I would like to complaint against the cheating done by quikr in the name of marketing plan provided by them for my construction company.

I run a small construction company in mumbra, thane, under the name gupta builders, approx. A year back quikr representatives from sales mr. Santosh & mr. Vijay shinde - [protected] with a marketing plan for my company which includes 3 society events / road shows @ rs.50000/-. I accepted the lucrative marketing plan offered by them with 2 small condition -
1) 2 events will be paid initially and we will check the response before committing for the 3 event & its payment. The representatives of quikr were insisting for the entire payment but eventually we agreed that we will issue 2 cheques to them as suggested by the representatives for the closure of the deal. 1 cheque for doing 2 events with them and another cheque as a post dated cheque of 1 month so that if we are not happy with the response of initial 2 events, the pdc will be refunded to us.
2) the second condition of the deal what we placed with them was the society which they will opt for should have slightly larger number (Minimum 250) of apartments so that we can expect some response from the event, which they said is no proublem.
They took the payment from us, banked the initial cheque of 2 events and under the name of preparation took 2 months, in the mean while without doing even a single event for us they banked the post dated cheque which was given as against the 3rd event / society activity /road show, if we wanted to do the same with them. After all the cheques got banked the representatives vanished. After lots of follow ups and run around we manage to do the 1st event with them with very poor outcome and help from quikr in the month of november 2017 i. E. Almost after 5 months o[censored]s paying them the amount against the events as against the actual terms where all 3 events was suppose to be done within 1-2 months of payment.
Its been almost 9 months now, they conducted only one event for us after lots of follow ups in nov;2017 and since then they delaying by saying that due to data crunch (Which was not there during closing the contract) the society what they have is small and not large size (Less then 100 numbers) and the road shows have become expensive, they are neither helping to do the balance 2 events nor refunding the paid amount.
The representatives are not responding for the calls, as its been many months delay as against planned, we are not interested in conducting the events as the project against which we did the contract is sold and we dont require its marketing anymore. The representatives / quikr is not refunding us the amount neither doing the events as per the agreed terms of the contract.
'we are looking for the refund now at the earliest.

    Sir, plz help me.
    I brought a new certified oneplus one mobile, but since day 4th from online payment i was requesting to cancel it but customer care executive told me to cancel it from doorstep but your courier server told me to return it to get refunded. But now quikr executive says that we don't have return policy. Sir please look into this matter of your regular customer. I'm not rich enough to bear this loss. Pls help me to get my money back.
    Please sir they are stealing us.

      I moved my bike from mangalore to pune and applied for paying maharashtra govt. Road tax via quikr rto service on 01-march-2018. I paid an amount of 12000/- for road tax to quikr. Quikr rto confirmed that road tax process will be done in 15 days and required receipt and documents will be forwarded to you on completion. Its been more than a month and i have not got any response from their side. I am not getting any proper response from their side and process is getting delayed day by day. I am not able to contact them via mobile number and customer care contact. It seems quikr rto is a fraud service and they should stop advertising it.

      Kindly help in this case.

        I purchased an HDD for 2599/- which was shown as 4TB in the add. But I got an HDD of 320 GB which can be confirmed by its serial number and it is not working. The QUIKR people are saying that they cant help and I have to contact the seller. The seller is not responding. They have not given the seller contact number earlier. Kindly resolve the issue.

          On March 8th 2018 I was placing an ad on Quikr for selling my home furnitures. I mmediately I got a call from one Mr. Ajay who advised me to go for premium ads and make a payment of Rs 2000. He assured me that his backend team will work intensively on this one and I shall be in a better position to sell my items. He promised that regular offers from would be buyers will be mailed to my mail ID and all I had to do was chose the best offer. He even encouraged me to qoute higher than I had actually qouted and smugly told me that it would be managed to which I suggested that I keep the pricing as per value. With this he also made a song and dance of buying ad credits, appearing on top of the bill board, top of the queue etc. that left a nice Hollywood kind of feeling in me thinking all I need to do is sit back and count the cash. After this process an account's manager got in touch with me and stated that this was just a welcome call and she wanted my alternate mobile numbers suggesting that she might get in touch anytime. I requested to try me on the same registered number and to either share her contact details or to try me again if I am held up in a meeting.

          To cut a long story short, after nearly a month, how many offers from potential buyers has reached my mail box? Tara Tara! None! Correct not a single offer! Nada! Zilch! Zero enpuiry. When I call the customer care they promptly respond that they shall arrange a call back!

          Its quite shameful to watch a leading online brand from my country operate in such depths o[censored]nprofessional, unethical shallowness that puts the entire ecommerce industry's trustworthiness in question.

            I purchased a moto x play 16 gb (Add id :[protected] from quikr. I received this mobile and after opening the box i just shocked. Seller sent me a broken and dead mobile. Probably he collect this mobile from road side vat and sell through quikr. I don't know there is any purchase protection in quikr. I purchased 12 mobiles from quikr, but no seller sent me this type of mobile. When it picked up your pick up person do not contact with me. I try to contact seller several times, but seller won't response my phone. I sent him 30 sms, but seller still sleep. I email him, but no answer receive till date. I whatsapp with picture sent his mobile no. [protected]. But no answer. He is a complete dishonest imposter. I attach picture of this phone. Pls. Take necessary action and give me justice.

            Don't Trust (Intercity trunsactions about mobile phone) Quikr, Quikr Doorstep and seller's description about the mobile phone.
            Quikr received your money, sent his person to collect phone from the seller and sent to you. But when you see the phone is broken, Water damage and dirty (take from road side vat), and seller won't answer you call, message and whatsapp information and you lodge a complaint door step, door step sent you the above information. They do nothing for you. What a selling plantform? So brother don't buy intercity phone and anythings from quikr.

                I submitted my bikes document to quikr in december end last year for noc and ownership transfer. Later they told me that noc is received but ownership transfer cannot be done in other rto due to rules change. Then they applied for noc cancellation. Its been more than 3 months, i haven't received my original rc back. Also they told me the 3500 rs i paid was utilized in noc and noc cancellation. And now they doesn't respond to calls, emails and twitter mesaages. Please help, how i can get my rc back.

                      I purchased not one but two quikr certified mobiles from quikr website.
                      The first one had a broken glass panel and i was badly in need of a phone and i ordered a second certified phone from quikr which was also defective. Had to call customer care every day asking for replacement and they said team will get back but they never did after repeated emails and calls they say they will arrange for reverse pickup. Their customer support and their certified team is not "certified" to sell such phones.

                      I already purchased another phone from quikr seller itself.

                          Hi

                          I have paid 1700+99 rupees through online portal (Quikr) after confirmation with one of the executive named puviyarasan (Puviyarasan. [protected]@quikr.co.in). I have payment confirmation receipt too, that was done on 2nd feb, 2018.

                          The below documents were collected by quikr executive on 8th feb for ownership transfer of rc and also have the acknowledgement of the same -
                          1) form29 (2 sets of copy)& from30 (2 sets of copy)
                          2) seller id proof
                          3) buyer id & address proof
                          4) valid insurance
                          5) original rc
                          6) pollution certificate

                          They have not completed transfer work and are not picking up the phone and no replies to the emails. Initially they gave me an eta of 7-10 days from document pick-up, which was then moved to 16th march and further was moved to 30th march, still the job is not completed. Surprise to hear that a rc transfer is taking more 1.5months.

                          They have some agency named itzeazy operations they are suppose to complete the transfer work but not done finally i stucked in middle of the the transfer process.

                              I had given add in the real estate to rent houses in coimbatore. I am the owner of the properties i had given for add but u put as broker insulting me and giving me problems from the people in coimbatore. Also u have put me in the broker list. Please for heavensake remove my name from the broker list immeadiately and put me as owner in the adds i have given. Thanks

So no use of free add gven .

                                Hello team

                                I recently checked my quikr app and in my profile i can't find the ads that i had posted, it shows no active ads.

                                Also there is a product that was sold through quikr but even the tracking is not available

                                When i spoke with the customer care executive they told i have deleted the ads and refused to help me
                                Again i called the customer care but then they told it's a technical glitch which will be resolved in sometime

                                I still can't see all my ads
                                Need immediate attention on this issue

                                  Buyer contacted me and we decided to use quikr doorstep to transfer my laptop from mumbai to tamil nadu. The pick-up boy came, inspected thoroughly for 15-20 minutes and left with the laptop which was in immaculate condition.
                                  I get a email from the buyer, the screen is broken during the transit because of carelessness of quikr. I haven't received my payment. The buyer has paid the amount but i haven't received it.
                                  In the end it's a loss for me. I want the full money of my laptop which i stated in the ad. Quikr also deducted rs. 500 and they broke the laptop's screen.
                                  Either repair the laptop for the buyer or pay me the full amount.
                                  I await an immediate reply.

                                    Here is what happened to me few days back :

                                    On 23rd of march, i was just checking for one plus 5t phone on quikr and one of the ad caught of my eye which was mentioned as verified seller by the quikr. I made up my mind to purchase the product from the same seller and tried to make the transaction through quikr, but unfortunately the transaction got failed, so i contacted the seller directly on whatsapp and received the response from him that they just advertise on quikr but payment has to be made directly to their account for fast processing. I clarified few things from him, before making the payment. I went ahead and made the half payment, initially he asked me to make the half payment which i did, later he said, i need to pay the remaining amount and he would ship the product once the payment is done. I asked him to pay back the half amount (7500rs) for which he denied. I made the full payment.
                                    On 27th of march, i received a message from him stating he had shipped my order and shipment details will be sent to me on 28th. At around 11.49pm on 27th, i received a message from him, asking me to pay 10k for shipment and he said it is held by the delhi inspectors which didn't make any sense to me. I didn't wanted to pay 10k and asked him to pay instead. Now he is not ready to return my money.
                                    Please check with the seller and get back my money and need a reason why it was mentioned as verified seller when you guys haven't done any background checks. I have attached proofs.

                                      When do i get my rto work done? I feel so sorry for engaging quikr rto services. Pathetic experience so far. It has been more than one year and still going on. All the numbers to get update are talk to are unreachable. Chat says they will get back and never do. Now chat has also gone unresponsive.

                                      I am supposed to have gone through noc from bangalore, re-register at hyderabad and then process for refund from bangalore for my two-wheeler.

                                      I had paid 22000/- for this and only half the work is done. By counting the refund of at least 8000/- that is expected, i have now paid around 30000/-.

                                      Even the escalation contact numbers and emails provided doesn't work.

                                      I made a payment of amount 5000 on 29/03/2018. So when I asked the seller for the shipment number he told I need to pay more or else they will not send the phone, the amount of rs.5000 was already the amount they where agreed on. I have been scammed please help to get my money back.
