I m running my company step up education in mohali
I want to start my add on quickr, i'll talk with your staff member yasmeen [protected]. She guide me.
I want to start my immigration related add, i'll pay 10, 000 rs on last saturday, she said we arrange verification call with in 1-2 hour but i don't receive any call. After 15-20 times i called her after that she arrange a verification call on 20-8-17 after that she said that some add posting man call for add posting but i don't receive any call. I'll call 15 times she always making excuses today i'll call her she cut my call and not pick my call..
If you cannot provide me proper service then please refund my money back

I hope you are doing well, This is further to our discussion about the marketing tie up with your Company.However you were not able to fullfill our requirement ever after nos.of reminder.The unprofessional way to doing business purely reflects a negative impression especially when we work in a buyers market.
we have very serious doubts on your integrity and would want to escalate this to your top management. I just want to let you know through this email that refund of INR 10, 000 needs to be initiated today itself which was handed over to Yasmeen otherwise we are forced to take a legal action against you.

    I already complaint against quikr india pvt. Ltd. But i didn't receive a single call from quikr side.. I am suffering from lots of problem in my business due to quikr

    Pathetic service provide by quikr india..

    He recruit lier persons that he call me nd told me to plz close thus compaint and within 24 hr. I will start your package but literally today is 20 aug. And i already paid amount of rs. 8800 on dt. 31st july.

      The person contacted me from quikr.com for the recruitment of job, and gave mi 100% assurity for refund if i dint get the job, so i paid the money to the official site of "www.rojgarhubs.com" and as the site seems to be official i trusted it and paid the amount. But when i quit the recruitment process in between the said they will return the amount with in 45 days, i paid the amount in month of june but yet dint recieved any respond for the refundable process.

          It is regarding ad[protected] posted by quirk, i booked online on 11th august and it was promised initially that the product is available and the product will be delivered however on 14th august (Date of delivery) it was informed that the product is not available and the money will be refunded however the money not refunded till date 18th august 2018. Quikr is cheating people by posting fake ads when products are not available and existing with them. They are blocking customers money and not refunding the amount. I contacted quikr support through my phone and mailed them number of times but no refund haapened. Neither the product was delivered nor the amount refunded.

          When the product itself was not available why quikr assured delivery?
          is it not the responsibility of quikr to check for product availability before promising the customer?
          when the product is not available and not delivered to customer as per promise then why the amount is not refunded? from 11th august 2018 till date 18th august 2018 it is seven working days, i called quikr door step team through phone and mailed them number of times but neither amount refunded nor product delivered.

          @Quikr Customer care, Saying sorry or apologies is easy as there is no money involved in saying sorry but who will take the responsibility for my time and money that got wasted from 11th august 2018 on wards? 11000 rupees is not a small amount? What right has quikr got to place a fake AD and waste somebodies time and money? It was quikr's responsibility to check if the AD is genuine or not.When the product itself does not exist why Quikr assured me that it will delivered on 14th august 2018.Will quikr pay me interest on my money from 11th august 2018(date of booking) till date 19th august 2018.

          @quikr customer care...Quikr is responsible for 1)the fake ad that was placed through its website 2) quikr is responsible for wasting my time and money and causing me mental agony .Quikr should pay me damages for cheating me and wasting my time and money by placing a fake ad without checking its authenticity.

          i made the payment on quiker website regarding my RC transfer, rs 3200 Now quiker collect my original documents and all the RTO service action is pending, i am calling quiker but no action taken by quiker, request initiate refund and return my documents, i will do it by myself. my mobile number is [protected].

            Hello sir,

            I have ordered a cell phone of samsung order id: 10439193 dated: 31/7/2018 and then when i didnt receive my material so i called on 4/8/2018 to customer care and i got information that due to unavailability of stock my order has been cancelled without any information then also i genetally requested to refund my money asap so they told me within 7 days i m going to receive my funds and after that i didnt receive any confirmation and again i called customer care several time uptill today but they told me different replies that sooner i m going to receive my funds but no success and today somebody told me again that my order has been cancelled on 8/8/2018 so within 7 days i m going to receive my funds which is very frustrating for me so now resolve my issue asap otherwise i m being forcing to get involved into legal action against your organisation as i m facing mental and psychological pressure for not getting proper reply and confirmation about my hard earned money.

              Respected sir, i need a car spares parts and i gone through quiker site and found related items and price and seen that seller was verified by quiker, and i communicated with that person, and asked me through pay from paytm giving his numbers there are [protected], [protected]. And in span of 2 days i payed him and i got a positive response that my shipping will be done on the next day so i was waiting for my parcel, and days passing on 1 week completed and i asked for tracking he said to wait for 2 more days as he forgot to note down tracking number and after 2-3 weeks he said parcel was back to him, and he will send it again, i said ok, and this was repeated for 2 months. And now he totally stopped answering calls, and sending msgs through whatsapp only, that he will be returning money by today.. And days passed on but there was no response from him, so im giving this complaint either u please give my parcel spares or return my amount. Hope u will take action (And he should be punished, and his business should not be encouraged any more) hope u would help me

                  This is my mail to Quikr Support Team, to no solution.

                  Dear Support Team

                  My name is Subhojit Ghosh, I'm from Kolkata. I had posted a free ad on IPad 2 last month on Quikr. Immediately I got a host of phone calls from your sales executives to buy a Premium Pack and post my ad across 8 different cities across India. I was promised the following when I was lured into paying Rs 1850+ for purchasing these "Ad Credits"

                  1. I'll be able to post my ad across 8 different cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi etc instead of just one city (Kolkata). Just enter the Metro city's pin code and post your premium ad across India.

                  2. There will be a "Buy Now" feature via which once the buyer pays, it is Quikrs responsibility to collect the product and the buyer gets doorstep delivery with Quikr's warranty and does not have to worry about the condition of the product.

                  3. Quikr will collect and deliver my product to any city, there will be a small service fee and once the buyer receives it, I'll get the money credited to my bank.

                  4. This sales person also promised me that the market rate is Rs 17000 for this product, please increase your offer price to at least Rs 15000. (this was a completely false hoax to lure me into this)

                  This person gave me the instructions and I followed them blindly to immediately pay Rs 1850+ via my credit card and then posted my ad across India. While posting I was told that I had to enter the PIN CODES of different cities and NOT of Kolkata - I even made a mistake and posted my Kolkata ad twice (see trail mail) before posting my ad in 6 more cities (Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai) by entering different Pin Codes as per your instructions.

                  The overall selling experience was below expectations and THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER WHO BOUGHT USING THE BUY NOW OPTION even after 1 month.

                  Finally after reducing my price to Rs 8500, yesterday I finally got a buyer from Bangalore who made the payment (Ad id:[protected].

                  Now today morning I contacted Quikr doorstep and they told that since I had put in Bangalore's pin code, the Doorstep person will pick it up only from Bangalore and there is NO SERVICE for pick up in Kolkata. Then I called Quikr Premium Ads and they told that for Doorstep related issues please call Quikr Doorstep. Why should a premium customer RUN AROUND IN CIRCLES contacting different support staffs when it is a goo[censored]p from your entire team?

                  Now this approach of your sales executives - falsely marketing a load of information to get the money out of your customer's pockets and then following it up with almost ZERO customer service is completely disappointing and unexpected.

                  Why was I told to spend Rs 1850, put up my ad in multiple cities by entering false pin codes, if Quikr did not have a pick up service in Kolkata?

                  There are 2 options now: Either make an arrangement for the pickup from my residence in Kolkata and deliver the product in Bangalore as was promised to me by your sales executive, OR Refund my "ad credit" money (entire Rs 1850+ amount which was taken from me) immediately and delete all my ads.

                  Please solve this issue TODAY, otherwise I'll have to escalate this issue via the internet and social media and to Quikr's senior management.

                    It was my first experience with Quicker services and it proved such a disappointment.

                    I had applied for Quicker RTO services for ownership transfer on 8th of July and I was given a commitment that the work will get completed with in 15 - 20 days and it has been over month now and its still in process.

                    When I checked the RTO portal it came as a shock to me that it was just on 2nd of Augst when your associates have applied for the ownership transfer. That also came up after daily follow up calls from my side and I was being given false updates that its in progress in RTO office.

                    I tried the provided escallation matrix for complaining against this irresponsible and fraud behaviour but it also felt on deaf ears.

                      I have posted the ad 20days back regarding pet adoption, and set it as premium paid(800). and iam not getting request since the photos are not clear. iam fed up fighting with the quikr team. each time its so difficult to convey them and make them post my ad. last time also the same thing happened (paid 1000). each time they say they have some policies. posting ad and editing the ad is not given to the user means then what is the point of running this website. But this is the last time . iam not going to post any ad with quikr.

                      please other users don't get cheated by the team. They talk nicely till they get the money they wont specify any policies. after you pay nobody will properly guide you. then you will be fed up.

                          Hello team,

                          I had submitted a complain, earlier about the erroneous intention of the seller of the house property with property id :[protected]. Today, i have got a call from the wife of the advertiser of this same property id and she had asked me about my submission of complain to quikr.

                          I want to know, how does your team investigates for such complaints? Why did they disclose my name to the seller of this property, as i had clearly provided my contact no. (My mobile no.) in the earlier complain and requested to call me for any further clarification about my complain. I am seeming to be insecure now due to the disclosure of my name to the seller of this property with the property id:[protected]. You should have taken my clarifications about the complaints raised by me first then you should have discussed with the seller without disclosing my name. If any damage that would happen in future to my life, i and my family will be holding quikr responsible, as it seems, in this case, quikr did not follow due diligence, while talking to the seller about my earlier complain by not disclosing name of the complain submitter.

                          I want to hear back from you. I am still to open to discuss on my experience, with this seller due to which the deal for this property could not be done.

                              For past 20 days we are facing water and power issue at our pg. One guy (Sandeep @[protected]) showed up on last friday and he collected rent from us. Now there is no water in our whole building and sandeep is not answering our calls. Please take necessary action on this issue. Please be quick as who all are staying here is going to raise a complaint against your community.

                                Dear team,

                                I am very sorry to report that one of your quikr homes i. E anant plaza, 28a /1a, u block, dlf phase 3 gurugram, has bad staff members, who doesn't listens to the problems of the tenants.

                                On 13th august my car parked in the basement parking of the pg was heavily scratched by the dogs of the manager/owner of the pg and upon complaining to them they ignored the discussion of my problem and losses, instead said to leave the pg if i have a problem in this pg.

                                Also, i've been complaining about the leakage of tap in my bathroom and kitchen since i've shifted (March 4th to be exact), as of the day the taps are still leaking, wasting a lot of water.

                                Other than that, today's dinner was ruined by the cockroach in the potato dish and still was served to us (Image attached for your reference and use). This is not the first such incident, already happened a few other times earlier. This shows the bad hygienic conditions of the kitchen.

                                The staff here doesn't properly listen to the problems and always says to leave the pg if facing issues.

                                This kind of services provided by the quikr or their partners in not good for the image of quikr.

                                The fender, bonnet and the bumper of my car has been scratched badly by the dogs of the owner/manager and the owner and staff are not even willing to agree to the losses of mine instead says that to leave the pg.

                                Please help me out in this case.

                                  I have done payment on dated 31.07.2018 rs. 8800 for renew my package but Quikr team has not start my package after some days i raise a complaint in Consumer Complaints against Quikr India and on dated 13.08.2018 Mr. Shrikant (person of Quikr India) called me and told me to close to complaint and after that your package will be start within 24 hours .
                                  I told him firstly start my package and then i close the complaint but he is not ready and said firstly u close the complaint and then start your package . I said OK... then i closed the complaint in consumer complaint but still the team has not start my package .

                                    On 18th april 2018, i have posted ad for my car and for same i have made two payments of rs. 751/- and rs. 2550/- (Payment id: pay_a0ccrsbhhtpd1g) for premium facility.

                                    As we were unable to sell my car in committed duration i was told that i would be getting my money back as above premiums are refundable.

                                    I am still waiting for the same as now its almost 3 months and no action taken. (Not expecting such thing from such reputed organization)

                                      This is one frustrated consumer from quikr rto service. We have paid the amount for the service full and requested ownership transfer of our car on 1st fe 2018.

                                      Today is 14th aug 2018 and still, work has not completed. We have not received any updates from past one month as well.

                                      If anyone would please help us in either how to proceed with this or cancel from quikr or do any legal actions.

                                        I have purchased a phone from quikr order id is[protected] and the product was not working well the sim tray was broken and speaker was not wprking i complaint about this on 21 july 2018 after 1 week they organised the reverse pickup after calling 50 tes they took baack the product on 3 august. Yesterday i talked with sachin he told that they received the product on 11 august it will take more time to resolve well their policy is 15 days replacement its been more than 20 days when i have complaint and yet i have no update or any solution regarding replacemet and i m also asking for refund they are deniying for this also they are totally fraud they are just talking money whenever i call they keep call on hold and cut the call afterwords they even dont talk properly while giving delivery they tale 3 days max. But now they are taking more time because fault is thiers . They give aurity that mobile is quikr certified if they are not able to see that mobile is not working what the hell tgey are checking while taking from the seller fraud company taken my 3300 hundres and are not doing any thing they are just making fool of customers consumer cmpalint please help me trusting on you i m putting the complaint. Please help to resolve asap and i want refund help me for geeting it because i cant wait this longer so i purchased a new handset fro my use.
