Pubg Mobile — uc not credited but money got debited from my bank account

On jan 19th 2019, i purchased uc of rs 1949 but it showed that it failed so i tried to buy again but it showed that it failed again and i didn't get any uc in the game but my money got deducted from my bank account so a total rs 3898 got deducted from my account.. That's a lot of money. I need a refund of the money as soon as possible. Please help it's an emergency
