Using SBI net banking i was paid money to purchase the PUBG Mobile royal pass at the date of 27/03/2020, but i did not get royal pass and my money was cut from my account. I was contact them, they told me to give us valid payment receipt but i have a bank transaction. They said this was not valid, so please help me regarding this royal pass and tell me what to do.
