I ordered a perfume in August 2020 and paid rs. 5098 in advance. I didnt receive anything. When asked, always the same reply that it's stuck in transit. Finally I asked for my money back. They have stipped responding to mails since then. Customer care is only via chat and they also have standard line that it will take time to process refund. Its already one month since I asked for refund. Clear frauds. Why they are allowed to have online presence and continue to loot people? There must be some legal action against such people.

    Good afternoon.

    This is with respect to ORDER #1-9957X-3270-XZP wherein on 21.02.2021 I had ordered Bentley Infinite for men tester with cap 100 Ml - 2 quantities. I have received my order on 08.03.2021 but it is shocking to find upon opening that only one quantity has been delivered in my package, despite the label saying that it contains 2 products. This is highly disappointing since I have made purchase of a luxury good and paid full amount upfront.

    It is requested to your good self to look into the matter.

        I have been waiting for my order to be shipped
        I have asked for shipping details and have not had any response to my numerous emails
        I had one response on there chat service to say my order would be shipped last week but nothing has happened
        I have also requested a refund with no reply they are quick to reply when you are looking at purchasing a perfume bit terrible service once you have paid

          Hi, i had ordered a perfume on 19th Feb with order number PPI-SXXX[protected]XX, the order was supposed to be delivered by 25 Feb 2021, but it was delivered on 4th March and when i opened the order it was not original brand and looks like a counterfeit. So i tried to contact the seller but they are not responding. So im registering complaint against them and I want to return the item and get the refund ASAP. Thank you.

            I ordered a perfume past year through this website. The order no is 27021. It was not shipped. I asked to cancel the order many times. They kept on telling me to wait for days, weeks and months but I was not given the refund till now.

                Order# 34160 placed on 24th of June 2020, more than 7 months over not yet received this order. Every month have been following up regarding this and the only update they have been giving is it will dispatch in 10 days as it is stuck in customs. I was initially patient but now it seems they are lying on every update. This month i had decided to come to a settlement either they deliver my product within the next 7 days or give a refund of the order. But their response after this has gone blank.No proper response or any resolution for the same.
                It is my humble request that either this product deliver to me within the next 7-10 days or a full refund of the order.
                I am attaching all the relevant pictures of the same.

                    Dear Sir/Ma’am,

                    1. Refer to my Purchase Order No PPI-SXXX[protected]XX dated 06 Dec 20.

                    2. Undersigned vide PO ibid had placed a pre-paid order for five perfumes on 06 Dec 20.

                    3. I have received 04/05 perfumes to date and 01/05 (Dunhill Red) is still pending delivery as of 04 Feb 21. Further the status against each item is showing fulfilled over the last two months. However no tracking number has been generated yet.

                    4. The status of dispatch of subject items was sought on 11 Dec 20 and 04 & 18 and 25 Jan 21 in trailing WhatsApp conversation and Nil response received from your “Customer Care” team. I have patiently waited for almost two months now and still not received delivery of 01/05 item. From my experience if you can’t supply in 30 days means something is really fishy.

                    5. May I request confirmation on the shipping details of aforementioned 01/05 (Dunhill Red) undelivered items and tentative timelines of delivery please. In case it is still not ready to ship, I would like to cancel the order and expect refund for same.

                    The company did not respond directly to my complaint thread. But at least started responding on the website enquiry app after the complaint was registered. Before that they blatantly refused to respond to any message. No phone call was made by the company. Further, The phone numbers displayed are all fake. Emails returned as non delivered. Pathetic post sale service.

                    Received a mail on 10 Feb 21 quoting item has been shipped with a bluedart.com tracking no [protected] (image 1 attached). When the tracking number was checked on bluedart.com, it shows item was delivered to address on 18 Jan 21 (image 2 attached) for a tracking number forwarded on 10 Feb 21!!! I have no clue what this means.

                    Finally. Finally received the final leftover part of my order 01/05 perfume ordered on 06 Dec 20 on 17 Feb 21, ie after 72 days of waiting and repeated reminders with very few response. The form may be impressed upon to adhere to delivery timelines projected on website when a client is placing the order.

                      This is Siddharth. I placed the order SXXX[protected]XX on 13th December 2020.
                      I was given an incorrect Blue Dart Tracking number ([protected]). The order was incorrectly marked as fulfilled.

                      I have approached the customer care (Pooja and Akshay) multiple times and they confirmed that the order has not been dispatched due to unavailability of items and will be dispatched shortly.
                      Today, Akshay mentioned that the order has been already delivered, mentioning that incorrect Blue Dart Number again.

                      Can you kindly either dispatch asap or issue me a refund (INR 5394.20)? It’s been more than 6 weeks since I placed the order.

                        I haven't received the shipment till today. I had ordered two items. Received only one item. The status says both items have been delivered, but never received the second item.

                        The support is not at all helpful

                        When I try to track the shipment in bluedart, it says " Records Not Found - [protected] "

                            I have placed 2 orders in November2020. Both of which I'm awaiting products
                            Order PPI-SXXX64290399XX. Only partial order received. Still awaiting for Aqua Allegoria order was placed on 11th Nov2020. Order no PPI-SXXX64317599XX placed on 15th Nov2020 no product received from this order. They told me in Dec they didn't have products in stock. I asked for refund and was made to fill an online form. However no refund yet
                            Have been complaining and writing to them via email, WhatsApp, site chat box. However they have stopped responding. I've not got these orders nor my refund.
                            No-one takes your call either. Pathetic customer service. Seems on the garb of Diwali discounts they have cheated a whole lot if people, the sheer number of complaints online against them is proof of this fact.

                              I had placed an order on 12th Jan. While placing the order, the website was clearly showing that the product will be picked up in 24 hours and delivered in 2 days. I received a shipping information on the same day but the courier tracking link provided was showing 'no information available'. It was only on 16th that the courier tracking link started showing information. To my surprise, it says that the package was picked up on 16th Jan - 4 days after I placed the order. When I enquired from the customer care over email and instagram - no one responded. When I contacted them via chat, the customer care executive gave me a lame excuse ' due to COVID'. The issue of shipping delays due to COVID is over long back. I see no reason why the company is still saying this. There is no information about shipping and refunds updated on the website. In fact, after I checked the website in detail, a lot of information is missing or misleading. Kindly advise the company to provide correct information to the customers and update the webpage - otherwise this seems like a scam.

                                I had placed an order for a perfume on 21st March, 2020.
                                The amount was Rs.3, 598.
                                My order kept getting postponed, so I decided to cancel the order in September.
                                I have filled the refund form twice, but still haven't received my money or the product. The company just keeps saying that the order will be delivered in 10-15 days, after which nothing happens. This has been going on since July 2020.

                                I just want my money back, that is all.

                                  It is really unfortunate that the site Projekt Perfumery is still live, active and advertising. Despite the numerous attempts to get my refund, I've been kept in the dark. Complaints after complains, appeals after appeals, if anyone is seeing this, please react and help out. Let not a fraudulent company misuse the trust and innocence of any citizen and remain obstinate or untouchable. Fraud has been committed yet I am not able to get any justice, is anyone listening?

                                    I placed an order for 2 perfumes for inr 3600 on october 8th. It said that the delivery will happen with in 2-3 days on the website.
                                    Later i was told it will take 4 weeks . I waited, when i again reached out to them they again said it will take another 4 weeks. Finally on 13th December i asked for my refund as they said it will take more time for delivery...
                                    i was told on through their Facebook page assistance to fill the refund form, i did the same on 13th .
                                    They said it will be refunded with in 15 days...
                                    But now they are denying the refund as are saying that they will send partial order and will refund half the amount...
                                    Please help me get my money refunded

                                        This Order was Placed by me With Perfumery.co.in on 12/08/2020 at the time of placing the order one of there executives Named Pooja Confirmed that Order will be fulfilled in One Month but it never happened initially they asked to wait on account of Shipping Delays from Dubai due to Pandemic Situation Later They started Insisting to Replace the item as it's no Longer Available that too after almost 3 & half month.
                                        Once I saw the Perfume was being advertised Available with Lead time of 15 Days I did asked them and they agreed but again now there is no response to my queries.
                                        Also apart from online chat there is no other means.
                                        Really Horrible Experience after almost 4 years of Shopping Association with Perfumery.co.in
