Hello,
I had made a payment of 5200rs before 8days in quikr for a fridge. It was for quikr doorstep.
Then they scheduled and rescheduled it for more than 4 times.
They are not even ready to solve the issue.
They are not picking up the product and deliver to me.
Whenever i call, they say that seller is not responding, seller is rescheduling it n blaah blaah. But whenever i call the seller responds n sometimes he only calls me n ask why it's not picked up yet.
Their customer service is really poor and rude.
Today i even asked them cancel the order and do refund. But they hesitate to do that also and said that 300rs will charged if i cancel the order.
I'm fed up of this company.
I suggest people never make a payment in prior to a company like quikr.

Quikr also did a fraud with me as i ordered a laptop on quikr seller lives in delhi so he sent a different laptop as iordered a dell insipron 13 cost rs 65000 mrp. He is selling it at a price of 14500. So i made apurcgase on quikr. But the laptop i received which fully different as shown by quikr. I got a different dell latitude laptop whose mrp is rs 6000. Now is saying they cant do anything.

I got a cal from quiker as said i am shortlisted for job in hdfc in back office. They at first took 750 rs then for security purposes charged 3550 rs that i paid in the account they probmvided me with. The one who called me was rohit negi and the account no he provided was of mr gaurav sharma and mr rohit negi called me from this no [protected].
Please take a serious step regarding this issue. They are fooling around people for few bucks. Strict steps need to be taken. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible

Below is the message that i am receiving daily.

I received the first message on 16-may-18.

These type of fraudulent messages being sent by quikr is causing mental harassment.

Please take stringent action against these type of companies.

Hi, this is about the ad posted in paid category which is not reflecting to website from last 7 days even though money was deduced on 11th may 2018. Whereas it was told that it would be taken care of within 24hrs.
But still not done.
No one is ready to help only asking me to press different numbers from ivr. Last representative iyesha hang up. Subashini was taking care of issues which was accelerate to concerns department. But information there after.

I have applied for my car registration transfer 6 months back. Quikr has taken 2000 rs fee along with original form 16 and original rc copy. But till date there is no service provided.

I am unable to connect anyone who was in touch with me for the service of ownership transfer of my car. Payment done 6 months back. No revert on mail, customer care is dumb.

Their employee named 'pramod' is in touch with me since more than 2 months now over emails and has not been able to provide any solution.
Every time he calls and asks the same details and whether anyone from itseazy (Their 3rd party service provider) has contacted us. We have told him n number of times that no one has contacted us.
This is really stupid and a big time fraud.

I want my original documents back and want to put a harassment case against them.

Quikrjobs are cheating on me, their executive amir has promised me they 43k matching profile on the basis of your are and location, but i landed up with few resumes out of most are from hydrabaad etc.. Only three from actual location i wanted them to be.. They care cheating our hard earned money, do not trust them in jobs

They charge from startups and companies, with a promise of good placement and in results they deliver zero.

They are repeating laxmi nagar scam with the startup and companies

Company contact person khusboo verma mob n [protected] called me and send her proposal of business in the proposal written i need just home deliver company product and collect cash 3000per order value and my margin is 500 per order. But i need some investment of 25000. When i ask her how can i trust you? She says i am giving you a contact number of dealer which name is mr ajay and he is from pune [protected] which is working same business for my company i called ajay and ask him he says everything is fine then i send my amount in the company account in two installments of 12.5 thousand company send me stock of 9 order i received stock by dtdc currier docket no d41928618 but after receiving stock company contact person khusboo verma is not responding on phone calls. I am facing lots of problem. Plz help me

I am receiving sms everyday mentioning i have an outstanding rental dues of rs.5200 on quikr. Also asking me to pay before the due date to avoid penalty of rs.50 per day without mentioning the due date.

I have never used quikr services for get anything on rental basis.

The exact sms is quoted below.

I feel this is a scam. I have seen the same complaint has been already raised by a person named sravanthi on 16th may.

Kindly look into this fraud sms being sent by quikr.

I have got cheated by quikr employee rahul today[protected]. He called me today and said if i pay 2100 for premium ad higher chance i can sell my car. He also ensured if i wont be able to sell with in 30 days quikr will refund entire amount to my paytm after 30 days. So trusting quikr i paid the amount but in the mail he only ensured 750 clicks not about selling my car. Please check the entire conversation as a proof.

This a clear cheating from a reputed company like quikr so i expect company will take proper action against this employee and refund my money back. I will also raise a consumer court complain regarding same tomorrow if i see no further action.

This is posted on quikr: earn 25000 per month by giving review to products. A person called sarath varma uddaraju answered the call and told me to transfer rs1500 to his account which i did, after the payment he gave me a web site link swagbucks.com which is a free open for all site no need to pay money at all. When i tried calling him to ask about this he immediately blocked my number. I'm expecting you to look into this block his post immediately and take action if possible. I have booked a business leads package with quickr business of 180 days on 20/03/2018 but still not received any business leads, even received calls from customer care and sales manager.

Now both are advised me to go consumers court directly as their company is doing fraud with everyone due to no business leads are available.

I have payed money for getting noc from bangalore rto office, as i have shifted to pune. I have paid 2500rs. On 4/4/18, but till now i did not receive my noc, they have promised to get it done in 20 days but till now i have not received it, neither any updates, nobody is picking the call also on the number which has been provided on email. I have been in touch with quikr agent ilyas pasha, bangalore location. Kindly help as soon as possible.

Hi there i recently had a pest control done in my house and upon feedback call and i did said it's not effective at all. They asked me to wait for 10 days for the effect however it's one month and they promised to do re work which is not done till now.
I also raised complaint via e mail to support care and got an acknowledgement that somebody will contact me which is also not done so far. No revert for rest 2 reminder mail.

I have purchased a lead based package on the dated on 14.04.2018, my package id is :- svc347368hom221320kol00080int (Package cost rs.8000) from quikrservice. Quikr exicutive amrita mukherjee committed that i will received lead with in 4 to 5 days from the date of purchased for the above mentioned package. But still today i have not received any lead. Several time i send mail and try to phone but they are not received my phone number.
I told them to return back my money, they did not return back.

Three days 8/5/2018 back i registered my company in digital marketing category and the next day itself i started getting calls from quikr.com bangalore for paid advertisement of my company maxmiles. One employee in the name of kavya started calling me and i asked her to send the proposal details. She has sent the same and for the past two days kavya ([protected]) and her manager nisha forcing me to go for the paid advertisement. I am getting irritating calls and is this the way you market your quikr.com company.. I have been getting calls frequently from nos. [protected], [protected], [protected] till 9.30pm. Its been very irritating attitude from a popular web portal like this... And finally they have also removed my free listing advertisement. It implies that a business listing has to be compulsorily converted to paid advertisement. Some action to be taken against the filthy forcefull selling activity happening like this...

QuikrDoorStep is supposed to return my queen size bed which they had picked up since buyer refused delivery. For the past three days quikr doorstep has been scheduling a confirmed delivery but not delivering the product. Reaching out to customer care over phone and email has been fruitless so far with them simply passing the buck to the "scheduling department" or "logistics department". Every time I have had to skip office staying at home hoping they'd show up. This is causing intolerable mental agony and productivity loss to me.

Laxman gore from quikr team called me and convinced me to post the ad in premium category saying after this they will be talking to the buyer for my stuff and closing the deal. He also shared a mail saying the mail has his contact details and i can call him for any support. But when i tried reaching him, one of his numbers is wrong number and the other he is ignoring and taking calls or replying to mails/message. I wrote to adsupport team but there is an auto generated mail that we will provide a solution within 24hours but there is no action at all.
Though its a small amount but its the service that they are offering and the way they are generating money by cheating and making false commitments.
