I subscribed to premium services on the insistence of quikr sales executive mr melvin.
He promised to call back once he gets a confirmation of my subscription. He also promised to call back and manage my account advising me on the pricing of the products put on sale.
However as usual with all the ecommerce websites, he just did not bother to call me back even after accepting his premium subscription offer though at a higher rate than the offer given on the website. All his hollow promise to assist me in the sale

Quikr is randomly adding sellers without any verification.
Ad ID:[protected] on Quikr is about the adoption of Beagle dogs posted by Mr Shekhar who WhatsApp from [protected]. He informed that the puppy will be coming from Delhi and I will just need to pay for Transport and put me in touch with the Transporter named Kavya who uses [protected]. She informed me to pay Rs 1960 to [protected] for transportation of the puppy . As i made payment she informed that the puppy will be sent next day. The next day while i was waiting for her to message me regarding the train details of the puppy she informed that the trains have been cancelled and will have to send via flight and i will have to pay Rs 1280 extra to get the puppy delievered next day. As i was in desperation to have a puppy, i paid for it as well again on the same number.

The next day Shekhar has blocked me in the morning and Kavya kept telling me random details about flight details. By now i had started doubting the scam and started interrogating her. Finally she blocked me from Whatsapp and Calls.

@Quikr: Please put a strict policy against these crimes happening on your portal. I will never trust on your ads.

Further when i was converting my free ads to premium, three of my ads were not indicating the premium tag after selection of ad credit and its deduction from my balance. This happened for three of my ads and thus three ad credit have additionally been consumed.

I had to get my vehicle re-registered and road tax to be paid for the same. Had opted for quikr rto services assuming that they would be professional and the service levels to be decent. The initial responsiveness was amazingly quick till i paid the money. (In excess of 30, 000 rs of which, 8000 rs were their service charges). Was given a phone number and the details of escalation point of contact at that time. They promptly collected all the required documents (Original rc and noc inclusive). This happened on the 16th of march 2018. Amogh shetty and pramod kumar were the people from quikr who were involved in this transaction.

To my dismay, i have not received a single meaningful update after that. I keep calling the number provided to me which is never answered. I keep sending whatsapp messages asking for status updates and no responses are received. I keep calling their customer care number to lodge a complaint and guess what! The person manning the phone (Arif or asif.. I don't remember the name as he never announces himself on the phone and is absolutely discourteous and impolite) transfers the call to the same phone number which was provided to me at the outset. Needless to say, the transferred call goes unanswered. Renuka prasad is supposed to be the next escalation point of contact who never responds to any emails. I even doubt if this person exists!

I am now really worried about the money that i have paid and the original documents submitted to them. They have not shared any documentary evidence that the road tax has been paid and the process has been initiated.

If i do not receive a satisfactory response and the proofs of road tax and registration payments, i will be approaching the consumers forum to request for adequate compensation towards the trauma caused by quikr rto services. I will be initiating the process in a weeks time if i do no hear from them.

I opt for quickr rto service to get noc for my vehicle to move from chennai to bangalore and they asked me to do the payment to start of services and i did for 7800 (Merchant id # april924q and citrus id# [protected]) at that instant. Now due to reasons, i have dropped my plan to move the vehicle to bangalore. I had the coversations with pramod and ilyas with [protected] number was given for 1st line of escalation. They hardly pick up or respond.

For 2nd line of escalation, contact person was renuka with number [protected] but it is always switched off.

Now i have following up for refund for past weeks and there is no response. I am keeping on updating the follow up to give details on refund initiation but for vain.

Kindly help me in getting this resolved. It's my humble request to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Please help me.. I have received a call from quickr.com for providing me the job of computer operator. And the consult person was anjali gupta.. She has charged me 1750rs for registration and after that her number is switched off.. I want my money back.. I have a proof of transaction which i have done from phonepay app.. Please help me..

I used Quikr for Maid services and they suggested me various options one of which was 'Magic Maid Services' run by Mr. Virat Singh. He asked me for Rs. 20, 000 but I only wanted to pay Rs. 10, 000 and he totally agreed to it. I transferred the money to bank account holder "Lalit Sureshchandra Mishra" on Mrach 29, 2018, upon his request. Later he asked me pay Rs. 10, 000 more so that he could arrange for maids. I transferred Rs. 5, 000 on March 30, 2018 and later told him that I would only pay the rest after the maids arrive at my place.
He later gave me a contact telling me that he will be bringing me the maids to my home but to my surprise, that man came to my city Amritsar with the maids, but had co-incidentally had some injuries on the way, therefore returned back without even meeting me once. He didn't even picked my call all this time and only talked to me through Whatsapp. Very Surprising.
It has been a month since that incident and I have been constantly asking Mr. Virat Singh for refund of my Rs. 15, 000, which according to the contract was fully refundable. He kept delaying me and then just few days ago told me that he wouldn't refund my amount because I had given negative feedback about him on Quikr. After that, he stopped replying to my messages and picking my call. Please help me with this.
Also, Quikr should not suggest such fraudulent services and they even had labeled Magic Maid Services 'Verified' on their website.
I also have all the proofs of chats and calls and bank transfer.
I sincerely want your help with this case so that I can get my hard-earned money back.

I purchased one used bed from quickr. Seller has accepted the offer. After making 10 to 12 calls till today. Now at last moment ther are saying it is below the market price.

What to do now? The seller has already vacant the place and the materila (Bed) is already in lobby.

I made payment also. This is not acceptable from at all after making so many calls.

I have paid rs.1599 on 30/03/2018. For premium ad (One month) to sell my car. As per your executive mr. Lavkush mishra if it will not sold through quicker. The amount will be refunded in my paytm account.

Stil i my car not sold and payment is not received in my paytm account. Necessary mail also sent to mr. Lavkush but no reply received.

Please help to resolve.

It was my biggest mistake that i purchased item from quikr. I purchased an internal hard disk "seagate 1tb" on 24 april 2018, item was advertised as gently used and in good condition. So i bought it and it was delivered to me on 26th april i was happy to see that courier service was fast. But when i used, item was not in working condition. I immediately called quikr customer care but customer care representative was arrogant he said its not returnable and quikr is not responsible for this you have to called seller. I called seller but he denied, he said item was in good condition,. So i lost my 1000 rupees with no hope what kind of service quikr is providing, they can hold or stop seller payment if item is not in good condition but they simply make profit from customers. And lots fraud of people selling damaged item on quikr because they know its easy to sell those garbage item and make fool people. It was my first and last purchase from quikr. Never use quikr! If you dont want to waste your hard earn money.

My name is jahangir. I am a quikr customer for one year. I was very satisfied with your site. But not now. I have a home as a pg rental. I had payed 3500 rupees on 04/12/2018 for to make my ad as platinum. One mrs sujitha is talked about this premium offer. She had said, "if i pay this money (3500/-), my ad will make as platinum. Within 5 months, my ad will be re-post in 25times." i really liked the offer, and i payed the amound. But she did'nt it. So i didn't get nothing enquiries. I called to sujitha. But she telling something lies. Sujitha is a worst staff of quikr. We really hate her. We want to complaint against her. Before that, i thought to inform quikr. Please take the action, and give my offer.

Relying on quikr's brand value i paid inr 17.977 (Online transfer) for my bike registration. Registration is still pending and now agent of quikr has stopped answering calls. Below is the transaction details.

Its almost 10 months now and i am not getting my work done. Pune based agent who is supposed to do the work has all my papers.

Quikr's customer care service is so pathetic that number they have provided in their site is always not reachable.

I was searching for laptop on quikr.com .Then on 28 April i found an Ad selling core i 7 laptop for 7500 rs only .(AD ID:[protected]On the ad page it was written that the laptop was only 5 days old .There was written that to buy laptop call on mobile no [protected].
I called this number .A lady picked up my phone and said that she is from vadodara and is currently in chennai .And she told me that she is a goverment doctor and got a laptop free from a goverment hospital in chennai.I asked that i will buy laptop from her through quikr doorstep .But i found that quikr doorstep service was not available there.I contacted her and she said tgat she will be sending laptop by courier.i agreed and asked her about the payment .She told me that you pay half amount now and half after delivery .She sended me her address through text message.I agreed and made the payment.i called her and informed her about the payment with bank refrence no.She told me that she would go to bank tommorow and will give confirmation about the payment.And tommorow i called her many times on 1 PM .she picked up my phone and said that i am in bank and i had not recieved any amount.and told me to talk to her later..
Now she is not picking up my phone anymore.

I bought this trundle bed from quikr this month, the seller being urban ladder.
I negotiated on a price with the quikr agent who helped me negotiate the price.
However, the sequence of events now complete the fraud and absolute terrible quality that is supplied by urban ladder as well as the tall claims of quikr on quality assurance.
I asked the product to be delivered to vijayawada. First, all was agreed upon and i paid up almost 20k at one go, as that was the requirement per the agent, no trial check with token amount available in vijayawada, it seems.
Second, after payment the order was suddenly cancelled and message sent that the product cannot be sent to vijayawada. I called the agent and she confirmed that she will look into it.
She next called and said i have to sign an agreement that there will be no returns possible incase the product is damaged for which i said makes no sense, why will i do such a thing, and so i replied to the email of the agreement that if any damage is there then the product will be returned. The agent put it across to me that it was just a formality.
Somehow the product reaches vijayawada, and this is the worst product that i received ever from online shopping. The nuts and bolts fell short and we had to adjust with something available with us. The picture and the bed in reality are soooooo different and highly deceptive in terms of the draw space and quality of the wood.
The quality of the wood was pathetic. Only a kid can sleep on the bed it could break if an adult sits or if a kid jumps on the bed.
As i was doubting, based on the agreement, the product was damaged product, looks like it is the show piece set that is in the shops for viewing purpose.
Terrible terrible quality. I was fleeced by these reputed online brand quikr and urban ladder for the kind of product sent.
Further, i immediately sent a message to the agent that we received a faulty product with pictures and they quikr agent did not even respond once to the messages. Until, i paid up, she contacted me diligently and then she vanished.
In this age of consumer awareness and high competition it is sad to know that well known brands such as quikr and urban ladder had to stoop to such marketing and sales tactics.
Highly disappointing and feel cheated.

On my enquiry for home cook services quikr has recommended

One mr. Sundeep goutam attended the call and assured to provide the cook help services and asked me to remit an advance amount of rs.2200/- to

I remitted the amount on 29.4.18.
He has not provided the service and on repeated calls insisted me to pay an advance amount if rs.5000 towards monthly payment of cook.
He has neither provided the service nor refunded the amount.
I request you to investigate the credentials of the company and ensure the service or refund

I was contacted by amogh.[protected]@quikr.co.in and told their fees is 1000 rupees for hypothitication removal from car and shared a link of citrus payment gateway which pays the money to quikr. Considering the brand value I paid the amount but after that I am not getting right kind of replies from the rto agent and when I asked refund my money I am not getting any response. On top of it quikr customer care is least bother to listen anything. Kindly help

Please be alert, person is cheating by taking advance money for clone mobile phones. He will promise to send by courier, first he will post an ad in quikr in different cities as local post with ultra low price for samsung and iphone clone phones, he will only provide whatsapp number to only text and that whatsapp number will be almost switched off, after communication in whatsapp he will act like trusted person and make people believe in him that he is selling a phone he will send some ready pictures to make people believe and he will provide fake shop address that is : 69 a, simpton gadget rn tower, near hanuman mandir, nehru palace, delhi and he will ask to come to shop to make you trust that shop is existed but in reality shop will not be there at the place. Then he will say that he got only less quantity left and force you to make some advance payment or full money transfer to his bank account or paytm account, after transfer he will either not respond to your messages and calls or he will delay by saying daily reasons untill 15 to 20 days then slowly he will not respond at all and he will change the temporary communication sim card. His whatsapp number when i got fooled for rs 5600/- is +91 [[protected]] and his voice communication sim number was - +91 [[protected]] (Mumbai number) and his tej account name was : tarun dhanraj and he will ask to deposit in the account name : asmita bhimrao sawan account number : [protected] idbi bank. So please be careful with these type of frauds.
