This is ashish negi. This is to confirm to you that i have finally send the cheque to you so that you can be sure how serious i'm ready to purchase the dinning table. The airline will arrive in india tomorrow morning by 8:45am, while they will call you for the delivery of the package to your door once the airline arrive.
Please bear with me that the affiliated flight, lufthansa airline has no available flight from london (Uk) to your own city, so the flight that is bringing the package will arrive at indira gandhi international airport, once the parcel is clear from new delhi custom it will be deliver to you in your city through airline delivery agent, so you have to make sure you are available at home to received the package once you got a call from the delivery local agent because you have to sign before they release the package to you.
Also, from the cheque you will received, i have include extra amount of 8, 500 rupees because i was informed by the airline that been first class shipping the custom will charges 8, 500 rupees in india currency has insurance fee/clearing fee before they can clear the parcel which is the 70 pounds writing on the airway bill. This amount is to ensure that the custom will register the parcel in india if in case there is any problem the custom can be able to defend that the cheque have pass through the normal channel to india.
So, the total amount on the cheque is 23, 500 rupees. 8, 500 rupees you need to transfer to the airline delivery agent as the custom insurance fee/clearing fee tomorrow morning before they come to deliver the parcel to you. The rest 15, 000 rupees is for the dinning table. I was told by the airline official that i need to inform you in earlier about the 8, 500 rupees before they arrive in india tomorrow morning to avoid any form of delay. Please you should try to co-operate with them to avoid any controversy related to money issue.
