My son accidentally purchased season 12 6000 uc + 2100 free @ 7, 900/- without my consent. Recently i bought 60 uc @ rs. 79/- for him using my debit card. That debit card details has been saved in his mobile. So, he just purchased this 6000 uc unexpectedly, by clicking just once and his finger print as demanded. I was wondering that even though my debit card details has been saved in his mobilen i never set to pay anything just by his finger print. If it is my phone, then i understand. So, i thought that at least an otp must be required. Anyway, i tried for a refund, i submitted my issues from play. Google.com/order history but i did not success. And i also write e mail through pubg developer e mail from their additional information. And they reply me with an automatic reply system asking me to talk to them through the game to which they put to chat with them through customer care within a minute. I chat with them, but surprisingly, that was also an automatic reply system again. I asked to refund my money coz the purchased was done by my son without my consent. But, since it is an automatic reply system, i can't get any satisfactory answers from them too. Therefore, can you please help me with my issue? I can't sleep. I can't eat since it is a big amount for me. Please help!!!. Since, it is a big amount, it effects my monthly budget also.. Can you please please please help me... I beg you to help me please.

Updated by Elidavemos My complaint marked as resolved but I didn't get any information, any steps taken, any mails regarding the complaints, It didn't even refund my money back also... I really don't know what to do... I am very worried now thinking that are my complaints clear enough to understand because of my bad english. Can somebody help me pleaseeeee... I really really don't know further things to solve my issues. PLEASE HELP!!!
