Led tv is not working, based on your information i contacted the universal enterprises - santhoshnagar person, he came and took the led tv and said "will devlier the tv after repair on 08.05.18 at 10 am,"

But there is no response, after several calls, he said "taking time to repair, will deliver the tv tomorrow i. E. 09.05.18 at 3 pm"

Again he did not revert us and not attending our calls.

What we have to do?

      I bought one panasonic 1.2 ton air conditioner from certified quikr product through the quikr doorstep process, they promised that the ac is unused and its brand new but when its delivered the installation person found the ac is in used condition and it's dead now. It's not working now. After several complain and mails to the seller, technician, supervisor, warehouse manager and quikr customer care no one is taking this matter in priority. All are just saying it will be shorted out wait for 48 hours. The complain number which i got from quikr is [protected]. I want my money back as the ac is not in working condition. The ac comes with 7 days of replacement and one year of one assist warranty.

        Hi i bought a second hand phone from quikr which was delivered on 24 of march 2018 and the phone i recieved is defective and i called them from replacement that same day and till now they did not pickup my phone and telling me every day that we will pickup your phone today. Sub order no is 614915 please help me. I will attach the bill and the video of the phone so that you can see the defect.

        as per you said that you contacted me but still their is no contact made from your side and your customer care is telling me that they pickup the phone everytime when i call them but still they didn't pickup its already been around 45 days so either you reslove quickly or i will take legal actions against your fraud.

          Original documents were submitted for ownership transfer for vehicle ka03hg4013, tvs scooty pep plus to quikr rto services department.

          Contact person from quikr, ilyas pasha (Ilyas. [protected]@quikr.co.in)[contact no:[protected]] however has not been responding at all since past one month about the application.

          They are not even responding to emails or calls and we are worried since original documents are no longer with us.

          How long should we wait.

            On 8/05/2018. Evening, i was posting my "commercial property" and i was about to pay for the premium ad rs.409.00, i received a call from
            "[protected]" and the person never allowed me to pay that premium amount of rs.409.00 and he compelled me to cancell that transaction and instead he prompted me to pay for my multiple ads catogary of rs.2300.00 and he sent me the link too. Citrus payment channel. I trusted on his word and did the net banking too. He promised to enlight my property ad. Through out coimbatore district. But till now i havent received any responses from the person interested nor from quicker mail.

            This i found is fraud. I want this amount from "quikr premiumad sales" quikr india pvt ltd.

                I had posted a free ad about my business in quikr. I got a call from quikr agent regarding the payment so that my ad will be visible in top. I rejected for the payment.
                She suddenly started to call 5 to 6 times back to back and irritating me. I told her i'm not interested. She said my free posting will be removed.
                This is really bad about your staffs.
                Mind them to speak in a right manner to the customers

                  We have paid for car insurance 25k and till date there is no insurance provided nor got any mails.
                  We asked for the refund, they are making deductions but without providing any kind of services and, now answering the phone calls.

                    I HAVE PURCHASE your show room 100 feet road, gandhipuram, coimbatore ONE HAIER TV 32" ON 25TH April-2018 at the same time I am also purhcase one Airtel Dish TV worth of Rs, 2500/- The show room staff Mr.Sathish told me today evening they come and arrange the dish tv insulation. but they not come I contact continuously one day night they come and details given. I have first floor also. They asked you have purchased one more. But I am not willing to purhchased. So please this also I refund please refund the money.
                    But the show room staff told me you returned the dish tv that people pay the cash at the same time. But that people I have no cash. again I am contact show room staff mr.Sathish now change the word is when I sold the another dish tv that time i give money I asked your show room staff mr.sathish please tell me which time you give the money. Your show room Staff Mr.Sathish told me I dont sir. but still now no one can call me sir. You are No.1 dealer in india sir. I know very well but the staff Mr.Sathish talking in very very not fair sir. Actually I purchase two tv the show room staff Mr.Sathish is talking not fair so I have purchase one tv. This position is know in your sales staff.

                            I made payment for subject ad id on 30th april 2018 (Monday) & delivery was scheduled on 1st may 2018 (Tuesday) but it didn't arrive on 1st. On 3rd i called up quikr customer service to check the status and they said there are 2 item's so me & seller both have to pay more inr 600+ only then they will be delivering the product and to make the payment they will be sending me the link, but till 4th may 2018 afternoon me / seller didn't receive any link. We called up quikr customer again and finally we received the link and we both made the payment on 4th may 2018. Post that the pickup was scheduled on 5th may 2018 between 6pm to 8pm, again to our surprise the delivery got rescheduled without any further update yet.

                            From yesterday the update which i get is that wait for 30 minutes we will check with the seller and get back to you in 30 minutes but nobody turns up with any update...

                            Finally i had to get in touch with the seller directly and from seller i got to understand that even she is facing same problems with quikr team, it not seller but it is quikr who is rescheduling the pick ups. From yesterday evening i have been talking to seller almost every hour but quikr team is not able to get in touch with the seller i don't know why...

                              They are giving fake information, and promises. One of their staff called me and mail me "dear sir

                              As discussed we will be giving you 50 platinum for 3 month.

                              Ads posting will be done from our side

                              Make use of these ads within 3 months from the date activation paid listings: premium / gold / platinum type listings with premium / gold / platinum flags over your ad to boost the visibility upto 5 times and responses upto 6 times by showcasing your ad in the top 8 slots of our search page,
                              Make use of these ads within 5 months from the date activation." sujitha contact number [protected]) is a big cheater. Till now she didint post any add, and she is not attending my calls. Yestrday i sent one mail to their premium services department, regarding this and mentioned her name also, today she called me from quikr number with her friends and fooling me (This is the number [protected], she is a malayalee she tolled me "ayyo madam pavam sujithayane onnum cheyyaruthe" after this she and her friends laughed and disconnect the phone

                              Quikr like big company if appointing any person in their firm, they are not looking for any ethics, responsibility.

                              From all my experience i came to know that quikr company doesn't have any commitment to customer.

                              Giving fake information and collecting money from customers that is your vision, ultimate motive

                              If i am writing anything to quikr, i will get auto generated mail like your complaint is registered your ticket number is so and so will contact you, thats all. No is contacting. But if my add is expiring minimum 10 persons will call from quikr to renew my add.
                              I am an owner but their add its mentioned as broker only because of that i am not getting any response. Asd iam a paid member also, i paid for platinum add.

                                  Around 2 months back i odred a phone (Pixel 2 xl) to be exact, i was told its cash on delivery. And have to pay 3000 for shipping. So as i did, and soon after. I was told i have to pay the full amount to get my product then, he sad pay 6000 more. Still didnt get my product. And then i applyed for refund they sad 90 days and now he have blocked me on his whats app and dosent even reply to my email. He is still selling stuffs like camera and stuff. When i first asked for refund he threten me and sad to pay full amount and take the product. Then he sad it will take 90 days

                                    I was searching for a maid for taking care of my baby
                                    I searched on the internet and quikrr job gave me various numbers and i selected the one as home care [protected]
                                    Had conversation with them n they sent me photos of various n finally agreed to send maid within a week after sending money
                                    Then i transfer money to kotak mahindra bank on name of rajj saxena a/c no [protected] rs 20000/ opera house hughes road mumbai
                                    After that they said wait 3 days. Then they blocked all my numbers and now i am not able to lacate them

                                      I subscribed to premium services on the insistence of quikr sales executive mr melvin.
                                      He promised to call back once he gets a confirmation of my subscription. He also promised to call back and manage my account advising me on the pricing of the products put on sale.
                                      However as usual with all the ecommerce websites, he just did not bother to call me back even after accepting his premium subscription offer though at a higher rate than the offer given on the website. All his hollow promise to assist me in the sale

                                        Quikr is randomly adding sellers without any verification.
                                        Ad ID:[protected] on Quikr is about the adoption of Beagle dogs posted by Mr Shekhar who WhatsApp from [protected]. He informed that the puppy will be coming from Delhi and I will just need to pay for Transport and put me in touch with the Transporter named Kavya who uses [protected]. She informed me to pay Rs 1960 to [protected] for transportation of the puppy . As i made payment she informed that the puppy will be sent next day. The next day while i was waiting for her to message me regarding the train details of the puppy she informed that the trains have been cancelled and will have to send via flight and i will have to pay Rs 1280 extra to get the puppy delievered next day. As i was in desperation to have a puppy, i paid for it as well again on the same number.

                                        The next day Shekhar has blocked me in the morning and Kavya kept telling me random details about flight details. By now i had started doubting the scam and started interrogating her. Finally she blocked me from Whatsapp and Calls.

                                        @Quikr: Please put a strict policy against these crimes happening on your portal. I will never trust on your ads.
