Hi,
I am charan one of tge most frequent customer of quikr. Recently i had come across quikr business and hired your services. One of the companies listed named health herbal is a fraud company. They have asked for 10k deposit and said you will be given leads, post payment they have stopped communications nor answering my calls. I want an immediate resolution on this case. I had also raised the same issue on quikr fb but there isn't any response from your cx.

Very sad to say that your employee mr. Ganesh mobile no.[protected] told me that your vehicle will be sold in a weeks time and if the vehicle is not sold within a months time you will get refund of rs.1500 paid by you. Trusting him i listed in premium category by paying rs.1500.

From next two days, his mobile number is switched off and now 2 months is over and still my vehicle is not sold and he has switched off his above number and thereafter the above is number is always coming switch off, i tried many times. I wasted my money of rs.1500 and my trust in quikr also lost for ever.

I have applied for duplicate rc and a owner transfer with quikr rto. Somehow i found my rc and request them to return my money as i no longer require any service from quikr even i have agreed on their deduction policy.

Before making the payment i used to get prompt response from the quikr team but when i request for the refund they have stooped replying to my mails and calls. I was communicating to below mails id's and didn't get any response from them even after sending multiples email.

They are only making money by cheating people. I will request everyone not to go for any services provided by quikr.

I had put an add (Ad no :[protected]on quikr to sell my brothers 6 months old queen size wooden bed as he was relocating. I got a buyer from vizag who paid money to quikr the same day. On 5th april quikr doorstep team came to my home and took the bed and told that they will take it to their warehouse which is 30km from my place of stay and from there they will ship it to vizag. The next day i got a message from quikr saying that the buyer has refused to take the bed. When i called the buyer he said he had never said that and was eagerly waiting for the bed to arrive at his place. When contacted the customer service they told that the wooden bed is being returned as the item is fragile.

Why did the quikr team pickup the bed from my place in the first instance when they thought that the item was fragile, on top of it my bed was returned with full scratches on its sides. I wasted 2 days of my time is delivering and taking back my own bed.

I need a compensation from quikr for the damage caused to the bed and also wasting my time.

I would like to raise a complaint against mr faizan shaikh, a quikr executive from quikr mumbai.in dec. 2017 (24th) i had uploaded one ad for my mobile. Xaiomi mia1, for 14000. I had already upgraded the ad for premium by paying some 150 rupees. Then the same day i got a call from mr. Faizan shaikh, saying that if i pay an amount of 850 rupees, my mobile ad will be upgraded, and if not sold for the amount, quikr would buy the mobile in the similar price within a span of 10 days. After that i tried to contact him on the mail id that he mailed from, but dint get any response. Now i felt cheated. After that i had a health isdue so cudnt get in touch with quikr. Today i had called quikr, they said thers no such offer, but the 850 ruppes i paid was for upgradation of total 10 ads, that i would have posted, and this thing wasn't ever conveyed to me. I would like you to take a firm step on such goons... And i wnt my issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Thankyou. My registered no is [protected]

I ordered an order (Order id[protected] apple iphone 6s (Space gray, 64gb) - excellent condition on 31st march 2018 with online payment of rs21901 and cancelled on 1st april 2018 on quikr.com. As per the refund policy of quikr, refund should be completed within 4-7 business days and already 7 business days are passed away but i didn't received my refund yet. I want my refund asap. So please look into the matter.

I have posted one ad in quikr and in 5 days they have deleted the ad without asking me they have taken 826 rs for nothing i did nit got nay benefit out of this and even customer was rude and irresponsible this is the worst site they eat money and do no care about seller and keep on taking money like beggars i don't understand why the hell they have such platform if they are unable to manage the same... They have taken money from us and eaten the money and now they have no answer to this i want complete resolution of this it was my hard earned money and nobody can eat it like this

I had opted for "fast and reliable rto services" through quikr in order to get my noc cancelled from hyderabad. For that they had charged the following.
Penalty for 47 months - 14100
Non migration in west bengal - 4800
Cancellation of noc in hyderabad - 3500
Quikr service charges - 1500
The total amounts to ₹23, 900.
After i paid them the amount last saturday, there is no response from them anymore and they are not picking up my calls anymore. And as usual quikr customer care is not available. I was duped a big amount and if this is not resolved by quikr i am going to lodge a complaint with consumer court at the end of the week

He promised to provide weekend trainings and job and issued a copy of offer letter. After the money was credited to his account, he stopped receiving my call and blocked me in whatsapp. I tried reaching to him through different numbers but not able to contact him. He also used the name of cinta mumbai for artist card.

I have purchased a sofa"comfortable sofa 3+2" with ad id:[protected] on 6th april 2018. Expected delivery date was 7 april 2018. Then they rescheduled the pickup from seller. Delivery date changed to 8th april 2018. Not again no pickup happened yesterday (8th april 2018). Again they rescheduled on 9th april 2018 but i got the same result and no pickup happened on 9th april 2018 (Today) from seller.
Now again recieved message from quicker that we have rescheduled pickup. And it's not showing any delivery date in tracking status. What the hell is going on. First time ever i am experiencing the worst service. You guys are mentally torturing me. I postponed whole my plans for 3 days (Saturday, sunday and monday) due to expected product delivery.
If you are not able to provide service you guys should stopped and shut down your business. Even i took off from office on monday 9th april 2018. Who is going to pay interest to me as already paid product amount.
I want my loss back and going raised police case that my product didn't deliver by quicker and putting case in consumer forum that mentally harrased by quicker.
Customer care is even worse, not able to give any information of the product but saying just to wait.
Called customer care many times they are just giving excuses to drop my call. No action taken to my complaint.

I paid 7069 for an item purchased on Quikr but seller cancelled it and I got back that amount as Quikrcash.
After that I debited it to my source account i.e. Paytm on 2nd April but it is not credited in the source account even today.

Please help me on this issue. As I don't know where my money has stuck,

I had given add in real estate houses for rent in mettupalayam road, and i am put as broker senselessly by u creating problems also remove my name wrongly put in the broker list immedately otherwise i will file a case in the court. I am so much troubled by people asking for houses here and there in coimbatore. I am a respectable person and u r spoiling my repitation.

I brought a certified oneplus 3t on quikr, along with it i received a fake charger.
I was expecting dash charger (The only reason i brought oneplus device)
I think the seller is selling stolen mobiles.
I asked quikr for return and there reply was we dont care,
The executive told me "to do what ever i can do"
I am regular online shopper and never faced this kind of service.

The supplied charger charges the phone very slowly and funnily the battery drains if i am using the device while charging.

Please provide me information about what i can do
Also i would like to warn every one not to buy quikr certified mobiles
If you buy more likely chance is that you are buying a stolen device.

I have applied job through quikr jobsite in jobswright data solution, i have paid rs.6500 for registration as well as gst and agreement fee. Thy said registration is refundable once u complete the project. Once i completed 350 pages, thy mailed that u have completed only 150 pages and your accuracy does not met. So we wont pay. When i contacted hr, aryan-[protected] he blocked my num and he never replied to my mails.. I lost my money as well as time. Because of the fake companies u are listing in job sites people gets cheated.. Pls beware for these type of companies. Don't waste your money as i did. I have proof of payment.

I registered on quikr jobs 2 weeks back. I got a call from quikr that there is back office vacancy in ICICI bank. First they asked for Rs 750 as registration fees. Then i got a interview call which was from ICICI as they told to me. Then i got a message that i got selected and i have to pay Rs 3500. When i paid that after 3 days i got another call that now i have to pay Rs 5500 for opening salary account. I paid that also. All of these payments were done through BHIM app to Mr. Arvind Gupta. I was given the account number.Yesterday i got a call again to pay Rs 9500 which would be kept as security money and i would get a PRM who would guide me, then only i would get the joining letter. In all these calls one was Mr. Ankush Saxena and other was Ms. Vanshika. I Just want to know whether it in real or is it a scam. Kindly help

I registered for the RTO services for selling my vehical and transferring my number from sindhudurga rto to pune RTO. I contacted the quicker RTO services and they asked for the details, payments everything was done and an agent was sent after a week for document collection. Now its almost 4 months my vehical documents are gone, 4200 rs are taken.
[protected] this customer care is not reachable and the person Puviyarasan from quickr is also not responding for the mails.

Here is a final reminder and a formal request to start my money Refund process as I do not wish to continue with Quikr RTO services.

If you don't care to respond, I will be initiating the formal process to Ombudsman team, Consumer Redressal Forums & other available Social media channels of escalations.

I need your commitment on promised RTO service (Or) Return back my Money.

I purchased tvs jupiter zx on 31st march 2018 from pune hinjewadi quickr bikes shop
The assistant manager suyog tadgaonkar told me before purchasing that every thing is well serviced by our mechanic including battery change, oil change etc
But within 3 days bike stops working, it is not starting on electric start button, also on kick start it is not starting
I called him for rsa he is telling me that our mechanic is not available and etc

So i am not happy with quickr bikes services

Also i want to refund my money

Yesterday on 4th april 2018 found job in quikr for idea address verification hyderabad location there was mail id.in the add and was aked to send resume, so i did the same and received a message on my mobile after an half an hour or so saying that (Job in idea for verification officer, salary 22000 with 3000 petrol+400 mobile charges, job location begumpet, surity amt 4500 refundable after training 10 days. And after 5 mins got another msg asking me to call. I called him immediately and was explained and about the job after all the talk he told me that i have to pay 4500 online only as the office was not any consultancy and it was direct channel partner of idea and i have to send docs like aadhar card, my marks certificate, rc and have to send before 11 in the morning. The next morning i got a call again saying when i am going to do it. I asked him to send the bank details which he did.
When it is not a consultancy and direct channel partner why should i pay him security amount?? I know it was fraud immediately when he told i have to pay money and that too online and was saying that i cannot come to office and payhe claimed that after paying the money and will get a verification call from the office and i have to pay online as the office is in maharashtra.

I contacted Abhishek from quikr jobs India for mtv events job. He asked me to pay 800 rs for artist card. I paid it to his provided account number on 3rd Apr 2018 2:44pm. I got some confirmation mail regarding the artist card and i got some registration number too on which I paid 800rs. so I thought it might be a real opportunity. Then after that he told me to pay 2850rs for security amount saying that what if you will not turn up on the day of reporting. He promised me that once i will join i will get this amount back. I paid that amount too these amounts were hidden costs about which there is no mention in the job description. He promised me that after paying that amount within 1 hour I will get the offer letter, Once I will get the offer letter through mail then After he told me that he will fix my appointment. But when I didn’t received any email, again I called him and asked him about the offer letter he told that the server is having some issues so they are not able to take offer letter, and later again told me to pay the same amount. I denied it and asked him to pay back my money and he confirmed saying that you will get it back by tomorrow morning. When I felt a bit suspicious about it i tried connecting to him through different numbers. After that he blocked on whatsapp and he isn’t responding for my calls or msgs.
