I bought uc in pubg with ₹799 and money is deducted from my bank account but i didn't get uc in pubg but money is deducted but purchase of the product in pubg failed but money is transferred to the inb times money but i didn't get uc but i got mini statement of money transfer so please check the problem and please refund my money and my bank ending 5069

    Yesterday, i have purchased 600uc in pubgm for 799 rupees, the amount was debited from my bank account, but it is not added to my account.

    I email tencent games pubgm customer support, but no response from them after asking for proofs. However i sent my bank statement as proofs, still i didn't hear back anything from them.

        I paid 799 rs for purchasing uc but i haven't received any uc so i want my money back i used sbi bank online payment for this transaction
        I am also submitting the proof of my purchase give me the money back asap
        I also made in app purcahse in another game but i haven't got any trouble before that this is the first time i am facing problem and guess where in the most famous word wise game i also try to connect with pubg customer care but unfortunately they dont have any number i send them mail buy they only reply once and after that they stop replying you i made a big mistake by investing money on this so either sent me the uc or sent me the money but make it quick

        It's really spoiling kids life.. Has a very ill effect on them, their behavior and their future. Students are wasting their precious time in this game and devoting ample of their time on this. Please let me know where I can make the firm complaint against this nuisance game.can someone help me out in this process.

          I bought the 660 uc pack worth rs 799 today on march 9, 2019 on pubg mobile by tencent. Payment was deducted from my band account but didn't receive the uc.

          Please resolve it as soon possible as this is a decent amount of money.

          I am sending a screenshot of my transaction attached. I need a refund urgently or i need my purchase.

              I purchased 600+60 uc from player's unknown battle ground mobile (Pubg mobile) on 2/12/18 for ₹724 (Actual ₹799 - ₹75 [ google play discount for purchases above ₹299 ]).
              The payment was made through my bank's net-banking method and the screen led me to the game after the payment was done. After waiting for 15mins and several re-start of the game, the uc was not credited in-game. I got a transaction message saying the amount was debited from my account to the pubg in-game vendor of india : times of money mumbai and no other email or message or anything else was recieved. I tried contacting the in-game support of the game and they only ask more details but don't provide any help even after sending my transaction screenshots from the bank's official application. I feel like i've been looted and they don't care..

                Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 1march 2019 at 1pm via internet banking. Costing rs.79 for uc credit of 60

                My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
                Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                Customer care centres are unreachable.

                  I purchased prime plus from my mom SBI ac and its were error but i lost 390 from bank ac and after 2 days i tried again with my friend SBI bank account its were also same getting error and i lost 390 twice. Total i lost Rs. 1170 plzz.. Solve this problem

                      I've purchase 600uc from pubg tencent game n my mobile credit was deducted. Unfortunately, my uc doesn't received. I just want my uc. The mobile credit was deducted myr39.90. This is my first time in purchasing a online gaming. I do report and complaint to the developer but i did not get any respond yet. I hope this problem can be solve as soon as possible.

But on pubg it said fail to purchase, but still money deducted and game uc is not increasing, still money is deducted. Pleased my hard earned money!! I need the money to buy again the uc.                                 I puchased uc cash using pub mobile app on 02 feb 2018 at 19:40 hr.
                                I used sbi net banking for transction. I received confirmation message that the money has been debited from my account but on app it show transaction failed.
                                I didn"t receive and uc cash in the game.
                                I really worried about the same
