Dear sir/madam my name is chanderhas. Presently I am working in indian airforce, now a days I am on leave. I have given a request for a personal loan on quikr.com on 1 september. On 2 september I have received a call from janalaxami finanace company, it was regarding my personal loan. A lady named ankita called me she told me that she got my profile from quikr.com and she approved my loan through her company, after that she asked me for some documents like my aadhar, pan, photo, last 3months bank statement, I have send her all my documents on her whatsapp no. her contact no. is [protected]. After that she asked me for 3000 rs for processing fees. She gave me two bank account details, these are 1. Axis bank, holder name - gaurav choudhary, account no. – [protected], ifsc – utib0002504. Other is idbi bank, holder name – jitender kumar sagar, account no. is – [protected], ifsc code is – ibkl0000349. After successful transaction of 3000 rs she gave me a loan application ref. no. that is – 2068757. After that she asked me for 15000 rs. To forwarding my file and advocate charges after that A subsidiary sanction letter issued to me on my mail id from kvic of pmepg loan scheme, on that letter a collateral money I have paid of 24000 rs and at last I have paid a 30000 rs. For disbursement of my loan. She has given me another number of Archana goyal branch head Bengaluru, her contact no. is [protected]. I called her, she told me that nothing gone wrong, I am branch head, 30000 rs for bank charges. After that from last day I have called her she replied me that process is going on. But nothing going on exactly, she fraud with me. Please help me out as soon as possible and do necessary enquiry, I have an another contact no. of her collegue from jana laxami finance company. Named shobha. I have done a total transaction of 72000 in that accounts. I have attached the original sanction letter which is received by me. Now her contact number is on. But she is out from whatsapp. sir i have a pdf format of that letter not a photo

    Hi .. I was constantly called by customer service rep (Ali) to buy premium ad package on 9 August and was promised that within 12 days my sofa would be sold. He said that in premium package they take responsibility to follow-up and do whatever is necessary to sell because if we buy premium package, then Quikr has to reach its target. I was asked to increase the price I quoted on my free add for sofa based on Quikr's system by the representative and he told me multiple times that do not reduce the price, my sofa would definitely be sold at the price Quikr quoted. I also cross-checked with him that if I want to reduce price later on ad, he said ya you can do it at any time the ad is active free of charge. Its been 25 days now (more than double of promise days of 12 quoted by the rep) and there has not been a single offer/chat on my ads. There has been no follow-up by Quikr and despite my multiple calls/msgs, there has been no response - am just told would get back to you in half hour and I never receive a call-back from Quikr. The website is also not allowing me to reduce the price on my ads now. This is cheating on part of Quikr - you should promise only what you can deliver. This is highly unethical. Either deliver on your promise or refund me my amount that I paid on premium ad package on 9 August

    There has been no response from Quikr. Its been 6 days since the complaint. This is highly pathetic. I want my refund for premium ad package. Quikr is running a scam under the garb of premium ad packages.

      Constant delay in delivery for 3 days and scratches in the front door and to the right side of the fridge. Wasn't wrapped at all. Delivery executives asking for tips and demanding it by shouting. Worst experience with the delivery. Would like to raise a issue with thew quikr behaviour. Requesting refund. I have been waiting for the delivery from monday. Their driver were not able to come.

        I had order lenovo k3 note on 19 aug 2018. and that is deliver to me on 21 aug but there was a touch issue so i request for replacement on 24 aug. and reverse pick up agent collect my phone on 28 aug. till date 05 sep 2018 my replace phone not deliver to me. i mailed many times on [protected]@quikr.com (Ticket No:[protected])

        but everytime they told me they highlighted my issue they will Update me after they receive any update. they have no idea about the status of my replacment request. I have paid 4055rs. They not refund me amount and or not deliver phone to me. As per quikr policy 7 days replacement guaranteed. Please help

          Hi,
          I am contacting in regards to a transaction I made via Paytm to Quikr. I was applying for some jobs online. I received a call from Aditya from Quikr that they have a job in bank backend process. There will be a registration fee of Rs.750 and then there will be an interview on call. After that, there will be a verification of documents and then face to face interview with the bank and I will get the job. Now, when I cleared the first interview, I got a call that for document verification, wherein I was asked to pay Rs.3500 more. I claimed that I was not informed anywhere in the first place that there will be charges for document verification. I denied to pay that amount and asking my Rs.750 back, but they are clearly denying to refund that amount. They say I did not complete the process. Once I pay Rs.3500 and continue the process, only then they will refund. I am continuously complaining that I was not informed about this amount, they clearly to my face said: "they will not refund my amount do what you want". I questioned why is the guy not picking up the call, he clearly said: "his wish, he doesn't want to pick up". Rubbish, pathetic fraud company. Please help me get my money back.           I have still not received my refund. In the first week of September, I was been informed that I will receive the refund on Friday. I didn't. This week I was informed that I will receive the refund by Saturday. I didn't. I called them more than 50 times, but no one is receiving my call or replying to my sms. FRAUD COMPANY. Give my refund or I will take this more further. See the attachment that how many times I have contacted Quikr and hell no one is picking up the call. I tried 3 different numbers.

          They went a way ahead in fraud activity. When I call...it rings once ...and then it goes switch off ...can you imagine...after eating up my money...they don't have the bloody gutts to pick up the phone. This is how they cheat people.

            Asked me to pay 850 RS for Quickr referral Id..and that will be valid for 10 yrs.Asked for my Photo. Sending me msgs saying I'm waiting...plz send it fast! And asking what happened. It's fake Quickr account so look into it..! 2 people called me one said 1550 RS and the other 850..is it possible ?? This fake Quickr will give me payment slip and through that they'll call me and take interview.

                  i had requested on 22th august for blocking my quickr account and i was assured by customer care personnel that my account will be blocked and i will not be receiving any further calls or messages from quickr. However i am still receiving the same . I today called the executive miss Pooja kumari today and she was acting very rude to me. she told me that i am unsubscribed from the quickr. i told her i am still receiving mails but she did not agree to it. Then i told transfer the call to your senior. she told me there is no senior and she is on the top. Later i disconnected the call saying that i will complain against her. She told me do. After 10 mins i called back quikr helpline and this time some other guy picked up the call. I told him to transfer the call to senior he could transfer the call to senior. Later i came to know from the team leader Hemant that Pooja Kumari is just a normal executive and above here there are 2 people. One senior and then Team leader also i came to know that i am not unsubscribed from quikr. This is the kind of service you provide? People like pooja kumari consider themselves as boss and talk rudely to people? Kindly escalate this complaint further.
                  Also i have attached the screenshot of mails received from quikr as people like pooja kumari think that we consumers are liers.

                    The order was cancelled weeks ago and there is still no refund. What is the problem?

                    No communication at all from you, including via email. I called multiple times and still there is no response from your payments and escalations team about the refund.

                      I hadn't complaint here for getting reputation points... I have complained to beware you about the fraud happening in quikr a well known site... On the name of jobs providing... Please take some action against this... U have answered me that you have notified quikr about my problem but this is not the solution i have already done it... I have already informed them but they are not taking it serious therefore i have complained here... But if you are also not serious... No problem... I also dnt want to start any campaign just want my refund...

                      Please do not only reply... Give me the date when will i get my refund...

                        I have never used quikr and hence i don't have an account. Initially got a message welcoming me to quikr. I ignored it considering it to be a wrongly received one.

                        Today september 3rd 2018 i received a message asking me too pay outatading rental dues of some rs. 7800/-

                        And when googled came to know that it is a scam to loot money.

                        If this doesn't stop then i would raise legal complaints against the company.

                          I placed an order for yu yureka black on quikr.com at rs. 3435.00 plus rs. 206.00 for additional guarantee on 14th august 2018. It's price changed by the time i placed order. Then i cancelled the order and placed another order. There was an information at that time that the refund would be made within 4 to 7 business days. But i haven't received the same till now. I had sent 3 emails on 25/8, 27/8 and 1/9 to "[protected]@quikr.com". I got the reply only for the first email mentioning that they would contact me within 24 hours, but nobody contacted. And i sent another email on 3rd september on "[protected]@quikr.com", nobody responded. I need my money back.

                          I have applied for New Driving Licence & Duplicate RC through quikr & now its been over a month & still got nothing not even an appointment with the RTO office. I paid Rs. 2500 for new driving licence & Rs. 2300 for duplicate RC.
                          I want my money back or get the my work done immediately. I didn't expect this kind of service from Quikr.

                            I had paid the amount for the service pick up and drop off on 1st september 2018. The delivery executive was assigned. However, the service was never provided and the amount was also not refunded. The delivery executive just mentioned the service has been provided and informed that his manager has asked him to do so. Delivery executive no - [protected]. This service is fraud!!!

                              Maine support me call kiya to unhone kaha wo sell karneki guaranty nahi dete responses ki bhi guaranty nahi dete
                              So what should i do now
                              Now they are not responding to my calls n msgs

                              Don't go for premium and god adds these all are fake packages

                              Olx is very best option to sell anything

                                Called Mona maid consultancy services from quickr website...he charged money through Paytm which I paid
                                Now he is refusing my call every time.. seems clear case of fraud..not expected from quickr.. ridiculous!!
                                Not sure about the location he told it's Bhubaneswar but I doubt from his language n all ...I need my refund money back or I'll life long not trust ur company in any further dealings.. please take immediate action

When i contacted the seller for delivery of the product he is asking for otp for the transaction. Without delivery of product how can i share the otp, and i am feeling it fake transaction. Please cancel my order and refund my money

                                    This is an honest feedback for your premium service which i opted lately.

                                    When quikr launched its door step delivery service it was a revolution in the used product selling buying market, and since then i am a huge fan of quikr.

                                    But recently the experience i had with quickr is real eye opener the kind o[censored]nprofessionalism and unethical behaviour quikr executive showed after buying premium service is something which will never bring me back to quikr for any other buy or sell.

                                    I have a branded dining set 2.5 years old which i bought in 40000 rs and the price i quoted on quikr was around 24000 rs which as per me was legitimate ask. As soon as i updated the details on quikr app i got a call from quikr and the lady (Kalpana, intentionally using the real name) told me to go for a premium service worth 1700 something which will be available in 1050 at discounted rate "for just next 15 mins" and they will be publishing my dining set adds all over the city and i will get a dedicated representative if i have any queries also quikr executives will come in a fews days and do a survey of my dining table, till this point it was ok then she told me that the price i am quoting is very less and i should quote 32000 rs for it and not just that "we deal with such sells day in day out and your dining set is in excellent condition so it will not take more than 2-3 days for this to get sold if i opt for premium service" she said.

                                    Under the influence and greed i opted for the service. I got no call at all or enquiries for about a week, and when ever i was asking the lady about it she was saying she is on vacation and came to her home town, after a week that lady stopped responding.

                                    It has been about three weeks and i still have got no call.

                                    My grievances are not about not been able to sell my dining set but about the way quikr is selling their premium services and giving wrong hopes and false information and we are simply believing them because they have more experience in this field and fall for it.

                                    The bottom line is that quikr is a good brand and it takes a lot of efforts and hard work to create a reputation but when these sales people are just spoiling it for completing their monthly targets its an unrepairable damage and loss of customers.

                                      Last month i posted a free ad for commercial property in quicker home... And i upgraded to the upgraded plan of 209.. Soon after i got a call from mr. Aashish yadav from their sales department... Told me that my 209 plan will only make my post visible on mobile app and i should rather opt for their premium plan of 1500 in which my ad will be on top for next 2 months and they will alsllink my post to their channel partner.. Put on newspaper and they will also assign me one executive which will do all the dealing on my behalf... Told him i'll let him know but he kept on insisting me with discount and took 850 rupees more and then he stopped taking my calls... It seems this company only fraud people with their marketing lies... Now either i want my cash back or i need the earliest action on them

                                        Quikr cold called me to check if I required any RTO related help incidently my father had passed away and I had to get his car RC transferred. I paid the money to quikr. After paying the money they told me that they will not be able to handle such a case. I aaked for a refurn which till date they have not given. Dozens of mails have been exchanged but not response.

                                        Same situation 19 days later. Lot of talk from quikr but no action. Your manager pramod is sending me same mail on my 'dismay' but cant simply process a refund.

                                        DONT USE QUIKR - ITS A SCAM
