Ordered 15th October and after 2 weeks of hearing nothing at all, I got a notification that my order was dispatched and tracking details by blu dart will follow. Nothing to date has followed and I have emailed and WhatsApp messaged every day since then. I have asked for a refund and still no reply. This website is a fraud and a con. Do not risk your money.

I ordered 9pm by afnan perfume from perfumery india on 28th October 2021 and got a mail from them on 29th October 2021 saying that they shipped my package through bluedart. Today is 12th November 2021 and i called bluedart customer care and asked them about my package. They told me perfumery india did not even hand over the product to bluedart. These people are fraud. I want my RS.2789 refunded back to me or else i will file a police complaint.
Please dont buy any perfume from these fraudsters.

First, An order placed in January 2021 has not been delivered till date, even 10 months later. #PPI-SXXX[protected]XX

Second, wrt to a different order, #PPI-SX[protected]XX, a wrong product was delivered and when asked for a replacement, issue not resolved 20 days later, though the wrong item was picked up.

They don’t reply on time or even reply at all. Their emails don’t get replied and their customer care number doesn’t work.

I had placed an order in Feb 2021.Order id
#1-9957X-3365-XZP. Its a prepaid order.I have repeatedly emailed/ called/ whatsapp ed them but in vain.They keep telling me they are trying to resolve the issue.I had even given them the option of sending me any other perfume thats available and still i didnt get any response from them.Highly unprofessional and very poor customer service.

Ordered a perfume on 13th July #Perfumery (IN-#PPI-SX[protected]XX1x) for ₹3098. It was a prepaid order.
20 days later after multiple emails, calls and whatsup messages I was informed that the product is not available and I was asked to choose a product from available list. I ordered a new product and paid a difference amount of ₹1800 ( new order no PPI-SX[protected]XX) on 2nd September I was informed that the order has been cancelled amount will ne refunfed.

Refund of 1800 recieved on the same day but refund of ₹3098 still not recieved.

I need my amount to be refunded immediately.

Order # 1-9957X-4550-XZP placed on 19th of May 2021 on the Perfumologist.in site of Projekt Perfumery India.Estimated delivery date was mentioned between 22nd-25th of June. But it has been almost 4 months now, still I have not received my order and on top of that i get misleading information regarding the status of the order such as--- "Due to transport issue we are unable to dispatch the order". Last month I even received a text on whatsapp with a tracking ID that my order has been dispatched but on tracking the same I found that there is no such record of it. Raised the same to their customer service, the answer from their end was that the order has not yet been processed. Day by day they are providing false information regarding my order and till date I am still in dark regarding the status of it. I have attached few relevant screenshots of their updates and the wrong tracking ID. Please take severe step against such substandard business entity who are not at all bothered to mitigate or solve such delay order issues and they are just simply wasting my time & money. Now a days even after contacting them, they are not providing any sort of response or solution & such unprofessional approach is really not at all acceptable.This is the second time I am facing such issue from this E-commerce site. Last year they did a similar stint with one of my order and only after placing a consumer complaint I received the order.Also have made a formal complaint to the Government Consumer Complaint site regarding this issue. These days their Perfumologist.in site doesn't exist anymore & no way of communicating regarding my order. Absolute fraud these people are.If you have an ounce of professionalism my number is provided please call me perhaps I shall teach you some aspects of doing a proper business as well get to know what has happened to my order. Never again I am ordering from this site again.
In conclusion, it is my humble request that the mentioned order gets delivered to me as soon as possible or else I would want a full refund of my money along with compensation of my lost time that I have spent behind them.

After this - no response to emails - multiple follow ups - no response.

It is highly damaging to a company's reputation if the sales email isnt even responded to - one questions if the organization even exists.
3 follow ups and then I got a canned respond from one 'Piyush Dodiya' - "Thnaks for your mail, forwording your request to our dispatch department contact you soon. Such callous attitude in responding to customer queries for pre-paid orders - look at spelling mistakes. BTW, I have not been contacted by dispatch department till date.

And then the order gets cancelled for some reason without refund.

I raised complaints on their 'Support' section and after updating complaint I was given to believe by an auto-message that I will receive a complaint number on email which I never received

After some digging I got hold of a whatsapp number[protected] and fortunately someone responded. Casual response - saying we will ship tomorrow. then another response - we dont have the item you ordered and asked for another item replacement. We agreed on the item. Then another order got created - I see status dispatched but the item isnt what we agreed on. And even this ordered hasnt been delivered. I have been following up since 13th Aug on this number and no response whatsoever.

With all this comedy of errors, non-responsive customer service desk, cavalier attitude of people within this organization (if this really exists) I wonder how is this company plans to operate and keep its customers. I for sure will not order again having lost my money.

I ordered in February 2021, and the estimated delivery date was in March 2021. The order was never shipped even after consistent queries and support requests. No replies were given to refund requests. Then in June 2021, they say they have refunded the order, but it has been two months I have received no money back. They give conflicting responses, for example: the money should already reflect in your bank account OR there is some trouble with the gateway. There is absolutely no further response to any of my follow-ups.
Also, they keep changing their website and contact options, it is very confusing to navigate.

I made an order but delivery was promised on Monday but i recieved it tuesday.

I place an order on 30th June 2021, on Unboxed.in which is under Project Perfumery India only.
My order was prepaid I had paid an amount of 14, 948.50 rupees my order contained a bottle of Creed's Anventus (10, 500 rupees).
When I received my order I saw that the bottle is fake.

The batch no. Printed on the bottle which is hardly visible is A421 9S21, in fact some one on pinterest is selling a bottle of Creed Aventus with the exact same batch no. How is this evan possible two bottles with the same exact batch no.

I want my bottle to be exchanged with an original one.

I made an order on 5th June 2021 but the perfumery team later said they can't fulfill the order so I asked for my refund to which they agreed on 12th June 2021. In my account, the amount is showing in the "refund request" section of my account but it's not money is not being released to my account. my order number is #PPI-SX[protected]XX

They don't even respond to messages on the number provided by them. Please help.

This is ridiculous.Multiple number of mails have been sent, but still no response from your side. Instead every day I am getting multiple promotional mails.Need to know the status of my order .Try to improve your customer service.If you have not shipped my item till now, I want to cancel my order and want to get full refund immediately.This is purely based on your poor customer service.

On 31 May 2021, my 7 year old daughter purchased an Armani 100 ml Tester from Projekt Perfumery online portal. It was a gift for Father's Day. The amount deducted from the bank account was Rs. 4, 598.10 including delivery charges. There was a confirmation email from Projekt Perfumery on the same day, mentioning that shipping details would mailed once item is dispatched.

After a few days, since I have not received any update regarding the item, I wrote a mail to Projekt Perfumery. I did not receive any revert from the company, so I wrote couple of follow up mails. On 9 June 2021, a reply came from Mr. Mohit Khatri saying that the matter is being checked, after which again silence from the company and its representatives. I kept on following up with the company via emails as there is no telephone number and the chatbox on the company website does not help the customer at all. I have given my telephone number and asked the company representative/owner to give a call but no call came.

On 15 June 2021, my daughter wrote to the company(using my email ID) that it is Father's Day and she paid from her saved pocket money. A mail came from Mr. Yash Kolekar, telling that the ordered item is not available and an alternative can be provided. Since, I do not want my daughter to be disappointed I replied back for the affirmative. After that again silence from Projekt Perfumery. I again sent a reminder on 17 June 2021 and on 18 June 2021 a mail reply came saying CSX ticket has been opened(don't know what it means). On 20 June 2021, again I sent a mail informing the company that they have disappointed and cheated a little girl on Father's Day, after which a reply came saying my order has been cancelled and amount is refunded which will be credited to the account within 72 hours.

Till now, refund is pending and It is really frustrating and disheartening why people do such things in these pandemic times.

I hope, through this platform, the concerned authorities instruct the company to refund the little girl's pocket money.

SXXX[protected]XX This is my order for value of Rs, 12, 000 since March2nd 2021 i have not received the products and the one have its fake and worthless.

Pleas refund.

After purchasing products worth 12, 000 rs and so called retail packs on 2nd March Order No SXXX[protected]XX.

These guys are cheat who neither deliver the entire items, who dont answer calls or mails and basically keep sending automated response saying next week or the week after products will be shipped from dubai.

They also send fake items on retail packs and say any damage is not their fault. Even now im stuck with my pending items and the ones received are useless.

Someone needs to really ban these guys and are cheating from our PM's home state. Crooks !!! Please dont ever buy fragrance from websites unless tey are commercial large entities.

However it has been more than 15 days and there is no update on my order. The order is yet to be shipped and delivered.

There is no way to contact them... they dont reply to emails or chat.

Either deliver my order ASAP or refund the amount.

This is very unprofessional and disappointing. The web site doesn't have any customer care contact number thus keeping the customers like me in dilemma as to how to reach out to them over the phone if things go wrong. Very disappointing.
