My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed.I didn't receive my uc not did I got any refund.Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.

Hi, i purchased a rs.420 worth uc for pubg mobile game. The money was deducted from my account but i didnt get the uc on my pubg account. The reference number is [protected]igagtiyto3. It was done via sbi netbanking. I sent a message to the tencent team through my pubg in-game report platform but didnt get any response. I have attached a screenshot of my transaction. I want my money refunded back to me or uc on my pubg account. Please help.

This pubg game is playing with future generation and students life also. It has become addiction for younger generation. So i request you to ban this game as early as possible.

I didn't receive my uc and i didnreceive the refund.

I bought uc in pubg mobile so i can buy new royale pass and when i purchased uc through the net banking my money got deducted from the account and i didn't get uc in mu pubg mobile.
The pubg mobile shop shows purchase failed but my money got deducted from my bank account.
Then i again purchased then the uc come but my first transaction is failed of 799rs and it gets deducted from my account..

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 21 July'19 via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my Axis Bank account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

I've applied for the refund of my pubg mobile but no action vhas been taken yet and the devloper team is already told me that I can proceed with my refund request from Google play team and Google play team is telling me that go with the devloper team for pubg mobile refund request so what should I do now?

I tried to get the pubg mobile elite royal pass subscription by paying an amount of rs 799/- through my debit card to google play services. The amount got deducted successfully from the bank but in app it told me purchase error. Now when i go back to my pubg mobile i did not got any uc subscription to enjoy the benefits of elite pass but the amount already got deducted.
