Had ordered a perfume on 26th April 2021, it’s not yet delivered, no response to emails, customer service chat does not respond.

Orders placed in April ( prepaid) one of them mentioned as express shipping, order numbers[protected] and[protected], has still not been shipped. Reminders via emails, WhatsApp number messages and their own website chatbox there has been no response .
It's shocking callous attitude considering it's nearly two months of placing and paying for their orders. The team supposed to be working there cannot even respond to customer.
Perhaps the team itself is non existent or else repeat queries regarding order numbers[protected] and order number[protected] won't go unanswered.
If they are not stocking products, not employing people to deal with customers, then perhaps they should stop taking orders also from customers.
Can't run an online site with this low level of professionalism .

I had placed an order #1-9957X-4269-XZP on perfumologist.in for Rupees 539.10 on April 17th 2021 through PhonePe UPI and on April 18th 2021 I received a confirmation email that the order is packed and I would receive shipping details in next 12 hours.

However, I received an email on April 20th 2021 that my amount of 539.10 is refunded and would reflect in my wallet.

I still did not receive a refund and the email was confusing because I had not cancelled the order or used any wallet so I am not sure which wallet they talk about in email. I checked the website for refunded amount to no avail.

I later reached out to their Customer Service for a status update on May 8th 2021 and a representative confirmed that I would receive the delivery of the product within 10 days but I did not hear back from them since then. I have been trying to contact them via all routes including emails, chats, cs forms & Instagram but they do not respond at all.

Hence, reaching out to you to file a complaint. Please help.

SXXX[protected]XX for a 50 ml Burberry for women eau de toilette. Ordered on 5th april 2021 . I have paid online too! Its been more than a month. I have sent two mails asking for the same but no reply!! So very unprofessional!! Pls either send me the product or refund my money back.

I had ordered 2 perfumes from Perfumery India, Order #PPI-SXXX[protected]XX and they have not been delivered for 3 weeks. They have not even replied to any emails or msgs sent. We hope severe action is taken against fraud as this is as bad a nigerians stealing money online.

I'd bought a perfume from this website and paid online. The product was never delivered. I posted on their instagram, the owner promised that it will be delivered. But it was never delivered. They're running a scam. Beware

I have placed order in one of their websites attars.co.in. the order value is around rs17740. Since I placed a huge order, I am trying to contact them via mail, chat box, calls, instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook but no response from them. Useless website. I should have read reviews first and placed order. Those guys are active on social media but no response only for those who placed orders.

I placed an order on December 5, 2020 at 2:22 am. The perfumes that I ordered were : Dunhill desire red (150 ml tester), Dunhill Century (135 ml tester) and Moschino Uomo (125 ml tester). I have received the later two as partial delivery but I have not received Dunhill Desire Red (150ml tester) till date. When asked about it, the Customer care says that it will be dispatched soon but nothing has reached me yet. I tried to reach out to Mohit Khatri (owner) who assured me that he will refund me the amount but he is also not replying to my messages now. Please resolve the issue.

I got stuck on this fake site for perfumes, placed two of them. But its been 25 days, and nothing is shipped till now. I texted the owner mohit on instagram but he cleverly replied once and later put my profilr in restricted list so that he cannot see my msgs and can save himself from responding. I mailed more than 10 times to the team, but hell of no response.
The moment u want to buy something, their executive priyanka jumps on the web chat and takes u through the process of ordering n even gives u discount. The moment they the money, they vanish. My orders total is - 10, 447₹ INR. And i want an immediate refund or else i will have to take legal help for suing them for fake site, fake perfumes, fake trademark and cheating on customers.

Paid 30 days back for a product but not yet dispatched. They say its not available and u can change order. I did it politely. I ordered something which i never wanted instead that too not being dispatched and not even refunding money. They infact stopped replying to my texts. They are fraud. Dont buy anything from them

Took order of a perfume which was not available with them and then after 15 days i was asked to change my order to which i gave them new name politely which is not confirmed. This happened twice. First time I thought this happens sometime but this is how they work and operate. Bloody ###
Mohit katri is a ### when it comes to business. He is an fraud.
They never deliver on time and always ask to change order and never refund the money.

As title and complaint but the regular misinformation about delivery dates are now unacceptable...Item ordered Late January 2021, still awaiting email to say it has been dispatched...its now mid March 2021...appalling...
