I was stopped by traffic police in magarpatta city near Gold Gym on talking over phone. I immediately accepted my mistake & agreed to pay the penalty. On top of that, he told me to pay the penalty for helmet also even though i was carrying helmet.
I asked the lady to remove helmet penalty as i am carrying the helmet but she said no & the challan has been generated.
Kindly do the needful...

It's today 28 dec. Traffic police stopped me for checking of helmate.
But i was carrying my helmate.

They still fined me with e chalan
E chalan ptpchm[protected]
The lady officer ask me for mobile number and fined me. Even when i was carrying helmate.

When i came to know fined me it was late i left the spot.. I wanted to reach to work.

On 27th december 2018, i have received message from pune traffice police regarding challan against without helmet amount of rs 500/-. At 4.21 pm

For your information, i was in office that time how can you create challan against without helmet. My vehicle is also in my office parking.

I just heard of this e-challan website from a colleague and went online to check if there are any challans for my bike. To my surprise, i actually found one from 2017. My honda activa was at my home on date 16th dec 2018 and time: 13:34:15
I got a sms that for "entry no" i am being charged of 200 and offense date is 16th dec 2018.
How this is possible where my vehicle is at my home and i was not travelling anywhere. For reference attaching the copy of e-challan. Please look into it....

I entered in one-way by mistake and one of the police officer stop me for that and ask to pay he the fine for wrong side. First this i was on service lane andhe don't have any challan book or any thing. When i accept my mistake told him that i wll pay him the fine for that he is charging me fake dangerous driving fine as i didn't ask him to settle the payment without chalna and than he took my licence and took same details...

Hi, i am naresh and i have received this message and got to know that on 6th dec, 18. I have violated police stop and have a fancy number plate for my bike which is absolutely wrong. On 6th dec'18, my bike was parked at savitribai phule natyagruha for whole day, as i was busy in video shooting my play. Neither my bike has fancy number plate.

Challan is made for the vehicle number mh12-lg-3351 (Which is not clearly visible& may not be pertaining to me) however colour of the two wheeler in attached photograph is gray & my two wheeler colour is bright white.

From above it seems that the vehicle number may be different than mines.
