out scamming people’s monies by operating a e-commerce website without having the intention of fulfilling a customer’s order.

This is a truly bad experience as with other complainants who experienced similar issues read from this website.

Updated by Gavin Ho The last email they replied me was on 10 Sept 2020 saying that I will receive it by end of Sept 2020. To date (6 Nov 2020) I have not receive the item and my follow up emails to perfumery.do.in dated 30 Sept 2020, 27 Oct 2020 and 1 Nov 2020 were all unanswered.

Updated by Gavin Ho This is my order details placed from this fraud website on 25 July 2020. They they the money and didn’t bother to fulfill the order. Gave excuses in email replies and then does a disappearing act. My 9498.10 INR was taken and order not fulfilled, monies never refunded. Buyers beware of this fraud e-commerce site - perfumery.do.in

Order no 33182..ordered a perfume worth 4600 on june 8th 2020 .supposed to be delivered to me within 4 weeks due to corona pandemic..but there has been no update on it whatsoever after that..after numerous exchanges with their customer care representatives who go by the names pooja and komal only through chats on their website..mind you there is just no customer care no also and have gone to the extent of contacting the owner on instagram but realised i was talking to a wall where I wouldn't get a response..they jus kept postponing and postponing and postponing weeks after weeks months after months.. I m really exhausted and totally run out of patience and finally decided to lodge a consumer complaint as they have left me with no other choice at all..jus no other choice..

Same thing happened to me. Made a purchase at Perfumery site on 24th June 2020 for Rs 12, 000. No product received and just now I checked their site and its showing so much activity!!! WOw! And razorpay is shown as the payment gateway... Can't trust them both! Hand in glove to loot people.

Hey I also made a purchase on 21st June 2020 and still now ‘nothing’.
Inspite of trying to reach out to them so many times, they kept blaming the company. We should do something against this fraud company, they’re still advertising and ‘live’. At least we must get our money back.

I had placed an order for Yves Saint Laurent La Nuit De L'Homme For Men Tester Withcap Eau De Toilette 100Ml through the Perfumery website. The amount (INR 5398) got debited from my account but the order was not placed. I've been trying to connect with the customer care team but in vain. The numbers either do not connect or are switched off. Interestingly, the payment went to unboxed.in as per the payment success confirmation page.

Hi... I’m having same issue with this fraudulent company. Can we do something to at least get our refund back? I paid ₹12, 067 on June 21, 2020 and till date not refunded. I’ve mailed to them multiple times, even to razor pay and my bank and to national consumer grievance cell but I’ve not received any help. Let’s help each other.

I made an order and payment on 27 may 2020.after that i enquired on the product delivery and was told that it would take 2 weeks to deliver, this i was told in july.its now almost 5 months and there is no word from them.if they can not make delivery right away, they should just refund the money.

I'm loosing all my hope and see no other option as to involve my solicitor.
Ordered In May and still not there. Last updated on the 7th of September saying that this will be shipped within 2 weeks. Now, one month passed and still nothing. Is that not shameful ? I have attached pictures. You are ruthless company who are willing to take the money of the credit acount and leaving us to wait for 6 months ... I can't believe this happened to me and I feel sorry for anyone who buys from you.
Get this sorted within 72 hours and give my purchase an updated ASAP.

Received product on 21.01.2021 and delivered in broken bottle, total damage

The vendor had been reported by email on same day and 5 reminders sent by email and 4 reminders by watsapp, but surprisingly they have not even acknowledged or responded

I want shipper to send replacement immediately

I placed an order for a Christian Dior perfume for Rs.8399 on 23rd August, 2020 on their website. Paid using UPI.

The order number is FKX-7217

After placing the order, I was told that the perfume would be dispatched in 4 weeks. Given that is longer than the time I expected, I requested a refund which they said would reach my account in 14days

However, its been 7 weeks since and in spite of repeated chasers via email, live chat, whatsapp and phone, they are yet to refund the cost of the perfume.

I suspect this is a fraudulent website and should be shut down and the owner arrested.

Order was placed on may 31. Now september is about to end and the product has still not been delivered. Very frustrated with the service. They don’t bother replying to emails. If you can’t deliver on time at least they should notify the customer or refund the money.

If they are going to deliver, please deliver asap or refund the money.

I had ordered 2 niche (Mancera holidays and montale intense café) and 1 designer (Mugler angel muse edt) fragrances on july 23 and 24th 2020 amounting to rs14, 955.30. Upon ordering it said they will be delivered in 15 days and its been more than 2 months and i haven’t received anything from you guys. I had followed up more than 10 times on my order and the answer is the same: “ your order is on the way and its just stuck in uae but will be delivered to you surely within 12 days”.
I would like to cancel my order and i want a refund of my payment.
I had saved up for so many months just to have these perfumes and i get nothing in return, i’m utterly disappointed how this went and i just wanted my money back.

I placed an order for a perfume on aug 6th.. The promised date was 15 to 20 days.. After waiting 20days i enquire through a mail for which i get a reply it will be delayed another 12 days.. Hence i asked for a refund on 7th july to which they responded n sent the refund link now its been more thn two weeks n there is no refund neither any response back from thm for my continues emails written to them.. Its very unprofessional behaviour and i feel cheated of my money..

Ordered this on the 25.05.2020 emailed customer service and nothing.. They have took my money and keep sending me emails about new stuff coming in ... I have not received an item an no communication so ever. Will be reporting this as a fraud company and will be seeking to get my money back if the product won't be sent within 1 weeks time. Reported this to Ombudsman services as well. Scam!!! £50 pounds gone since the 25.05.2020 Now we are in September...Should be ashamed.
