    I posted a complaint against Quikr today in consumercomplaints.in regarding false assurance and charge of 1920 INR for the same. I got a call around 8.15 pm stating that he is Deepak calling from Quikr to refund the money and sell my product. Though he didn't assure or say any of my details instead asked me all including my debit card details. He asked for my CVV and OTP which I refused to give. I got a message from LVB bank that it's a online transaction payment.
    There was nothing to assure from his side that he is from Quikr where he was acting so rude and spoke very fast!!! I said I will give another card where there is no balance so that he can refund. He refused. I said to refund in my CC that too he refused. From that I got suspicious and called him back to ask to change the card details. He refused that too and when I said my baby is crying call later he asked me to go ahead and file complaint again of I think he is rude.

    Total nonsense and Quikr should seriously recruit proper customer service people for this kind of job. A person who handles critical complaint like this must be polite and should at least send a mail and message from registered contacts or call from Quikr customer care number to for this. And he shouts like anything over phone.

    I registered online advertising in quikr on august month to sell my camera. An executive called to upgrade my ad to premium and charged 6% which is 1920 inr for my product assuring that it will be sold in a month. Neither my product is sold nor i got a refund. I have been writing several times to the support team but they called me only once when i was busy and mailed that they couldn't reach me. I did a callback and have mailed them several times including personal individuals who mailed me to address the query. There is no reaponse. Have attached all the mail's for reference.

        I placed an order for a bed using quickr. At the time of placing order it was mentioned that my pincode is serviceable for doorstep facility. Later on it was found that the delivery was on a latter date than expected, also pincode had issue with service being available so, i cancelled my order to avoid any problem.
        It was an initial stage neither the seller has confirmed pick up nor i had scheduled any slot for delivery. The executive on call informed me that i will be charged with cancellation fee.

          I paid money for a title transfer (Hr 26 de 4578) within the same state and with all documents, on[protected]. Sales promised me that documents would be collected in 24 - 48 hours. It has been 2 weeks now and it seems that work gets handed from one team to another with no resolution. And, while every one is able to reach me on my phone, only quikr is unable to reach me. That's always the excuse. No one responds to emails or provides me with a number of a person i can speak to. I am cursing the say i made a payment.

          Then they decided to give my money back but it has been already so many months and always saying that you will get your money soon.
          But nothing happened.

            Quikr asked me to pay 1000.₹ for my add on which i complied. I got a payment link on my gmail by which i made payment if 1000.₹ for my advertisement to sell mobile but i didn't get any genuine buyer.

            I contacted the quikr but no reply came to me. I asked for money back but no reply came.

              I have gone through the process for finding out maid here in quicker. Unfortunately the experience was worst. The agency named bhumika asked me to deposit 3, 000 cash as a fee & rest after the coming of maid. I did the same but after that maid didn't come. My messages on whatsapp are not being seen & phone calls from mine are not bieng picked by that agency. Kindly be serious about this.

                I bought an unboxed certified motog5 plus from quikr certified mobiles sold by melon infotech.

                The package received by me was not sealed properly. When i opened the package and then the mobile box, the mobile contained various scratches all over its body and multiple dents as well which was not as per the definition of quikr unboxed phones.

                Along with this the screen had a bleeding issue, like the screen had been replaced.

                Plus the imei numbers on the quikr invoice was different than the number on the mobile. This clearly means that the device was somehow changed in the delivery/other process.

                I contacted the quikr certified team and told them about the issue, also sent them the issue proof photos and the entire unboxing video which clearly shows the package not being sealed properly.

                The device was picked up for replacement after 5-6 days by the quikr person.

                Now it's been around 4 weeks and there is no news about my device which was picked up. I have called quikr mobile multiple times and sent multiple mails on the email id, but to no avail. I keep getting the same rehearsed answer that the team is taking a look into it and the issue has been highlighted to the concerned department.

                This looks like a clear case of fraud from quikrs end. I have also asked for a refund since they are not sending me the replacement device, but quikr does not support refunds policy.

                All in all a pathetic buying experience.

                  Hi,

                  Quikr has share details for the maid service provider / agency (Bhomika placement service regd – [protected]) in noida. They have asked to do payment via paytm or online transfer. This person has promised to provide service for a period of two years and taken the initial deposit for two years. Ajeet seems to be fraudulent. Please help me getting the refund processed. Also update the details of that person as fraudulent.

                    I have paid to quikr for my service as a premium in getting rental notification for our property in btm layout bangalore. I have been getting messages that clients are interested but none of them are relevant. All irrelevant names who are interested in somewhere some part of bangalore; their names and nos are given.
                    I have complained on this and some person calls me sometime in the week of 14th sept and he makes fun of the situation without solving the problem.
                    I am highly disappointed with the service of quikr and feeling like never to use the same service again.

                      This is the worst service from quikr service as the person swathi called to link up with there company for providing service and asked to make a payment for rupees 5000 and till now not even a single service provided and they not evng responding for my call this is a fake service providers and i had all the receipts which ever i paid and i had all the recording which this company people said and i will wait for 3 more days and cab file a complaint if they don't do any refund

                        Hi i had a booked a premium advertisement to advertise my puppies 6 months back for 15 cities for 1500 rs after so much complains and fuss they cleared my advertisement and now they gave me an option of 11 cities but the catch now is we cannot advertisement for pets. Just because they know i cannot use my ad they released my premium advertisement after over 6 months, i request they either give me back my money with compensation as i lost 6 months of my sale or let me advertise my puppies. Please help.

                          I received call from quikr regarding job and they tell me to pay rs. 1500/- for registration and pay the amount and telephonic interview is done they tell me i selected for hdfc bank you pay rs. 5500/- and you get call letter
                          Regarding job and join 17 august 2018 & i pay the amount and after they told me pay rs. 13500/- as deposit amount and money demanding is rised and i am not pay the 13500/-
                          Everyday i call them to refund my 7000/- but they not received call and not reply my email

                            I have applied for a rc/insurance transfer via quiker rto portal on 17th july, after few minute one of your college puviyarasan. [protected]@quikr.co.in and he said for payment for 1500, same i have done after few hours.

                            Again after few days, i have asked for status of my rc/insurance but they didnt replied anything, i have sent around 10 to 15 mails to your guyz but i didnt get any support or solution from your side.

                            Then in the 1st of sep i called them, they said it is in last stage, you will get your rc in the next week, same thing they are saying to me till date,

                            Please let me know the status otherwise, i ma going to put a case against quikr service, please check and do the need full.

                              In the month of dec 2017, i made a payment of rs. 2200 to quikr as instructed by one mr. Ilyas pasha (Sales executive) who has assured me that the service will be provided within a week or so.
                              After the payment i had to contact them about 10 times to understand the status and finally in mar 2018, i got the number of some agent who kept taking me for a ride by giving excuses like rto is undergoing audit, officer is not there, saturday cannot be scheduled and endless other bogus/senseless reasons to not schedule my work. He scheduled my rto visit twice and never turned uo himself at the rto. I travelled 15 kms n was left waiting for him, once. 2nd time he assumed i will not come and just left without even telling me.. Even though i reached rto much before the scheduled time.
                              Finally he stopped receiving my calls or answering my texts. One fine day he tells me that he is not working for my rto anymore and another person is handling the same. This new person also doesn't answer calls, doesn't call back or replies to any text. We are in sep 2018 and i am yet ti receive the service or refund.

                              So quikrs basically is so efficient that they cannot get a duplicate rc done in 10 months, this is certainly a great achievement and shows how much they care.

                              Another executive, mr nawaz has been a bit helpful and has asked for my account details for refund. Which i have provided within a day, after which he has also gone silent.
                              This is the most unprofessional behaviour i have seen from any company off late.
                              I have all mail trails and proofs of communication with them (15+ mails) wherein i have got only 1 mail revert from mr. Nawaz.
                              Mr. Ilayas pasha has finished his sales call and got thr money, hence he is not bothered anymore whether the customer has received the service or not. Horrible experience and i was my refund. I should actually ask this money with interest.

                                I contacted "seema home services" listed for nashik location for cooking service on your site considering it must be genuine since it is registered service provider on your site. I contacted them & paid the registration amount & after that these guys have blocked my numbers & not replying at all.

                                I need your help to get the refund of my money which i payed through upi & since you guys must have done required kyc of the service provider i need the required details name, address & other details so that i can find out these guys & lodge an official police complaint about them.

                                I think as a legitimate firm you guys should help users track down such frauds & set an example so that people don't lose trust in your site.

                                  Still not picked up... A guy from quikr called telling me there is a defect in the laptop screen and whether i want to continue with the order or cancel it... I told him to cancel the order.. I will like to ask quikr to refund me quickly as i have found another seller on quikr and i like to buy from him... Quikr takes a lot of time refunding people... I have been frustratingly trying to order a laptop from quikr for over a month now.. No success so far...

                                  First time no success... The delivery boys wer lazy and they returned the item.. And got refunded after
                                  Waited for the laptop for (4-5 days) and (4 - 5 days) for getting refunded causing me frustration and tension
                                  (12 days +)

The pickup boys were lazy and took (4 - 5) days to schedule a pickup with seller after that the pickup guy calls me and tell me that the laptop screen is damaged and i cancel the order (Thankful for him and quikr for verifying the condition of the laptop and i dont blame this fully on quikr as it is partially the sellers fault) now god knows will it again take 5 days to get my refund if it will (Maybe 5 days)

                                  Total = 22+ days trying to order a lenovo thinkpad x230 from quikr...

                                  Atleast refund my money to quikr cash balance as i have found another seller in quikr who sells the same lenovo laptop... So i can try my patience and luck once more... I think you should introduce a feature like that to refund immediately to quikr cash balance if the seller is not reliable... That will great and helpful for people to buy from quikr otherwise it just waisting peoples time and mental energy... Hope you will take this in consideration

                                    Hi team,

                                    I want to lodge a complaint again quikr job services as i took a premium service where i would be getting 50 drivers details bases on my job postings requirements.

                                    Quikr had just given anonymous details as per their database which even was not per my requirement and they lapsed my service.

                                    When talking with customer executive on this they started arguing in return as this is what quikr policy is and this is how it faq customers.

                                      I had placed the order for the washing machine july 14, 2018 with an expected delivery date of july 15th. The delivery was delayed by over a week and it took repeated calls to your customer service to get the machine delivered. Additionally, the machine received wasn’t the one that i had ordered. The delay was caused due to lack of machine. Guarented team had mentioned that this was mentioned to quikr. However, no quikr representative had the basic minimum courtesy to inform the customer about this. We only got to know after multiple calls made to quikr. The ad was for an ifb elite 5kg washing machine, but what i received was ifb executive plus.

                                      The machine received was faulty and has been giving issues since the delivery. It took repeated calls to your customer service to get a technician to come check the machine. The technician who had come to check the machine was quite rude and was always hours late from when the timing he quoted. He even came outside of normal sane working hours. Even after the technician visiting multiple times and me calling the technician and his seniors and yelling at them to finish the services on time, it took nearly 2 weeks to get the machine in proper running condition without any issues. But the machine has been giving issues again, a few days after the last visit by the technician.

                                      This time when i tried calling the quikr customer support to report the problem, i was asked to contact one assist. On checking with the one assist i was required to give them a voucher id for the washing machine, but the same has not been provided by quikr. The customer service mentioned that it would take another couple of days to look into the voucher id issue and only then will i be able to raise a complaint for the washing machine. Even right now this moment i don't have any update whatsoever either about the voucher or the service. I placed a call regarding the voucher on 1st september, 2018 and was promised that i would get a call back within 2-3 days. This however has not happened till date[protected].

                                      So overall this entire experience with your sales and after sales services has been stressful and tiresome. This kind of service isn’t what i expected when i made a purchase from a company like quikr. I have also raised a complaint about this in the consumer forum and i wish to see this through. We have not been able to use the machine for more than 60% of the time it has been with us although this is a quikr certified product. I wanted to give one last chance (Even after giving so many chances) when i called on quikr and spoke to mamta and then further with her superior/manager (Dhanush if i recall correctly). Today i again had to take the effort and call back and i spoke to shekhar and he again gave me the same standard response, please give me one working day & i'll ensure this is sorted out, i don't have my backend team with me. I am not someone who is sitting without any work or just jobless. Please understand the famous saying "customer is king" and this is how you treat your customers and this is the service you are providing. Applause!

                                      Adding onto all of this, the most recent call i had with mr shekhar on 13th september, he asked me to wait for one day and till date nothing has happened. I simply fail to understand why it is so difficult for quikr to provide service & support.

                                      I again had to place a call to the support team and i was greeted by mr sunil and i heard the same response again, "please wait for another day and it will be sorted out." after asking for shekhar specifically, i again hear the same thing from him saying please wait till monday. This was the exact same thing i was told on 1st september and till now that monday has never come. I am extremely tired of waiting and waiting.

                                      Please take back the washing machine as we are no more interested in the services offered by your company or anything related to quikr.

                                      You can understand my plight further if you see all the recorded calls placed to & from my mobile number since the time i have received this washing machine.

                                        We have a complaint that not getting the genuine lead from quikr. Actually, we have noticed most of the time the leads generating from your side are expiring on a date.
                                        During the last 20 to 25 days, have not received genuine candidates. They have refused on call for ticketing, flight, or for booking hotels. Most of the candidates said to us, they will plane trip after one month or two months or later. Besides it, we are getting very less lead from quikr. We are getting lose by taking subscription from quikr.

                                        Kindly take an appropriate action for resolution on the above issues.

                                        Hi Dear All,

                                        We TAHA TOUR AND TRAVELS have been cheated by Quikr. After taking the subscription of 'Quikreasy For Business" on dated Mon, Jun 4, 2018, we have not got any single genuine lead from Quikr. All leads are totally fake. Kindly, make a sense after taking a review from my last emails which had written by us. We have not got any positive responses from Quikr or by any other medium of contact as well. We knocked them time to time to take an appropriate action to fix the issues. But they made us disappointed and not took any positive action for this regarding.
                                        We have lost our money, time and of course resources also by taking the subscription of 'Quikreasy For Business".

                                        Now, we have no other way except going to the court. We will go to the court to file the suit (case)against the Quikr. It is my final decision.
