I have purchased 185 ads credit from quikr on 2nd june 2018 for education and learning category. But activated only 30 ads in the category of pets and pets care. (Pack id : qkrall471934cre)

I have contacted so many times for this cases and i am not getting proper response from the executive. (His name is ali ahsan, mail : md. [protected]@quikr.co.in mobile : [protected])

Due to this issue, i am facing too much of pressure from my office.

I would like to request u to activate ads as soon as possible.

    Today i booked for quikr service
    Task id [protected] you may connect with our quikr biker akshay wairagi at [protected]
    1. I booked the service around 5 pm, he called me to arrogantly tell that he will come after 7:30 pm only.
    2. He called me again around 7 and kept on asking what i had ordered. He should check his app and not call continuously
    3. He told me i should pay by cash only. When i said i will pay via paytm, he arrogantly said not possible. He cancelled the order.
    4. While cancellation, he sent message as if i have received product worth 90₹ and i received message that product has been delivered to you. Attaching screenshots
    5. This was very very disappointing. This did not happen when i ordered the very first time by quikr

      Sir i found a seller in quikr and he offer me 4 pcs of iphone clones for 11000 and he asked me for payments via andra bank and after i paid him he told me he will send courier tracking id by 2 p m and after a long wait i called him and after alot of calls he licked up and told me he was eating and after that his number was switch off and i couldnt contack him again please help me resolve this problem... His name he send me was shaik irfan and i have his bank ac number too and his pan and adhaar which i asked him before payment... And our texting history... I lost 11000

        This has reference to two bad experience my friend has met with while selling the product thru quikr.

        First he sold roller skated - the product price and everything was confirmed by the buyer before paying and when the product is delivered the buyer had changed his mind for reasons best known to him and gave an acceptable reason of size not fitting. The product was flexi-sized and can fit the sizes mentioned in the product ad - but customer might not have noticed or found better product at lower price and had no reason to cancel so he gave such unacceptable reason and the product was delivered back to the seller.

        This has again happened today when he had posted bicycle for sale. The buyer was communicated thru email and provided with all the details and conditions about the bicycle, but again today the buyer cancelled the order at the last moment when the delivery person contacted the buyer about collecting the delivery and the condition of the product. The buyer canceled the order for simple reason he found another similar product at a lower price.

        Are such reasons acceptable to cancellation of orders. Should not the sellers be penalised so that they do not take quikr and its sellers for ride by placing the orders and then cancelling without assigning a genuine reason. It is just harassing the quikr and the seller

        The platform allows to sell used products so the buyer must be reasonable prepared about the product condition or do a physical check before placing order and confirming on delivery.

        Seller should be compensated for such fraudulent/harassing transactions

        That really does not work out as you have no seller protection. It is just your and buyer protection. If you penalise the buyer for placing wrong orders or backing out from orders - the website will get genuine buyers and lessen such issues.

          I am complaining again about this since i didn't get response from quikr last time. I was searching for maid services through quikr and quikr messaged me with some contacts, one of which was magic maid services. I dealt with this firm thereafter and this firm was also labelled "verified" on quikr.
          Upon regular talks, magic maid services (Represented by mr. Virat singh) agreed to send me two maids, for which he asked rs. 15, 000 in advance, which was fully refundable. Although hesitant at first, i had to pay this amount since my mother really needed maid.
          Later, he kept making lamest of excuses while saying that he had sent the maids to my city amritsar but could not bring them to me because i didn't pay rs. 5000 more (I had already paid rs. 15000 by bank transfer to account on name of lalit sureshchandra mishra). Can you really believe his claim.
          Then i had few telephonic conversations in which he refused to refund my money just because i had made his complaint to qiukr.
          Also, this is isn't first time this firm has done this. I have found similar complaints against them.
          Last time when i submitted my complaint on this website, quikr asked for my contact number but didn't actually contact me.
          Please help me catch this fraud so that i can get my father's hard earned money from this fraud back. I also have all the required proofs. The worst part is that i am afraid he might be looting people again after changing his firm's name. If quikr helps me, we can prevent this.

            Today i have logged into quikr i went for chat option that seller asked my whats number ..he started converstion he is from quikr he asked to transfer 50% payment amount rest he will take once an deliver.. i belived its genuine based on that i transferred the amount... after that i cime to know he is not genuine.. i trasnfeered 7500 rupees connected with seller and check and update

              Quikr is fooling people in the name of providing leads. Its been 4 months since i have been associated with them for paid business registration but i haven't received even 1 single genuine lead. And there is nobody to whom i can directly contact for the same.
              I have been registered for 10 cities for the keyword website development and in 4 months not even 1 lead.
              They are just a bunch of fraud people who are taking money for nothing

                  I paid the initial ₹99 on 29th march and found that going for quikr rto services would ease my work of transferring the ownership change of my mumbai registered bike to the buyers name and rto in mumbai. I paid ₹4500/- on 4th april and it the staff was so not informed on the documents required and kept asking me for more and more documentation and finally i sent all the documents required by 18th april. I have moved overseas and it’s june 8th and apart from a few emails from quikr giving me a generic “application is in progress” response back after literally so many emails i have sent!

                      Sold fridge on quikr on 31st may. After taking money from buyer and delaying for 4 days (Original delivery scheduled on 1st june and quikr rescheduled to 5th june) they told him the area is not serviceable. He returned the product. Quikr were supposed to return it to me on 6th june. They failed to do so and rescheduled return on 7th june, today, from 10am to 12am. When the product arrived it was damaged with dents. I have photos and videos of original product that show the perfect condition. Quikr needs to compensate me for the damage to the product, the time lost, rent for keeping my fridge with them for 8 days and the mental agony over the past one week.

                        I sold my fridge to a buyer on 31st may. Quikr picked it up and scheduled delivery on 1st june. They later told buyer that his area was not serviceable. Buyer refused to take the product and returned it. Quikr held onto my fridge for 7 days and scheduled return on 5th june. Return did not happen. After hours of following up with them on customer care line, they rescheduled return on 6th june in 10am-12pm slot. When fridge arrived, it had major dents on the side. The delivery people refused to take responsibility and i have refused to accept the return. What should i do? I need quikr to compensate me for the damage and pay me rent for the 8 days they held onto my fridge.

                        I have still not received the fridge. It was supposed to be delivered today between 7 am and 10am. No idea where it is. Extremely frustrating and complete loss of time and money for me.

Please pay before the due date to avoid penalty of rs 50 per day. To pay, visit https://secure.quikr.com/securepaymentpage?id=MTE2MzYxODM= or receive a cash-back of rs 150 by paying via upi to quirk. [protected]@icici"

                          On clicking the link i'm being directed to a payment page in which the amount of rs 11, 000 has already been filled in.

                          I have never used any rental services from quirk. This seems to be a scam on the part of quikr.

                          I request you to look into my complaint of fraudulent practices on the part of quikr. I noticed that a similar complaint has been posted by maheshbabu1907 on may 17th, 2018.

                            V. M cool tech gopal came for repairing our a. C. He took an advance of 6000 and finally the a. C. Was not repaired. He told he has to change this and that again he came got 1250 but still the same problem its not getting cool. Very worst job.
                            He took a battery from my son's small car for service and don't return it after lots of follow up calls for which he took an advance of rd 2000.

                                I order one wardrobe from quikr which is 100% quikr certified but they didn’t deliver it every time they postponed the delivery.
                                My order i’d is[protected].
                                First i receive that order on 3/june/2018 but they resedule it with giving me excuses that we are short with truck and labor.
                                Then they give me another date 5/june/2018 on that date they didn’t deliver that product and know they give me another date so what the hell if happen why they not full full there words when i pay the full amount and whatever delivery charges they took i give them already then they should need to deliver that product on time.

                                So my request is to deliver my product and refund my delivery charges also as a compunction bcz of delay my product

                                  I got the call he asked me to deposit the security fee for job in hdfc bank mbd.He told me that they need this so that we dont backout .After that at the day pf telephonic interview .I got the called from a girl she said that she is the HR in HDFC .A problem is coming, your documents are not verified .Get them verified by a Fibre verification company or by our company.Deposit 5500 in morning and we will return you on the same day.

                                  Last month i bought Emailer and Sms campaign from quikr (IQBAL sales man), but still i didn't get any update from your end .Many more times i asked through mail and phone cal to the sales man, but no response end, so that i don't want your package, ...Revert my money back as soon as possible..

                                    Onlinetypingprovider.com is a registered company with Quikr.com. I have been contacted by Mr.ROHIT Ph.no.[protected] in May 10 of 2018. I have been assigned 201 pages pdf to convert it to MS Word document. I paid Rs.2000 to Paytm no.[protected](Vishamohini), strarted work and completed and forwarded to [protected]@yahoo.com on 31.05.2018. He contacted me and informed, I have to pay Rs.3900 towards GST charges to get my salary of Rs.20, 000. I alert myself and not send Rs.3900. On viewing in Indian consumer complaints forum this company is already marked as fraud company.Do not depend on this company advertisements and loose your valuable money.Company address:48A Jana Tower, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110056.I request a refund Rs.22, 000/- (Salary+Reg.fees)

                                      Below is great example of pathetic support from quikr and cheating by team quikr.

                                      I took quikr package of 500 ads pack under education & training category (Pack id : qkrall439770cre). I got promise by sales girl renuka r (Renuka. [protected]@quikr.co.in) validity of pack will be 2 years. After paying the amount and activation, found pack validity is just 6 months. There is no response from quikr after several followup. I requested them either to change the validity or refund my amount

                                      This is second followup mail. I want to know why my pack is showing validity of 6months instead of 2 years? Please change the validity. If you are not able to change, please let me know the escalation contact. I clearly told before renewing the pack, i need 2 years validity. You can see my last pack was also for 2 years, even i was able to use only 397 ads of total 500 ads. So i can't afford for 6 months. Please change it asap.

                                        This is gopabandhu samal, i have also cheated by mdcr with ₹5300/-.
                                        They called me about the recruitment process going on and my cv has been shortlisted for interview and asked me to bring ₹300/- for processing fee. So i visited their office and after few questions answered they reply that i am selected for hdfc bank back office executive with a monthly salary of ₹15, 500/-. So i need to deposit ₹1000/- for security reason which will be refunded with my salary of first 2 months as ₹500/- per month each. On day 3 at their office they again asked me to deposit ₹4000/- for training program via online. When my all the payment cleared as per their instructions i asked about my join letter they refused such no promises are done like this, and i asked my return of money of ₹5300/- they refused to return any amount and also advice me to wait for another 3 months.
                                        So it's my humble request to you that first verify this type of companies and then upload the recruitment process on your website.
                                        So please arrange to get back my money from the cheaters.
