Dear Mr. Bhattacharya,
Thank you for writing to Quikr Doorstep!
We understand your plight but we are sorry to inform you that for Intercity orders, we do not have a return policy, as Quikr is an intermediate for shipping the products from the seller's place to the buyer.
If any incomplete/non-functional or damages are found on the product, the buyers are suggested to coordinate with the seller as the used product originally belonged to the seller.
To avoid similar inconvenience we suggest that you to validate the product condition using necessary means before making the payment.
Note: The buyer doesn't have open box delivery i.e buyers cannot open the packaging at the time of delivery. Once the package is opened, the product can not be returned back. As this would be considered as product accepted.

Don't Trust (Intercity trunsactions about mobile phone) Quikr, Quikr Doorstep and seller's description about the mobile phone.
Quikr received your money, sent his person to collect phone from the seller and sent to you. But when you see the phone is broken, Water damage and dirty (take from road side vat), and seller won't answer you call, message and whatsapp information and you lodge a complaint door step, door step sent you the above information. They do nothing for you. What a selling plantform? So brother don't buy intercity phone and anythings from quikr.
