Do you check whether the dogs sold on your website have papers?
As per animal welfare board of india, all breeders of dogs must be registered with the awbi and no puppies may be sold until they have reached 8 weeks of age and are fully weaned.

I got this response from quikr for my complaint
A request for support has been created and assigned ticket #461800. We will be getting back to you within 24 hours and provide suitable solution.

But till today there is no solution.

I wrote this to quikr rto today as i am very irritated.

Please read this email chain regarding my complaint on vehicle ownership transfer which is not done by quickr rto services since the past 7 months.
I am extremely unsatisfied and begging mr. Nawaz who has taken my vehicle documents and is not returning back.

Can somebody in quikr reply to my emails?
Please don't block my phone number and my mail accounts.

I am just a customer who has been trapped by quikr rto and i need my vehicle documents back.

I am ready to pay to quikr to get my documents back if that is what you guys are expecting.

Suggestion to quikr rto : please don't exploit customers like this. Customers are valuable and are required to run any business.

Hi, i am not getting any kind of inquiry from quikr. I have call & mail them lot's of time they told me someone will call me but no one call me and they told me that your ad update in wrong product, we will reslove asap. But last 1 month don't have any changes in ground we are continue reecive wrong lead

I recently booked a phone from quikr ad id:[protected] and during the whole process, the seller had written in the description of the product that it was scratch and dent free and in excellent condition. After 12hrs i purchased the phone, he changed it to the phone having some complaint with its right soft key. I was not informed about this before i bought it and i also have the screenshot of the product saying it was in good condition before he changed it. I would like to cancel my order and have the money refunded.

This is happened with me also. I have paid 8500 rs also for custom clearance. Then after sometime he again ask for 16800 rs and given a letter which is from federal ministry of finance government of india.
After watching that mail i search online and found this portal where this complaint is already registered.
I going to register a fir against quikr and manpreet kaur arora and the account holder. Because if its a known complaint quikr should block their id's and accounts.

Hi,

I have bought a new air conditioner from quickr pune office located in kharadi.
However the supplied ac doesn't have the cooling gas, i want to know the reason why a brand new ac doesn't have the coolant in it?

Also i was told that a technician would be teaching my home today to address this issue and i would be provided contact details of the technician, but after following up for more than 5-6 no technician has reached my place and the person who assured me isn't picking up the call.

Why does quickr gave me false assurance and why does the product delivered doesn't have gas?

This as a formal compalint and let me know the complaint id and what action taken against the person responsible and would i be provided a ac which brand new as i suspect this is second hand ac. And who would provide the installation charges of new ac.

I bhavana sharma saw an advertisement about urgent adoption for a pet on quicker. (https://www.quikr.com/pets/shih-tzyu-puppies-for-urgent-adoption-vizag-W0QQAdId...⇄ when i contacted the seller named shekhar as he told me having mobile no.[protected], asked him about pet. He send me the videos and photos of the pet. I said i like your pet what does this cost? He said it costs 1980/- and pet will be transported at your place by my transporter. Next day a girl called me named pooja rana with[protected] mobile no. And she whatsapp me. Asked me to give her my id proof and bank details and adress. I gave her my adhaar card in photo. And she told me that make the payment, i asked about some receipt or proof of payment, she said do the half payment and half will be done after receiving the pet. I did the payment of 980/- with the google app tezz. Next day when i called them, they (Seller and transporter) started to making excuses. When i asked to refund my payment they both block me.

Below is email messages with Quikr from 23.2.2018. Till today- 17.4.2018, no refund is done. When asked to clarify and to refund my ordered item many times, they replied with the same excuse but with no refund till today 17.4.2018.

I will never approach again this fake Quikr to buy anything.

13.3.2018 from me.
Till today, neither the ordered item is delivered to me nor refund is done while you mentioned in your mail on 23 Feb 2018 that refund will be processed very soon due to out of stock of my ordered item. If refund has been done from your end, can you tell me the refunded transaction no with date?.
I checked my bank account every day but not found any refunded money Rs 6607 which i paid by netbanking through SBI for my ordered item and received order confirmation mail.
What kind of service quality you are providing to your online customers. I am paying serious attention in this matter if not solved soon.

I took quikr rto service to pay the road tax for my two wheeler. I was promised i would get the road tax paid receipt in 2 weeks time and so i did the payment. Also it was urgent for me to get the road tax receipt. After payment i checked the status. Now they are saying it would take 4 weeks time. I asked him to initiate a refund. But they cannot refund the amount.

We found the contact with the company name 'sriganesh farms' as a verified contact with mobile no and website listed on quikr. I got in touch with the contact no provided, a person named sukdeb adhikari sent me the videos and pictures of the dog that i planned to adopt. He sent me the dog's parents pictures as well and promised me to send the pup from kolkata to mumbai along with all the papers through air india cargo. The payment was made in 2 installments and when we received the dog, we were surprised to see a mix breed of maybe a pomeranian and stray. Right after we received the dog we gave him call and he promised to change the do next day. Its been a week now and he is neither receiving calls nor reverting on the msgs. His contact no is [protected]. Their website is 'sriganeshfarms.co.in'. I have their bank details to which i had transferred the amount (Rs 22, 500). The local police is not lodging an fir for same.

Help would be much appreciated.

A guy named puyiyarasan called me frequently regarding the service n said that i had to pay a little more for the so called "brand". So i completed that payment but once after the payment was done there were no updates from him or another lady renuka. I tried mailing the rto service as well but no response there as well. It's been a month now but still have got no response. Is this how the brand works?

When i first ordered this product it said it is pick up scheduled and ready to dispatched later that night it said rescheduling, a moment later it said the ad has been deleted and i got no reply from quikr please help i invested 1, 200 rupees in here its been 2 days since it has happened i was waiting for my cash back but my quikr wallet is empty i repeatedly sent messages but no reply

Quikkr is this pathetic I had no idea., Incident date - 16 /04/ 18 It is promoting ads & selling bulk sms saying "Body Massage with Sex at Rs 599 msg with my family daughter's name and personal mobile no. "

How mean how could this company allow such msgs to float . She is getting so many calls and dirty msgs on whatsapp.

Police complain will be done . Quikkr need to answer thhis., , How can any body's name and no is missused?

I had ordered the above mentioned product from Quickr and it was ordered on 12th April 2018, and called multiple time related to this.
Every time there was response like we will schedule your call with scheduling team and there was no response from there, once had received the call from the scheduling team and they informed the product to be delievered tomorrow that was 17th April,
When I asked for full refund from the team then they told will be charging 200 Rs. Inspite of their fault for not delivering product on time which was to be delivered on 24 hours within the order.

I want that there should be proper enquiry and action against quickr for not giving the product on promised time and not provinding proper customer support.

I have been order 5 mobiles from quikr but they doesnt delivered me even a single one. My all orders are cancelled without informing me... What is this? Its my 1st experience with quikr and last also.. Infact if my order is cancelled than quikr doesnt inform me about this. I called to quikr costomer care then i know that my order is cancelled because the product is out of stock. If quikr doesnt have stalk then why they show it on wedsite..

I have seen one 3 months old storage bed and contacted quikr executive he told me if you will pay 500 extra we can deliver new bed to you i have paid 5920 and ordered two products one corner table and storage bed. After i amade payment he told me it's not available now and i will be able to deliver before on wednesday i paid money on sunday today is sunday again abd he don't take my call don't reply me on whatsapp till the time i made payment he always responded after that he have neglected me till now and never updated me about the product on the same day i got delivery of corner table but till now i am waiting for bed and this is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism that they have stopped responding to my messages also his name is nikhil and his number is [protected] and he also uses one more number [protected]

I saw an ad saying Husky for sell at 5k.I contacted the number they have provided and dealt with the person on watsapp.He said to send puppy by flight and asked me to pay 4k first as delivery charges and 5k for pup insurance saying he has paid remaining 4k.But then I didn't receive the Pup.He mailed me through Gmail, which I believed is valid, but then came to know that it's all fake.

I buyed this through quikr but what seller has mentioned in photos he didn't give that to me.
1 - the outer box as seen in ad photos i have not received that, in two ad photos he has clearly mentioned this.
2 - av cable as seen in photos, i have not received this also.
Quikr pickup team didn't picked up the outer box, av cable from seller.
So kindly resolve this issue as early as possible.
This has 2nd time happened to me while i bought something from quikr.

Hi team,

I made a transaction of 4200 on quikr for a bed on march 15th 2018 from icici account to kotak mahindra bank. Why quikr people is not verifying the seller before posting any add. Anybody is posting anything and quikr is allowing, after so many mails also that person is posting add daily. Today also he posted the add/attaching the pic for reference. Raised the ticket in icici bank as well but still didn't get any solution. Called police also they didn't help. Kindly refer the below details and help me to get my money back.
