I had paid the amount for the service pick up and drop off on 1st september 2018. The delivery executive was assigned. However, the service was never provided and the amount was also not refunded. The delivery executive just mentioned the service has been provided and informed that his manager has asked him to do so. Delivery executive no - [protected]. This service is fraud!!!

    Maine support me call kiya to unhone kaha wo sell karneki guaranty nahi dete responses ki bhi guaranty nahi dete
    So what should i do now
    Now they are not responding to my calls n msgs

    Don't go for premium and god adds these all are fake packages

    Olx is very best option to sell anything

      Called Mona maid consultancy services from quickr website...he charged money through Paytm which I paid
      Now he is refusing my call every time.. seems clear case of fraud..not expected from quickr.. ridiculous!!
      Not sure about the location he told it's Bhubaneswar but I doubt from his language n all ...I need my refund money back or I'll life long not trust ur company in any further dealings.. please take immediate action

When i contacted the seller for delivery of the product he is asking for otp for the transaction. Without delivery of product how can i share the otp, and i am feeling it fake transaction. Please cancel my order and refund my money

          This is an honest feedback for your premium service which i opted lately.

          When quikr launched its door step delivery service it was a revolution in the used product selling buying market, and since then i am a huge fan of quikr.

          But recently the experience i had with quickr is real eye opener the kind o[censored]nprofessionalism and unethical behaviour quikr executive showed after buying premium service is something which will never bring me back to quikr for any other buy or sell.

          I have a branded dining set 2.5 years old which i bought in 40000 rs and the price i quoted on quikr was around 24000 rs which as per me was legitimate ask. As soon as i updated the details on quikr app i got a call from quikr and the lady (Kalpana, intentionally using the real name) told me to go for a premium service worth 1700 something which will be available in 1050 at discounted rate "for just next 15 mins" and they will be publishing my dining set adds all over the city and i will get a dedicated representative if i have any queries also quikr executives will come in a fews days and do a survey of my dining table, till this point it was ok then she told me that the price i am quoting is very less and i should quote 32000 rs for it and not just that "we deal with such sells day in day out and your dining set is in excellent condition so it will not take more than 2-3 days for this to get sold if i opt for premium service" she said.

          Under the influence and greed i opted for the service. I got no call at all or enquiries for about a week, and when ever i was asking the lady about it she was saying she is on vacation and came to her home town, after a week that lady stopped responding.

          It has been about three weeks and i still have got no call.

          My grievances are not about not been able to sell my dining set but about the way quikr is selling their premium services and giving wrong hopes and false information and we are simply believing them because they have more experience in this field and fall for it.

          The bottom line is that quikr is a good brand and it takes a lot of efforts and hard work to create a reputation but when these sales people are just spoiling it for completing their monthly targets its an unrepairable damage and loss of customers.

            Last month i posted a free ad for commercial property in quicker home... And i upgraded to the upgraded plan of 209.. Soon after i got a call from mr. Aashish yadav from their sales department... Told me that my 209 plan will only make my post visible on mobile app and i should rather opt for their premium plan of 1500 in which my ad will be on top for next 2 months and they will alsllink my post to their channel partner.. Put on newspaper and they will also assign me one executive which will do all the dealing on my behalf... Told him i'll let him know but he kept on insisting me with discount and took 850 rupees more and then he stopped taking my calls... It seems this company only fraud people with their marketing lies... Now either i want my cash back or i need the earliest action on them

              Quikr cold called me to check if I required any RTO related help incidently my father had passed away and I had to get his car RC transferred. I paid the money to quikr. After paying the money they told me that they will not be able to handle such a case. I aaked for a refurn which till date they have not given. Dozens of mails have been exchanged but not response.

              Same situation 19 days later. Lot of talk from quikr but no action. Your manager pramod is sending me same mail on my 'dismay' but cant simply process a refund.

              DONT USE QUIKR - ITS A SCAM

                I enquired about maid services for full time from "quikr.com". An agency called me (Mahesh chandra) from babli maid services (R) and sent the details and sent the maid with a fellowmates (Sunil) yesterday from delhi to kanpur at my residence (U. P.) in morning 7am through purshottam express train as told by the fellomate and the fellomate (Sunil) took the payment of rs. 45000 in cash and issued a receipt of my father's name. The agreement was of two years. The girl has left the bag of clothes in my home and took away one lakh rupees.
                Now, the agency is not receiving any of my calls from yesterday till now and is not responding to any of our messages.
                The maid ran away on 30 august'2018 evening 5 pm, without informing. The agents mobile is on he is not receiving my call.

                In anticipation. The quikr company is a fraud and with that they are not helpful. The worstest experience. No body from quikr are taking action or listening to our complain.

                  Continuously fraud jobs are posted on Quikr...And Quikr is not taking any strict step towards these jobs...In quikr.com this person(posted by :DENIM HUNK) posting fake jobs and collect 2500rs in each person per job. i will pay 2500 for this job.

                    I have enrolled myself on quickr easy business and taken premium membership. Have called you ppl several times to complain that i have got only one lead in the last 5 days and your system says that they have sent me 6 leads. I have attached the screenshots of my quickr easy business profile. Pls fix this and correct it. Also i need some clarifications from your end about the services that you have promised as no one has called me brief about the usage of the application.                       I'm ayaaz ahmad i bought smartphone moto z play 32gb.. From quikr.. Order id..10434111.. I receive the phone but some content not included the phone like.. Sim tray and charger and phone is locked.. And phone display is damaged.. I inform to quikr.. Quikr reverse pickup the phone since..21/07/2018.. Quikr says i refund your money.. Today 38 days have passed but not yet received the money... Please solve the issue hurry

                      A fake add is posted in quikr for sale of qualis 2003 model ADD ID[protected], there is no such products is available, and they are trying to cheat in a high tech way, they are asking us to go to chennai airpot pay the parking charges and take the car.. whish is fraud network and trying to cheat people..

                        I have subscribed for rto service from quikr and paid the upfront amount of inr 2900 on 20th march 2018.

                        As per the agreement "post basic details confirmation, the
                        Documents pickup will be scheduled within 48 to 72 hours.." it is more than 30 months and no action has been done

                        I have written 10 follow up emails till date and even gave them calls but there has been no positive response, and i was provided an excuse like the there is restructure in rto till august 15, after that i have written 2 mails but no response

                        I have even requested them to provide the complete refund if they are not able to provide the service as requested in the last 2 mails

                          Ye bt mene Quikr ko waps call krke inform bhi ki...but unka khna h ki...issue unhe koi mtlb ni h...or ab refund ye khkr ni kr rhe h...ki aap do tests qualify kr chuki h...or ab quit ni kr skti...

                          I also want my refund because the bank they offered is actually not the original...
                          I paid 5000 rs around for online leads for quikr but i am not recieving a single leads till now my contact number [protected], email [protected]@vatsalbroking.com...

                            Worst experience with quikr
                            They did not check whether the job they are advertising is real or not...
                            They demands unnecessary payments..
                            I have applied for a job.. And mujhe vha se call aaya aaditya singh ka that u have to get register with quikr jobs by paying rs.1500by paytm and they said me that u can claim refund if it creates problem but only in 24hours... I said them i can't pay it right now so he said u will not be able to apply for this job now... Then he pass my review to other employee chandni.. Next day, she also called me and asked me whether u want to apply in icici bank or axis bank... I chose icici bank, then she said me that u can apply only i[censored] pay the amount... I made the payment on... And she gave me a link for online test... I have cleared it and get selected but now they r demanding rs.5500... And they r not refunding me... They did not specified me that i[censored] get selected and want to quit u will not get refund... Now they are specifying it... What should i do now... They are not refunding me...

                            Continuously fraud jobs are posted on Quikr...And Quikr is not taking any strict step towards these jobs...
                            Quikr is responsible for any payment made by the customers and i have also in belief of Quikr made payment of Rs.1500. Now Shivam Shukla of ICICI bank HRD is asking me to made another payment of Rs.5500 for the verification of my documents then for surety I had a visit to the nearest ICICI branch and they told me that there is no one like Shivam Shukla in HRD...I complaint back in the quikr but they are not taking any serious action against him...Plz take any serious step towards him and refund the amount...

                            I kindly request u to please refund my amount...

                              I have placed an order of a refurbished Mobile from Quikr on 29.07.2018, payment made through credit card. The order was cancelled from Quikr's end, which I got to know when I called the customer care centre on 04.08.2018. The executive asked me no problem the refund will be done within 15 working days maximum. Thereafter I have called them for over 25 times (all of the recordings I possess as proof), to get lame replies like " Sorry for the delay", " we are escalating the process" and " when is your bill date?". I have been either put to hold over 10-15 mins or disconnected abruptly. I have informed them that 27.08.18 as my bill payment date ( purposely mentioned 3 days in advance to avoid defaulting the payment). Even today they are telling me sorry but it will take more 3-4 days. I am almost having to pay the credit card bill ( which I intended to convert to EMI) along with incurring charges for late payment. Rest of the facts are clearly evident in the recording attached (which is one of all the recorded calls). I sincerely want to know how these e-Commerce firms possess the audacity to cheat blatantly like this and fool through their certification program.

                              Latest update: Even today when I called the customer support, that there has been a problem in the payment gateway ( which seems to happen during the refund process) since deducting for an order placed is almost instant. Therefore, I have to wait till next week for my refund ( which is the 4th time they are repeating the same dialogue). I insisted on speaking to a management executive, after which they put my cal on hold for nearly 9 mins and replied, " Sorry seniors are busy in meeting, can you call back?"
                              This is how people are treated during the refund process. I wish I could upload the last conversation to prove how they intend to agree to their cheating process.

                                I posted an ad of my house for rent in Chitrakoot, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. On 3rd August, 2018 i got a call from executive (Ujala) saying they are getting much queries about properties in my area. And they told me that they will rent out my property within 1-2 weeks and they promised me they will give me atleast 1 visitor per day. They told me that I've to pay Rs. 1200 for converting the ad to platinum and then i paid the amount. Then 2 weeks passed, i didn't got any response from tenants and no single person came for house visit. Then i tried to contact the executive (ujala) and she ignored me. On 27 August, i contacted customer executive and told them to refund my full amount as you've frauded me into paying 1200rs. The executive then said there is no policy of refund despite of saying that their executive ujala has misguided and frauded me. He then said another executive will call me within 1 hour. But it has been 4 hours and i didn't got any call. I've attached the payment receipt and the call recording. I want my full refund from quickr.

                                I've given my house through property dealer as it has been 1 month and i can't bear any more loss as customer executive said she we'll rent out in 1-2 weeks. Now quickr can refund my full amount i.e. Rs. 1200 failing to which legal action would be taken.

                                I paid money for a gold ad which was supposed to appear on quikr for mumbai location. I paid 1500/- INR for a week;s service on quikr. I paid the money through citruspay.com but the agent never reverted after receiving the money. Also he switched off his phone.

                                  I have posted an ad for iphone 5s with a price of 8, 500/-. Some executive from quikr called me and asked me to make it a premium ad and increase the price of the product to 10, 000/- and make a payment of 550/- to quikr. She told that by doing so my ad will be listed in top ads in various cities and i will not be charged any convenience fee also and within 2-3 days the product will be sold. Its been 20 days since i did that and i have got only 1 response till now.

                                  Quikr is trying to fool customers (Seller in this case) by doing so.

                                  I even mailed quikr support for this but there is no reply. I would like to have a refund of my amount and then i will remove my ad from quikr.

                                  I could not even change the price of the product under premium service. Customer care called and changed price but I am not getting any response to my ad. I just lost 550 to quikr so called premium service and got nothing in return.

                                  It's been 3 days and there is no call from quikr at all. And on top of that I can't even edit my edit now to reduce the price. What kind of policy is this? Forcing the user to buy premium ads. Just return my money and I will never use quikr again.

                                    This is ashish negi. This is to confirm to you that i have finally send the cheque to you so that you can be sure how serious i'm ready to purchase the dinning table. The airline will arrive in india tomorrow morning by 8:45am, while they will call you for the delivery of the package to your door once the airline arrive.

                                    Please bear with me that the affiliated flight, lufthansa airline has no available flight from london (Uk) to your own city, so the flight that is bringing the package will arrive at indira gandhi international airport, once the parcel is clear from new delhi custom it will be deliver to you in your city through airline delivery agent, so you have to make sure you are available at home to received the package once you got a call from the delivery local agent because you have to sign before they release the package to you.

                                    Also, from the cheque you will received, i have include extra amount of 8, 500 rupees because i was informed by the airline that been first class shipping the custom will charges 8, 500 rupees in india currency has insurance fee/clearing fee before they can clear the parcel which is the 70 pounds writing on the airway bill. This amount is to ensure that the custom will register the parcel in india if in case there is any problem the custom can be able to defend that the cheque have pass through the normal channel to india.

                                    So, the total amount on the cheque is 23, 500 rupees. 8, 500 rupees you need to transfer to the airline delivery agent as the custom insurance fee/clearing fee tomorrow morning before they come to deliver the parcel to you. The rest 15, 000 rupees is for the dinning table. I was told by the airline official that i need to inform you in earlier about the 8, 500 rupees before they arrive in india tomorrow morning to avoid any form of delay. Please you should try to co-operate with them to avoid any controversy related to money issue.

                                    I hereby attached you the airway-bill and the scan copy of the cheque in the mail.

                                      I was. Called by quikr to change by ad to premium and they told me that they have buyers ready for this product and they will immediately connect me to buyers

                                      They charged my credit card for 4 products and told me they will call back and help with the ad.

                                      But now they have stopped responding. Pushpalatha s marketing specialist sent me only 1 email and since then i have called her 10 times and sent 20 plus followup mails but she has chosen to not respond

                                      I have not got any service to date for the money i spent. I am highly disappointed and feel olx is more trustworthy and i was cheated by ajay from quikr

I have oder oneplus one sandstone black mobile but i have received different color and a lot of problems is there i have oder my phone its look like new but mobile is not looking like new. Its to old phone then i call to quikr customer care to replace my mobile its 7 days replacement policy is there. Customer care said to me i need to send mail regarding one videos i need to make for the problem, and photos, invoice of bill, imei number. Everything i have send after one days they have reply on mail say i need to send imei number again then i have send one more time imei number. 2 days 3, days over i didn't received any reply from quikr i have call customer care a alot of time they said today you will received mail when every time i call them they are saying today you will get reply. I put a lot of reminder on mail. After 5 days i got replay from them replacement has been process. I have wait for 2 days no one came for pickup my mobile. After i called customer care they having call back facility when i am requesting for call back they are calling but no one speaking on call if call any other mobile number then i can talk to they if call any one number after that customer care they got its my number after i try to call they i am not able to connect. They blocking my mobile number. Again if i call to any other number then only i can talk them. Its to bad customer crevices today its 25. Aug still no one came for take my phone

                                        Whenever we called the customer support they are just giving dates only. While picking up the return product They said I I'll get the refund within 4 to 5 days but still I didn't received anything. Day by day just increasing the dates only. M very hopeless now.

                                        It was worst experience ever with Quikr.
