On 12th may 2022 I placed an order over a perfume from this site.When i tried for payment it got failed.later after an hour i got a message saying my money was deducted. I mailed the customer care but there was no reply. The customer care number is out of service.please refund the money...

These scammers have duped me of my hard earned money and refuse to deliver products or give me my refund.

Their online presence like Mouthshut, Google review, Amazon and other social medias is littered with numerous other customers with similar negative experience.

Now they want to whitewash their business malpractices by bribing people to write fake reviews and artificially manipulate online ratings(screenshots...

I had placed an order of 4 perfumes on 16th Mar 2022. I received the delivery on 28th Mar 2022. But when i opened the packet I found only 2 perfumes have been delivered so another 2 perfumes missing. Then i tried to contact them over phone, the number is not in service. Then i wrote 2 emails seeking the status of missing products. But till now no respons3.

I placed my order # UBX1XKLF-13550-F8 on 7th Feb 2022. There have been zero updates on the status. Multiple calls on a daily basis have gone unanswered. No reply to emails. No reply to texts. Their whatsapp is a farce. These websites are truly run by a bunch of crooks. No customer service, no accountability, no refund, no updates....

I ordered Sarah Jessica Parker - Lovely from Perfumery on 22nd January, 2022.
Its been 2 week since I had placed my ordered and till date I have not been update on my ordered.
When talking with their customer care service via their whatsapp no: +[protected] all i received is that my ordered is in transit/under procurement.
Since they listed this perfume as being in stock I thought they will ship right away but thats...

Why is there no update regarding my order done 3 days ago? Also, if it is not able to fulfill kindly update the order and refund my amount. Also the contact is not reachable and no response on WhatsApp. Also the email is fake and unreachable. Kindly refund my amount if the delivery is not possible as early as possible....

I ordered two perfumes (Order ID #PPI-SX[protected]XX) but received only one. The email mentioned that the order would come via Delhivery but it came via Bluedart, and that too partial. The Delhivery order is showing ordered cancelled. Pls check where is my second perfume and when would i receive it. The Bluedart order i received on Thursday, 13th Jan 2022 had 2 perfumes written on the cover of it but received only one (Bvlgari #bashbin)...
