      I purchase pubg uc for rs 799 on 19 april 2020
      My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc not did i got any refund. Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.

      I contacted in game customer but haven't got a reply.
      I also mailed pubg support and didn't get a reply.
      Please solve the problem asap.

        Hello as i am gamer i seened thousand times that pubg gamer is giving different access to their purchased gamer and non purchased gamer. Also they help licence purchased gamer by putting some their setting by that non purchased people also attract to purchase a license. I had lots of time complained against this to pubg mobile lite reported thousand times then also they are useless in maintaining it. If they can't maintain it's suitable to BAN PUBG from india.

                    Using SBI net banking i was paid money to purchase the PUBG Mobile royal pass at the date of 27/03/2020, but i did not get royal pass and my money was cut from my account. I was contact them, they told me to give us valid payment receipt but i have a bank transaction. They said this was not valid, so please help me regarding this royal pass and tell me what to do.

                      I made a purchase of rs 420 on pubg but the item was never received and even my money was not credited back. Money was debited twice but order received only once. This is really disappointing as such a big haming company has made such a fault. I waited for some days to see if money would be debited but nothing was done to provide the refund. Please provide the help as soon as possible.

                        I have paid rs. 799/- for 600 uc. Payment is completed but i didn't received the uc.

                          I made two purchases 1.770 uc for rs.799 and 2.75 uc for rs.79 through midas buy via internet banking.. But both my payments got failed but the money has been debited from my account and the uc has not been sent to my account... I kindly request you to look after this issue as soon as possible and send me my uc or return my money back made the payments on[protected] at 2:26 pm and[protected] at 2:54 pm respectively.

                                I tried to purchase the unknown cash (Called as uc in pubg mobile) through net banking... I gave ₹799 inorder to purchase 600 uc... After the purchase the money was deducted from my bank account but the uc was not credited for me till now... I reported it ingame where they said that the problem may be resolved within 24 hours but it has been 48 hours till now the problem is not resolved

                                When i reported the complaint they asked for purchase receipt but it was not given to me while i was purchasing only the money getting debited was the message i got that too from the bank

                                  I tried purchasing the uc (600 uc) in pubg mobile by paying ₹799 the money was deducted from the bank account but in game the purchase is said to be failed (Incomplete) and i'm not credited with the uc i've purchased

                                        I have purchased uc cash via in-aap purchased in pubg mobile on 9th march at 10:06 am via internet banking. The amount was of 599 ₹ and google play store 200₹ discount offer for 660 uc.
                                        The money was deducted from my bank account but the uc was not added to my game. The statement of my bank account shows that the money was transfered to times of money limited. Please resolve the issue, i want cash back to my bank account.
