I purched 60 uc cash with 79 rupees in pubg mobile through my sbi account.
The amount was debited from my bank but uc was not received by me.
I was unable to receive any reply from pubg mobile support.
Please look into the matter asap either we will get the money or uc in the game.

I was trying to buy a pubg mobile pack which consisted of rewards. But after making payment from sbi netbanking, money got deducted from my account but no rewards were provided.

Please provide refund as no rewards were provided and also money was deducted from my account which was send to times of money limited.

I was purchased 600+60 uc worth rs 799/- on dated 09/07/2019. But uc not recive after payment. I tried twice for purchasing and both times it got failed and money got deducted twice. I purchased 60 uc thrice today but i got only 60 uc. 120 uc is not credited but the charge was deducted from my bank account. I contacted with my bank. They told that the amount already transfers so they deducted from my account. Pubg customer support told me to send them google pay order history statement. But my 2nd and 3rd purchase are not showing in google pay statement. I want may money back. So please take necessary steps.

I have purchased 1700 pubg world cup event tokens worth almost rs7000 but i was not able to use it because i had old tokens which pubg didn’t have option to delete but they allow you to buy new, thats fraud, you can buy as much as you can but can’t use it, previously when you reach maximum limit your old token get dismantle or clear immediately but now its been more than 4 days but its still there and i can’t use new tokens which is not waste because world cup is about to end, i have complaint to thier mail address and in game support so many times but no response, i want my loney back since tournament is over and i dont have any chances to win this, i have wasted 7000rs which i wanted to get back from tencent company

Hi, with due regards, i would like to inform you that my privacy with mobile game pubg (Tencent games) is being compromised and pubg is also involved in promoting illegal activities. For many months, it has been observed that the game is being constantly hacked by millions o[censored]sers worldwide. The hacks are easily available in market from rs 300 to rs 800. Pubg is constantly using different low grade softwares and say to people that game is secure but its not. Hacks are selling on many social sites like youtube, facebook, instagram etc. Let me explain how the issue is extremely important for safety of our country. If a new user starts pubg, he/she has to login using their social media account. Their name, age and all the information is being captured in pubg system. Since its being hacked by millions o[censored]sers, their might be a possibility that its also being hacked by terrorist of high level and the data of all the users are then shared with them. I have shared this information with the developers of pubg several times but they are non-responsive on the issue. Even, they ignore and send automatic replies. People spend their money on game and some hackers comes and kills them. All their money is lost. Then they buy things again with money and it happens again. No refund or anything is provided by tencent games. Seems like they have sold hacks to others to hack the game and eat the money of people. I have also attached a copy of an email recently sent to tencent and they haven't replied a single solution. I have also attached the hacks and scripts that hackers use but still no response. Assume how much a big trouble we will be in if all the personal data of our families are being hacked by terrorists. Even they use the chats and in-built system to talk to each other and plan for attacks since its unmonitored. Please ban this game until the hack issue is resolved and they have refunded all the money back to all the players since they were unable to stop hacking and hackers are in game to steal their money by killing them. A good example is india bonus challenge. You have to pay money to enter the tournament and if a hacker enters it, your money is gone. Need immidiate attention.

My pubg lite game id is "pubgfighter", when this game was launched, i played it through the vpn. And after two matches is showing error -"you can't play the game on this device anymore" and banned my hardware id. But i'm not using any hack and they ban my hardware id without any issue.

They may leasin our voice and use. This infomation may be used my terrorists. Which may create problem in my countries privacy.
Aske tencent's team to change the option as per me else this voice data may be misused as it doest filltered.

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 22jun at 10:24pm via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my bank account that the money went in times of money limited.

I tried to get the pubg mobile prime plus subscription by paying an amount of rs 390/- through my credit card to google play services. The amount got deducted successfully from the bank but in app it told me purchase error. Now when i go back to my pubg mobile account it is asking me to buy the prime plus subscription to enjoy the benefits but the amount already got deducted.

Hello, i have subscribed the prime plus on 1 may and on 1 june it was going to renew but i have cancelled it on 31st may. But suddenly the amount of prime plus got deducted from my account. And in the information part it is clearly written that you can cancel anytime before next billing cycle. Please i want my money back. I feel like i got cheated.

I purchased uc in pubg mobile season 4.
The uc was around 660+ uc. And i also purchased the elite royal pass.
I recovered my uc by completing the missions.
When the trick of 8100uc comes, the google data roll back update came which deducted my whole uc to zero with my royal elite pass.
They have taken all from me. I don't want 8100uc which was a bug issue but i need my original uc back. I have written a number of mails and complaints with payment proof but nothing is resolved.

And now i purchased royal pass and prime plus membership again.

Please recover my old uc asap.
My friend has same issue but it was resolved but not mine.
