We have paid for car insurance 25k and till date there is no insurance provided nor got any mails.
We asked for the refund, they are making deductions but without providing any kind of services and, now answering the phone calls.
Pramod. [protected]@quikr.co.in executive handling and there is no response.
Please help me to get resolve this issue as early as possible....

I am n. Ravi kumar tax consultant in coimbatore. One lady staff contentiously calling me and i give order for three months rs.1300/- and she promise 18 enquiry per month but still now i can't recieved single enquire. I am continuesly sent the mail also. No one can contact me. Why sir this type of business. It not fair sir. Quikr is a very good company i think. But this type of work is not fair. I made payment for subject ad id on 30th april 2018 (Monday) & delivery was scheduled on 1st may 2018 (Tuesday) but it didn't arrive on 1st. On 3rd i called up quikr customer service to check the status and they said there are 2 item's so me & seller both have to pay more inr 600+ only then they will be delivering the product and to make the payment they will be sending me the link, but till 4th may 2018 afternoon me / seller didn't receive...

They are giving fake information, and promises. One of their staff called me and mail me "dear sir

I had requested for a pick-up of old furniture against urban ladder vouchers but not one has come for pickup inspite of my regular follow-up.

I used Quikr for Maid services and they suggested me various options one of which was 'Magic Maid Services' run by Mr. Virat Singh. He asked me for Rs. 20, 000 but I only wanted to pay Rs. 10, 000 and he totally agreed to it. I purchased one used bed from quickr. Seller has accepted the offer. After making 10 to 12 calls till today. Now at last moment ther are saying it is below the market price.

What to do now? The seller has already vacant the place and the materila (Bed) is already in lobby.

I have paid rs.1599 on 30/03/2018. For premium ad (One month) to sell my car. As per your executive mr. Lavkush mishra if it will not sold through quicker. The amount will be refunded in my paytm account.

Stil i my car not sold and payment is not received in my paytm account. Necessary mail also sent to mr. Lavkush but no reply received.

Please help to resolve....
