I had placed the order for the washing machine july 14, 2018 with an expected delivery date of july 15th. The delivery was delayed by over a week and it took repeated calls to your customer service to get the machine delivered. Additionally, the machine received wasn’t the one that i had ordered. The delay was caused due to lack of machine. Guarented team had mentioned that this was mentioned to quikr. However, no quikr representative had the basic minimum courtesy to inform the customer about this. We only got to know after multiple calls made to quikr. The ad was for an ifb elite 5kg washing machine, but what i received was ifb executive plus.

The machine received was faulty and has been giving issues since the delivery. It took repeated calls to your customer service to get a technician to come check the machine. The technician who had come to check the machine was quite rude and was always hours late from when the timing he quoted. He even came outside of normal sane working hours. Even after the technician visiting multiple times and me calling the technician and his seniors and yelling at them to finish the services on time, it took nearly 2 weeks to get the machine in proper running condition without any issues. But the machine has been giving issues again, a few days after the last visit by the technician.

This time when i tried calling the quikr customer support to report the problem, i was asked to contact one assist. On checking with the one assist i was required to give them a voucher id for the washing machine, but the same has not been provided by quikr. The customer service mentioned that it would take another couple of days to look into the voucher id issue and only then will i be able to raise a complaint for the washing machine. Even right now this moment i don't have any update whatsoever either about the voucher or the service. I placed a call regarding the voucher on 1st september, 2018 and was promised that i would get a call back within 2-3 days. This however has not happened till date[protected].

So overall this entire experience with your sales and after sales services has been stressful and tiresome. This kind of service isn’t what i expected when i made a purchase from a company like quikr. I have also raised a complaint about this in the consumer forum and i wish to see this through. We have not been able to use the machine for more than 60% of the time it has been with us although this is a quikr certified product. I wanted to give one last chance (Even after giving so many chances) when i called on quikr and spoke to mamta and then further with her superior/manager (Dhanush if i recall correctly). Today i again had to take the effort and call back and i spoke to shekhar and he again gave me the same standard response, please give me one working day & i'll ensure this is sorted out, i don't have my backend team with me. I am not someone who is sitting without any work or just jobless. Please understand the famous saying "customer is king" and this is how you treat your customers and this is the service you are providing. Applause!

Adding onto all of this, the most recent call i had with mr shekhar on 13th september, he asked me to wait for one day and till date nothing has happened. I simply fail to understand why it is so difficult for quikr to provide service & support.

I again had to place a call to the support team and i was greeted by mr sunil and i heard the same response again, "please wait for another day and it will be sorted out." after asking for shekhar specifically, i again hear the same thing from him saying please wait till monday. This was the exact same thing i was told on 1st september and till now that monday has never come. I am extremely tired of waiting and waiting.

Please take back the washing machine as we are no more interested in the services offered by your company or anything related to quikr.

You can understand my plight further if you see all the recorded calls placed to & from my mobile number since the time i have received this washing machine.

    Dear gaurav,

    We have a complaint that not getting the genuine lead from quikr. Actually, we have noticed most of the time the leads generating from your side are expiring on a date.
    During the last 20 to 25 days, have not received genuine candidates. They have refused on call for ticketing, flight, or for booking hotels. Most of the candidates said to us, they will plane trip after one month or two months or later. Besides it, we are getting very less lead from quikr. We are getting lose by taking subscription from quikr.

    Kindly take an appropriate action for resolution on the above issues.

    Hi Dear All,

    We TAHA TOUR AND TRAVELS have been cheated by Quikr. After taking the subscription of 'Quikreasy For Business" on dated Mon, Jun 4, 2018, we have not got any single genuine lead from Quikr. All leads are totally fake. Kindly, make a sense after taking a review from my last emails which had written by us. We have not got any positive responses from Quikr or by any other medium of contact as well. We knocked them time to time to take an appropriate action to fix the issues. But they made us disappointed and not took any positive action for this regarding.
    We have lost our money, time and of course resources also by taking the subscription of 'Quikreasy For Business".

    Now, we have no other way except going to the court. We will go to the court to file the suit (case)against the Quikr. It is my final decision.

      Wanted to contact a packers and movers, so entered all my requirements in quikr website, and then quikr forwarded my requirements to concerned companies. One of the companies is super cargo packers and movers with branch office at pune.

      Contacted mr. Vikash kumar to transfer my goods from pune to bhubaneswar in odisha. Mr vikash kumar visited my house on 10/09/2818 and finalised on negotiation that to transfer all the goods with proper packing by wrapping all crockery items by bubble polythene cover at ₹ 8000.00 including all taxes, packing, packing materials, shifting from second floor at pune to deliver at fifth floor at my bhubaneswar flat, local transportation including loading, unloading etc (A to z) excluding insurance and demanded to pay a token advance of rs 1000.00 and balance amount of rs 7000.00 to be paid after safe delivery without any damage of goods at my address in bhubaneswar which will be verified after opening of all cartoons. To which, i agreed and paid a token advance of rs 1000.00 to mr vikash kumar.

      The goods were packed on 11/09/2018 in a haphazard manner and not as promised by mr vikash kumar.

      The goods were then loaded in his vehicle and demanded another rs 5000.00 to which i objected and told that as discussed and promised, i will make the balance payment of rs 7000.00 after safe delivery of all the goods without any damage. To this also mr vikash kumar agreed and said chalega.


      On 12/09/2018 i requested mr vikash kumar to insure the goods for rs 1.0 lakhs and ready to pay the insurance amount (Which he said to be @ 3%) which is rs 3000.00 on production of insurance receipt.

      On 13/09/2019, mr vikash kumar whatsapp me a receipt and his bank account details claiming rs 19209.00 including insurance (Without insurance receipt) to transfer the above goods instead of rs 11000. 00 (Including insurance) claiming that the transporter claims more now. And told me that if the balance amount of rs11209. 00 is not deposited into his account then my goods will not be transported violating his earlier commitments.

      When protested that i am not going to pay a single pie more than rs 8000. 00 and insurance amount of rs 3000.00 on production of insurance receipt for rs 1.0 lakh of insurance of my goods, he told that he is not going to transport my goods if the balance amount is not credited to his account.

      Now, you please tell me, is super cargo packers and movers through mr vikash kumar, their pune branch staff, not blackmailing me? Should this be the attitude of companies registered under you? If you are not taking any corrective measures to transport my goods to desired destination then, it'll be presumed that there is internal instructions from your side to behave in such manner.

      If my goods are not delivered safe and without any damage at the desired destination then i will not hesitate to go to proper quarter and highlight in appropriate media.

      An early action in the matter will be appreciated.

        This is the second time i am ordering a laptop via quikr bazar it's been 4days since i ordered it but the seller has not scheduled a pickup slot... I like to urge quikr to some how speed up this... If the seller is incapable for providing the laptop... Then refund it back immediately so that i can order it from a different seller in quikr... Otherwise it's a total waste of people time... I hope quikr resolve my problem quikr as i am doing an internship in a company and really urgent for a laptop.

        Still ot picked up...A guy from quikr called telling me there is a defect in the laptop screen and whether i want to continue with the order or cancel it ... i told him to cancel the order .. i will like to ask quikr to refund me quikly as i have found another seller on quikr and i like to buy from him...Quikr takes a lot of time refunding people ... i have been frustratingly trying to order a laptop from quikr for over a month now .. no success so far...

        first time no success...the delivery boys wer lazy and they returned the item..and got refunded after
        waited for the laptop for 4-5 days 4 - 5 days for getting refunded causing me frustration and tension

        Second time...the pickup boys were lazy and took 5 days to schedule a pickup with seller
        and now a damaged product so i cancel the order ... atleast transfer the money to quikr cash balance so that i can order now and waste no more of my time please...

        but i am tahnkful for quikr pickup for verifying the condition of the laptop and informing me about it;
        Seller has not confirmed the pick up schedule for 2 days since ai placed and order. Please look into this matter why is this taking too much of time. My transaction ID is[protected].

          I hav posted a ad in quikr for the sale of labrodor dog, aftr a few hours of posting i got a call from your service agent whose gmail is (mushtaq.[protected]@quikr.co.in) he said to me to pay 800 for premium and dey wil sell the dog for 11, 000. And dey said dat incase of not selling the dog in 10 days they wil refund my money back by that word i accpted and payed for the premimum 800 from there ur quikr people started playing game with me .while i was paying he promised dat he wil return back my 800 rupees if he wont sell the dog.i accpted and payed now he didnt sell the dog and i didnt got my money back .soo this is the process how u cheat people .people cum to you in a trust u should not do i[censored] want money u can beg to me i would hav given to you but u quikr cheated and took my money i want my money back i dont want to sale the dog ...now i hav received dat my add is also deleted ..totally fake app i can review to every social media and i wil let people realise how u cheat me ...waiting for reply ...main culprit is (mushtaq.[protected]@quikr.co.in) ...i wil send all the information regarding payment and msgs i hav sent to mushtaq.[protected]@quikr.co.in..

            My refund was initiated on september 3 2018 and today 13 sept 2018 still yet to receive they provided me the transaction id on 15 of sept 2018 but i'm still yet to receive my refund. My order i'd is 10442050 and i heard many people talking about quikr that its a scamming site what is wrong its a shame to be called myself an indian when all these fraudsters are available in our country

              I was persuaded by one of their tele executives ms isha malhotra to purchase two premium ad packages worth rs. 1000 each. I was asked to share my product details on her official id and was promised that the same would be posted by the quikr add team. It has been three business days but only 3 out of requested 8 ads have been posted so far. Also when i tried to post the ad on my own, the website did not allow me to do that despite having ad credits. The customer care support was also unable to help despite several calls

                On september 08, 2018 around 3 pm i placed an ad on quikr for sale of sofa. At the time of final submission of ad on the website of quikr immediately there came a pop up on the screen that due to some problem in quikr site ad is not successfully placed try after some time. Within a minute i got call on my mobile from sales executive from quikr confirming that they have received request for placing an ad for sale of sofa set on their website. He told me if i pay rs.1000/- he will place the ad at a premium position and will ensure that the sofa gets sold in next 20 days. He sent me payment link by sms on my mobile for making payment of rs.1000/- which i did immediately through net banking. I got a link by sms on my mobile confirming receipt of payment.
                On sunday i did not see my ad at the premium site and called customer care and was informed to call on monday september 10. On monday account manager miss princy called me in the afternoon and asked if i wanted ad for sale of sofa to be placed at premium position incase i was interested than at a premium of rs. 400 has to be made. I told her that i have already made payment of rs.1000/- on saturday why my ad is not appearing at premium position? She checked my account and confirmed that rs.1000 has been received and told the person who had dealt with me before will call me back briefing me about my ad. So far no one called i am frequently calling customer care executive lodging complaints but in vain. They don't give even acknowledgement number for having received complaint.
                Quikr sales executive overcharged me by asking to pay rs.1000 for a premium position ad. The charges for placing premium position is rs.400 as per company policy.
                I request you to refund the entire amount failing which i shall lodge police complaint and go to consumer forum.

                  The quikr jobs sales executive approached our firm with a unique offer: 10 gold ad postings for a span of 3 months. This was available for approximately inr 3000. After the payment however, the service was a disaster.
                  1. They consumed 9 of my gold credits even though i effectively posted only one ad
                  2. They promised that the ad would be visible on their portal for 60 days though the visibility is likely to come down after the first ten days. But i cannot access the cvs of the candidates who have applied for the job after 10 days!!! Please tell me what is the use of the 60 days visibility if i cant acess the cvs!
                  3. The sales manager who closed the deal with our firm has left quikr and the sales executive and service person is offering no help.
                  Therefore, our money has been washed down the drain.

                    I have come here to seek your help and i am desperate and lost right now with the harrasment meted out by QUIKR RTO service team Bangalore.

                    Renuka, Pramod and Puvi are the most unprofessional bunch of people i've ever come across.

                    I availed QUIKR RTO service to re register a car in Delhi from Bangalore, unfortunately i lost the original RC hence the car could not be registered in Delhi and i've sent it back to Bangalore.

                    I paid 78, 000 in advance for the services, Mr Pramod has been toying with me for the past 2 months for a simple refund. Over the past 2 months he has promised over e-mail that my refund would reflect in a/c on a specific date but it never does. I've took a loan for 78 k which i payed to Quikr RTO services andi'm paying a big interest fees for that.

                    Now Pramod is saying that they have outsourced the work to vendor by the name of ITZEASY and have transferred my money to them & surprisingly the company is now blacklisted and my money would only be refunded once Quikr recovers it's money.

                    I am extremely tired and frustrated, please help me get the refund

                      Quikr.com is the worst site to look into. There no customer complaints are considered as well as no one comes up to you even after thousands of emails to the website. I raised a complaint two weeks before and no solution as well as no response or action have been taken.
                      And on top, no employees or customer care executive even talks over complaint or listens to you.
                      It is my mistake to have trusted quikr
                      Even the numbers given are wrong
                      It's my request never look for anything into quikr only frauds are here . And now it seems even quikr is a part of fraud .
                      Worstest experience.
                      Lost my money and trust.
                      No one please come to quikr. No help all fraud no theives.

                        We have been fooled into taking services from quikr jobs. We got around 20 odd credits which gets consumed against each posting made. Little did i know that quikr and its incompetent team have the authority to take down the postings with no notice or reasoning! When enquired they give nonsensical answers. The service blames the sales and the sales blames the service.in the middle the customer gets hit from all angles. What ever posting i do, it is being taken down with a reduction of my credit. When i ask for a refund they say it is against their policies and as a way around they offered their login id to post jobs and any responses will be intimated by them it seems!! I mean how unprofessional can this get!

                          I am receiving messages daily regarding outstanding rental dues of rs. 5500 from quikr.

                          I want to clarify that i have never used quikr to buy or sell anything.
                          I don't know on what grounds they are asking me to pay the amount dues when i have never used there services.

                          Below is the message that i am receiving daily.

                          "hi bhargavi. You have outstanding rental dues of rs.7000.0 on quikr. Please pay before the due date to avoid penalty of rs.50 per day. To pay visit, https://secure.quikr.com/securepaymentpage?id=MTExOTQxMTc="

                          I received the first message on 04-sep-18.

                          These type of fraudulent messages being sent by quikr is causing mental harassment.

                          Please take stringent action against these type of companies

                            I have never used quikr and hence i don't have an account. Initially got a message welcoming me to quikr. I ignored it considering it to be a wrongly received one.
                            I am receiving a message asking me to pay my outstanding rental dues of 16500 and with an added penalty of 50 rupees.
                            I am not the only one who is receiving it and it's a serious scam because clearly you guys are trying to loot people who are unaware of it. My phone number is [protected] and i hope that i don't receive it anymore otherwise i will be forced to file a complaint in consumer court.

                              I opted for a rto service for ownership change on 24th july 2018, till now there is no reply from any one i have dropped a mail for the status of the same to amogh shetty and pramod. I want to know wether the service will be delivered or not. If not please return the collected documents. If it is not done within a week i will file a complaint in cyber crime on quikr.

                              Was apply for the job in Quikr then I have cancelled my profile and they asking money and then I have given Rs-10, 800 money they told me they will refund my money 1month and now 1month is over now they are saying they will not refund my money i want say that plz help me out, I'm not from rich family I just from poor family

                                I ordered coir mattress and i paid full amount. Delivery took almost 3 days within the city.

                                Found that they have sent foam mattress instead of coir and the delivery boy contacted the support and they informed that foam is better than coir instead of accepting their mistake. When i argued with them they said that they will cancel the deal and return the amount back. Where i said ok.

                                When checked for my balance i found that they have deducted 200 rupees. When i called their customer care they informed that they deducted because customer cancelled. I tried to explain them, but they refused to do that.

                                Hence i sent email to [protected]@quikr and they responded that they have gone to the case and apologize and informed me that they will give me promo balance. I rejected their offer as they cheated and deducted my amount. I assume that quikr is doing like with most customers and everyone leaving as it is a small amount.

                                Need to sue this and even with all online sellers.

                                  I get many message from quikr.com for job regards i did not belive. I think i get many fake call but one day i get call and gmail like this call us on [protected] exelon india offering government home based typing excel job. E-mail:- exelonindia.gov.[protected]@gmail.com "exelon india" established in 2007. Now, in a days company have a huge numbers of satisfy customers. "exelon india" offering home based image to excel typing project. Company will providing image file of n. R. I. Applied for g. S. T. Number database. Customer have to type that data into excel file as it is as per image. No accuracy require 20 days fix payment cycle thanks & regards and then i invest 1500 rs and i get 4000 records for typing they used prime minister photo for their using so people understand it is real and there is id is exelonindia.gov.[protected]@gmail.com and i feel like it is real government based job i complete their work and send then email but do you know what happend they told me to invest 8500 rs for sallery increase i just shocked i cry and then i call again and thinking what i do so after i requested they told me half money i think it is fake but when i searched on truecaller there is no spam after this i invest 4500 rs but after one week they pickup my call and told me my money is rejected you need to pay in one time 8500 so you will get 51000 rs and then i invest again they switch off their phone they have premium account on truecaller so they have not any spam people use these thing how we know that this is real or fake i loss 10500 rs who will give my money tell me and then i get today mail again from this company for registration

Please change this system so people will understand who is real or fake there is lot of people who will cheat for making money so please i request you sir no matter what type of account you have on truecaller there is always option available for span ad this number like this please sir

                                    Or mujhe call ayi unhone age hdfc bank se cll ayi ki apki profile select krliya gya hai. So apka interview hoga or fr apko btayenge unhone hr process me humse paise mange as security kbhi bond security or kbhi couries valo ki security aise krte krte 42000 unhone leliye or bola ki apko refund kr denge jb apko sb documents mil jayenge. I have all the slips nd msgs and number of those persons. Bt tgey r not picking the phone.

                                        I posted an ad of my house for rent in chitrakoot, vaishali nagar, jaipur. On 3rd august, 2018 i got a call from executive (Ujala) saying they are getting much queries about properties in my area who are willing to pay exact rs.18000. And they told me that they will rent out my property within 1-2 weeks and they promised me they will give me atleast 1 visitor per day and i told can you guarantee me then she said definitely and convinced me if she give me 1 visitor per day my property will be rented out and after said in case it is not rent out then they will prioritize my ad for another more days but for that, according to general fact if first condition i. E. 1 visitor per day is not fulfilled then after 1 month is totally waste as there are no buyer in the market and eventually my more days will be wasted. They will just keep wasting my time. They told me that i've to pay rs. 1200 for converting the ad to platinum and then i paid the amount. Then 2 weeks passed, i didn't got any proper response from tenants and no single person came for house visit. Then i tried to contact the executive (Ujala) and she ignored me. On 27 august, i contacted customer executive and told them to refund my full amount as you've frauded me into paying 1200rs. The executive then said there is no policy of refund despite of saying that their executive ujala has misguided and frauded me. During this period of approximately 1 month, i didn't got any proper response and no single visitor came to my house. All were looking within rs.12000 budget. Then i complained on customer forum about this. Then i gave my house through property dealer as my 1 month was wasted and i cannot afford to lose more as they just only waste my time. Then after few days i got call from ujala saying she didn't promised me anything and refused to refund. She said we can only connect you and buyer, though she said on first day that there were too much people looking in rs. 18000 budget and i didn't got any single response looking in that budget or even anywhere near it. Now quickr i don't want any call from your ujala or any of your executive, they just only waste my time and try to convince me that it is my mistake. I want my refund as soon as possible, i'm not sitting free here. I may have to even approach consumer court with all the recordings and screenshot. This will give me my refund and also additional remedy for wasting my time.

                                        Quickr it is not what you need. There is lot of deceptions on sites such that. But, i use service that helps me in rent cars to trip with good reputation rental24h.com. Test it yourself.
