Complaint marked as Resolved The company did not respond directly to my complaint thread. But at least started responding on the website enquiry app after the complaint was registered. Before that they blatantly refused to respond to any message. No phone call was made by the company. Further, The phone numbers displayed are all fake. Emails returned as non delivered. Pathetic post sale service.
Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by kdipayan Received a mail on 10 Feb 21 quoting item has been shipped with a bluedart.com tracking no [protected] (image 1 attached). When the tracking number was checked on bluedart.com, it shows item was delivered to address on 18 Jan 21 (image 2 attached) for a tracking number forwarded on 10 Feb 21!!! I have no clue what this means.

Updated by kdipayan Finally. Finally received the final leftover part of my order 01/05 perfume ordered on 06 Dec 20 on 17 Feb 21, ie after 72 days of waiting and repeated reminders with very few response. The form may be impressed upon to adhere to delivery timelines projected on website when a client is placing the order.
