Dear sir/madam

Today have received e-challan - ptpchc[protected] for halting ahead of white line, but the image attached is not of my vehicle.

This e-challan is for the vehicle number mh12 em 4906.
And as per image this is bike of (Vehicle number mh12 em 4906).

But i have car (Four wheeler).
So looks like you have issued e-challan to wrong vehicle.
Please correct this

On 01st october 2018, 6:24 pm, i received a message from pune traffic police echallan for offense: wrong side driving. I checked the receipt and the offense time was 01/10/2018 6:24 pm but there was no picture.

Though i was not in pune from 30th sept 2018 morning and did not return until 2nd oct 2018 evening. My vehicle was parked in my society's parking the whole time since only i had the keys. I request to cancel/reverse the echallan.

E recently received echallan for "double parking offence" with no evidence. The receipt received at home says the offence was carried out at 16.22 while i am at home this time Please provide the proper evidence and I am happy to pay the fine

I have recently received echallan for "double parking offence" with no evidence. The receipt received at home says the offence was carried out at 19:45 while the one i can see online gives time as 11:55. So there is big discrepancy here. Please provide the proper evidence and i am happy to pay the fine

On 28 september 2018 at 7.15pm. I was passing by rto chowk, pune (Near sangham bridge). I was waiting at the chowk and green signal was there, so we left and the traffic police asked us to take vehicle aside and put a false claim of breaking the signal. We tried to explain the signal was green thats the reason we crossed. But the behavior of the police was very arrogant and didnt hear to our plea and fined us rs 400. We want you to check the cctv coverage for the above. The police do not listen to the voice of common man and think he is the final decision maker. We as a citizen has full right of speech & give clarification. But here the police man do not hear us, just claims as if he has full authority to put false complaint on us. We want to check the cctv footage and return our fined amount back of rs 400. (Attaching the challan of rs 400 paid copy)

I have received the challan for offence of jumping thw signal but i have never done that...and even i am person who follow rules ecery time...I have received a challan back a year also...its for triple seat and that was my mistake because i was helping two peoples who needed ambulance...but this time its not my mistake so i am writing this to you...and even thier is no evidence...can you delete that RS. I have received the challan for offence of crossing the white but the vehicle is not even taken out from last 20-25 days. Image is of auto-rickshaw which i am not holding, first 3-4 digit of rickshaw is similar to my number and they sent challan to me where i am holding a car with this number.

I received an e-challan on 23/09/2018 for parking in a no parking area.

However i didn't take my bike out from my parking on that day.
On checking the accompanying link with the text message that i received, no evidences to support the challan were attached.
I request for a speedy redressal of the issue.

I have only 1 e challen of no parking on date 14th sep 2018 reason is no parking so i received two msg's of pune traffic. Why this another charge i pay no parking fine is only 200Rs why should extra money i paid. MH12LW5305 only once i got in no parking so only once i paid the fine why other fine is pn my bike there is proof with me. And 15th sep to 20 sep im in indapur

I have been fined 1200 rs on 15 sep 2018. Ptpchm[protected] is challan number. They have charge me as below
500 rs for no helmet
200 rs for police violation
500 rs for no driving license.
My wife was driving jupiter mh12mk4676 on 15 sep. She was asked to halt by traffic police at konkone chowk, pimple saudagar. She thought they were asking to halt for some other vehicle.in evening i received above mention fine details.
I am surprise how they have put fine of 500 rs for no driving license without even checking? And there is no system in website where we can provide scan copy of driving license.

I received e-challan ptpchc on 15th sept 2018 for vehicle number mh12 fr 2157 for offence halting ahead white line section 19 (1)/177 mva fees of rs.200/- but the bike shown in evidence image thats not mine. My bike is honda unicorn but in challan image its looks like hero honda passion with same number.
I think some one is using stolen bike with number mh 12 fr 2157 register against my name.

When i call on helpline number, they asked me to come to the commissioner office to get it sorted. I don't understand why would i go when it's not my mistake. Please redirect the e-challan to the concerned person & resolve my query

When i call on helpline number, they asked me to come to the commissioner office to get it sorted. I don't understand why would i go when it's not my mistake. I have received tow traffic challans in my name although the two wheeler in the picture is not mine. The offending vehile is a motor cycle in the picture & i have got a challan on my scooter :). The surprising thing is that there is no online grievance redressal for the online challan system.
The traffic police department should at least confirm registration details of the vehicle in picture with the rto database with them. The website is just one option "pay fine".

I ve got chllan on my mh12dz 4032 splendour standing on white line on signal but its mh14 passing bike in image provided so this is wrong challan on my name. My name is avinash kakade and own the spledour. So please crosscheck the case and hope infuture it will get better. Please solve this issue of bike passing missmatch... I have mh12dz 4032 and person crossed the signal has mh14dz4032.

I saw challan on my name on punetrafficop.net site. I never talk on phone while driving the bike. But i got a challan ptpchm[protected].
The challan do not has evidences and location details as well. Also, i was at home and not driving my bike at the time mentioned by challan i. E.[protected] 21:10:23.276.
Can this challan be cancelled or deleted?

Dear sir,

I just received a message stating pay fine of rs.200 for wrong side driving with challan no. Ptpchm[protected]. This is wrongly issued challan which needs to be canceled.

The offense time is 16:16 pm, 12th sept 2018 and with no evidence.

Just to clarify, i am working at fursungi and at mentioned offense time i was working in the office and my bike was parked in home's parking area.

Please cancel this challan or provide me evidence for same.

I have recieved a challan of 200 rs as fine by pune traffic police
Echallan no: ptpchc[protected]
Offense: halting ahead white line
Amt: ₹200
The image that i have been sent is of a 2 wheeler of number 0753 where as i have a car with number mh12 lp0753.
Kindly look into this.
Also i was not in pune at the time and date of the challan that has been issued in dattawadi.
I do not agree to pay this amount and i am ready to visit any police station to resolve this matter.
