My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc not did i got any refund. Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.

Last night i plan to buy a royal pass for my brother. I went under the add uc section and took the 600uc one of mrp 799 inr. After two unsuccessful attempt at the debit card payment option i choose the internet banking, this time payment was successful balance was deducted l, transaction was successful but i didn't receive any uc i waited for 18 to 20hrs yet i did not receive any. Card no. Ending with 5083 and the reference no. Is igaipuohq9....

I brought UC for INR 799 two times i.e INR 1598 in total, and failed both times. But the money has been debited and i did not recieve any UC. Please Refund or give UC....

I paid 799 rupees for uc...but I cannot get uc cash... But google play is debited my account...

My son accidentally purchased season 12 6000 uc + 2100 free @ 7, 900/- without my consent. Recently i bought 60 uc @ rs. 79/- for him using my debit card. That debit card details has been saved in his mobile. So, he just purchased this 6000 uc unexpectedly, by clicking just once and his finger print as demanded. This game don't even care about the reviews amd tweets wat a user is crying... I've been playing this game for 3 years all of a sudden i've just quit the game as they are not even caring the tweets and reviews by the users.. I've tweeted the hacker videos that got me kill... But they don't even care... Such a stupid maintenance that i've ever seen in my life.. I would like to file a complaint for not even caring a customer......
