Sir i ordered a ps4 of rs 3500 and i paid the amount but after ordering the amount i contacted the seller and he is asking for extra money for delivery charges.
I already paid the delivery charges to quikr and i want to cancel the order. I want my money back full amount please do this at the earliest..
I am really disappointed with quikr i was really expecting the console

I purchased refurbished xiaomi redmi 5a mobile from quikr in excellent condition. But there is a network problem in this mobile. No sim card is working in these phone. When i insert sim card it shows no sim card in this phone. I also attached with image of this problem.in the quikr add shown this mobile is in excellent condition so i purchased this mobile but when i start my phone then it shows no sim card. I also try restart and reset but my problem is not solved. Now what should i do regarding this order. My order i'd is 10543341. Rs.4887. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Please help me.

Worst service provider. Doesn't value anyone's time, all they know is get paid and forget to service the customers.
Pathetic coordination, worst process and bunch of inefficient people running the show in this organization.
The way the quality of your service is deteriorating, you guys must consider shutting your business off.

I have applied online jobs in quikr, next day i got a phone call that ur selected for offline data entry job. They have sended me 150 project files told that just type in ms-word. He told that his is ur recuiter his name is trilokh mobile number is [protected] email id ; recuiter. [protected]@gmail.com, after submitted the project to cits. [protected]@gmail.com. Trilokh told that to un freeze ur password pay 477 rs to the number [protected] through phone pay, next he told that company has been put on hold ur amount, to un hold u must clar (Pac) amount 8523 rs to the mobile number through phone pay [protected]. I also pay that amount also they told that ur payment is on 4th april, but from yestrday all mobiles are switchoff and emails also not working pls help me

The cits recruiter sent me the work on seeing my profile in quikr. I accepted the job and completed the project on time. They're approved it with very high accuracy. But when it came to the payment. They said to clear the pac which was a huge amount that i couldn't bear. I informed them about it. They said me to wait till april 4. That is yesterday. They finally told me to pay money as the transaction charges to the number they would sent. They had told that i if i was not able to pay that, then they would cancel my payment. But they did not send me the number to which i was supposed to pay. They had told me that i would receive my payment by 5:00 p. M. But i didn't. As per the instructions given by the company i contacted the recruiter several times. But there was no response from the recruiter. So pls take action against those fake job offers.

Good afternoon i got a message from ad-quikr regarding job from joblence free by bhoree singh, employee of hdfc bank mumbai, employee name:monika sharma,
She charged me 1000 rs as registartion fee and said it will refundable after telephone interwiew.in telephone interview they again asked me to pay 3000. I had made pre paid transaction of a Bajaj cooler of Rs . 1454 rs on 2nd of April but still the status is showing pending and when I am contacting your customer care they even don’t know anything that how to resolve any complaint or how to satisfy your customer . This is to bring to your notice that as requested, i made the required payment to become the premium member in quikr. I was believing that i will be getting assistance in selling my product and as promised in the best price. However, very disappointingly i want to mention that none of the promise made came true.

I am not getting any assistance, even the sales/ support point of contact who called me almost ten times when i was supposed to make payment and was after me with follow up, has now gone out of contact. Team no longer has time to respond or answer my calls. I do not understand where your busy schedule goes when it is about asking money for membership.

It is almost 15 days by now, i do not see any effort or communication or assistance from your side, so i want to claim refund of 500/- which i paid to meenakshi (Your team member) via google tez payment her mobile.

Please return asap.

What sort of service do you provide, your customer support doesn't work well, i called multiple times but of no aviail, i purchased a cooler on 29th march, the delivery date was 1st april, but just before delivery i got a message reading it has been rescheduled, i don't want the product any more. I am really disappointed and disturbed due to fraudulent happend to me for selling a refrigerator. Please find the conversations for your reference attached and kindly please help in providing my amount back.

I will provide you the short description of what happend. A person named manisha sharma has contacted me through gmail and asked about the details of refrigerator and the way she communicated looks professional, so i accepted to sell the freezer to her but she said she can only transfer amount through check instead of internet banking as she keeps track of transaction. She said she she will put up a check for 38500 where i had to pay 8500 to delivery person for charges. I received a call next day saying the parcel has arrived at delhi and they initially said that i have to transfer 8500 for delivery to dispatch the parch and later they said i have pay 16800 to them as refundable amount because during scanning they found parcel contains check and if it has more than 100000 wriiten in cheque, tax amount has to be pad or else amount will be refunded. They also said the the package has to be opened near the delivery person.

Later they asked some other amount there only i found it suspicious. I received calls through [protected].

Kindly please help in getting amount. We trusted you.

Since i had sold my car through other medium so i want my refund.
I was told in case my car is not sold through quikr, i will get back my paid amount which is rs 1501.

He told me to transfer amount through paytm n i transferred 3500 after selection of cell also paid rs.100 as curriour charges after negotiations.
Now he had blocked my both cell no.

One of your executive called us offering an premium services for quick sell of our used car that we had posted quikr.com,. The premium service was that the ad will reflect on top page, will be seen all across maharashtra and this will lead to immediate sell, if not then the full money would be refunded. This was around 22nd march and till date we have not received a single enquiry from a buyer.

When asked for the details of the refund policy on email, it says 'pay per click pack' and fail to understand here, how am i suppose to get the full refund.

Please note rs 2999/- has been paid for the package, which zero benefits.

We need the total refund as we were not given a clear picture and not a single enquiry took place

On[protected], I have been cheated by so called Krishna dealer of Air Conditioner.
As per Quikr ad (screen attached) i had dealing with the seller in my whattsapp and he agreed for Rs.22000 and I paid Rs.10000 advance by QUICK MONEY SENDING in my kotak SB a/c to his CANARA BANK SB A/C[protected] IFSC CNRB0003489 NAME: LALLAWMKIMI, remaining was supposed to pay after the A/c installed.

But the next day morning the seller spoke from +91 [protected] and told me that he was in the Chennai airport and send me urgently Rs.15000 and he will retrun Rs.3000 at the time of handing over A/c. Because of his accent in English (We were dealing only in whatsapp chatting) I had the doubt and told I will personally come to airport with cash. He started avoiding and was telling the airport will not allow me inside and my A/c will be coming from Mumbai. So I said I will come personally or Return my advance. There he changed his statement he was in hurry and told me send money through CANARA BANK SB A/C[protected] IFSC CNRB0003489 NAME: LALLAWMKIMI or you wont get advace money of Rs.10000.

So I thought I am fully cheated by Rs.10000 through QUIKR on buying Air Conditioner.

Kindly treat my complaint and try to BLOCK HIS CANARA BANK SB A/C[protected] IFSC CNRB0003489 NAME: LALLAWMKIMI immediately, and return my Rs.10000.
