I purchased 60uc two times which was a cost of rupee 79 each so i purchased it twice i didnt recieved uc but my money was debitted. I made an upi payment from phonepe app, i lost total of 158 rupeess and i need it back, i really hope that i can get back my money i really purchased it with ajoy now iam so sad i feel like quiting pubg i hate that even this game is a fake iam really angry i just need my damn money back

I bought a ₹799 pack of 600 uc, and payment was successful, but the game showed failed to purchase. Please help, as a large sum of money went out of my account and i did not recieve my product.

I purchased this product at 9:40 pm on friday, 27th of september. I am very worried about my money and would like a refund from tencent as fast as possible.

I purchased uc worth 420 rupees in pubg mobile but didn't receive any uc, also money got deducted from my account.

This happened with me for second time.
Last time to I filed a complaint but nothing happened. Why did you even create forum if you don't want to resolve the complaints.

In pubg mobile i buy in game currency by mistake..
So then i contact to google play store team for refund they saud please contact to pubg mobile developer for refund so then i contact to developers.. Then they also said please contact to google so now what i do.. I contacted to them both for refund.. Purchase amount is almost 7989 something.. I need my money back please help no one is helping please help me with refund of money.

I had done an online payment though phonepay in pubg mobile game amount of rs. 1949/- the amount got credited from my account but i didn't receive any uc this is nonsense earlier similar thing had happened but i didn't mind as it was very small amount but now i can't keep quiet it's ridiculous. Please help me refund my money back or else give me the uc i paid for.

#reference no. #igagzlhao3y account information is showing that money transferred to inb times of money limited.

I tried purchasing pubg royale pass for 799 rupees. I made the payment and it is showing error. Now my money is deducted from bank and i didnt get pubg royale pass. My reference number is[protected]. Hello. My name is arun. I've emailed pubg on the same issue for 6-8 times about my account ban but there's only one worst reply which is "we cannot help players/accounts which are not of korea" if those guys cannot help us, then why they are accepting payments from us and giving uc back? Why are they just playing with us and our money? I'm banned in the game for no reason, i don't even know what is my mistake. I never used any cheat codes or any hacks, i'm on iphone which doesn't give us a chance to get or install hacks and the main thing i even don't know how to install them. Why did they ban me is what my question is? I really need my account back or i need my 800 rupees amount back as refund. Do they think we indians cannot do anything? This is not a good sign, i'm just waiting for the correct reply from the pubg company but they are emailing back saying they don't serve indian server players. If they really don't care about us, indian users, we will not tolerate it anymore.
