I purchased quikr easy package for premium listing of my company neeasoft it services pvt ltd. Quikr team did not ask me any company specific details and posted my company information incorrectly. So, now premium listing shows my company started operation in 2010 which is absolutely wrong and also the company website displayed in listing is wrong..

Quikr team has not been showing any responsibility towards correcting this information making my company's premium listing look like a haux posting and damaging company's interests of gaining more customer base via paid premium listing.

Requesting your intervention to get this goof-up resolved soon.

    I have received email from [protected]@hotmail.com (Currently residing in uk) saying she is interested in purchasing bed posted on quikr.

    After many long emails about the details of the product, she/he have finally discussed about payment options. Since she is in uk, she said it would paid via company cheque, which would be delivered by airlines via indira gandhi international airport, new delhi.

    The cheque is quoted for 46, 000 rupees. I was told to pay the customs clearance tax of 8500 to the delivery guy while receiving the document (Cheque).

    When i later asked her for contact number and call, there is no respone and later i found out that there are many complaints registered against the same name.
    Fortunately, i got to know about the fraud before any loss.

    Kindly take action against such fake id's.

    I would request quikr to communicate / warn their customers about these mails

        I have posted an advt to sell my sofa in Quikr last month and I get this repeated enquiry from this person by name Manpreet Kaur Arora who as per the mail says she/he is in UK.. This person seem to have conned many people already which I happen to see when I did a google search by this name. Today this person wanted my bank account details and also my residential address.

        I had a doubt about this person right from the beginning so I was very alert not to part with any details.

        Request quikr to somehow verify the credentials of the buyer so that genuine customers are not defrauded.. This way we will lose trust to post any advt.. in these online websites.

          Just letting you know that it is a good that you were thoughtful in not trusting.

          Now this is what you are suppose to do ;
          1) identify the name and contact of the company.
          2)contact and speak to some human at the company.
          3)tell them you like to pay directly in their company.
          4)This type of scenario shows 99% chances of fraud activity. As no company are suppose to follow these steps.

            For ad id :[protected], initially buyer made payment to quikr and the product has been picked up from me (Seller) at around 05:30 pm on 31-jan-2018. Later, the buyer informed me that she cancelled the order. Then i called up the quikr team and reported the issue. It was said by the support person that they dont have any info in the database that the buyer cancelled and said if that indeed happens i will get back my product today (01-feb-2018). He also said that he cant register a complaint on this at that moment. Later i got an sms that the order has been cancelled by me (Seller), which was not true. Then i called support team and created a complaint. The support person said that he will check with the warehouse team and when there is update, i will get an sms. But since yesterday, i dont have any sms and again now (01-feb 03:40pm) i again called quikr support. This time again the support person said he will create a complaint even when i said that i have requested to escalate yesterday itself. I dont know what is happening and i want my product by eod today (01-feb-2018). I am worried where my product is and the status of it (Its damaged or in good condition). The latest complaint number is : [protected]. Please note that i have the acknowledgement given when the product was picked up from me.

            There is no direct way to track the status of my product or the status of my complaint in quikr. Even the quikr support team does not seem to have proper updates. The id number for the deal which is being discussed above is :[protected].
            I need my product to be returned to me in a good condition at any cost today (01-feb-2018)

              I was told by the customer care executive that if i made my Ad as premium and if the product does not sell out withing a month, the entire money was be credited back into my PayTM account. After a month, my product remained unsold and the money wasnt credited to my Paytm account. On calling the customer care, they were like i was informed wrong by their customer executive. It was for the number of click and money will not be refunded.

I felt it’s a trustworthy app and surprised to see such negligence. If i don’t get reply i don’t think i will recommend this site to anyone nor i will go through it.                 I have paid 1500 for premium ad ten days back, but still not activated and amount also not refunded and they are not responding for it. I have raised ticket with premium ad support but its been a week, I didn get single call from them. So please don't pay for premium ads and get cheated by quikr.

                  I regret making a sale at quickr. Thank you quickr for learning me a lesson how fraud your company is. I will definitely take this issue to the higher authorities. I have seen sooo many people complaining about the receipt of money. It's so sad that i am one of them. This is 12th day from the transfer of my quickr cash balance to bank account. I was informed that i should be receiving my money within 4-7 days from the transfer. Still not yet received my cash. This is how you treat your customers? Making them beg for their own money. If you don't solve my problem within 2 days i am going to file a case and complaint to the government how irresponsible this company is. Mind it.

                    I am J salsafeel..i m applying part time job for ur quiker. i was get message through whatsup on 21st jan 2018 and they told get my details through quiker for part time writing job. i m searching part time job so i m interested for writing form filling job. After they told me that I have to pay Rs. 2000 to registration fee for this job and this will be get life time valid. Also they gave a/c no details (NAME:MALLIKA, BANK:STATE BANK OF INDIA, BRANCH PS ROADM, A/C NO: [protected], IFSC CODE: SBIN0001275), I want job so thats why i had paid money through net banking this amount Rs. 2050/- on 28/01/2018(extra 50rs they said CDM charge). Also they was confirmed my payment is received. I have checked the item and found it is not working, i have raised a complaint in 2 hours and quikr says they don't take any responsibility for this and asked me to contact seller.                           On 23 th january, 2018:i got a call from this number [protected]. She told me that i got shortlisted for hdfc bank job. There are 4 openings in hdfc bank for data entry and the salary will be 13k-16k. But she told me that i have to pay rs. 750 to register with quikr for this job and this will be one time registration fee which will be valid till 5 years. If i won't like the job than i can refund my money anytime. After that she send my references id-. [protected]@hdfc.
                          On 24th january, she called me again to understand the process of job selection. She said that there are two rounds. One is telephonic round and second one is face to face round and today one hr member will call you within 2 hours for taking my interview. The next day after interview, she told me that congratulations ur interview was very good an[censored] hot 78% matks in telephonic round. So, the next process is just document verification and for this you have to pay rs.3550 which is refundable by hdfc bank in your first salary. After that, another lady called me for further process. The number is —
                          [protected]. She told me to pay the amount and complete the document which she send me through below whatsapp number which is also paytm number in which i have to pay rs. 3550. I have paid money in following numbers:

Once account will open only then i got offer letter, she told me. When i told her that i have no money to pay again, then she said - sorry, if you don't pay rs. 7500 then u can't get this job. I said ok then please refund my money. After that she is not receiving my call.
                          Kindly help me to refund my 4250 rupees, which i paid with a believe so that i will get job in hdfc bank. I belongs to a poor family. I am a student. This is a huge amount for me. I want back my money so that i could continue my study.

                            I received a mail by a person called manpreet kaur arora saying she is interested in buying the sofa.
                            Following attachments are the mail i have got from her and i have been robbed for # 8500/-
                            Suman matt williams is f*ng fraud robbed for 8500/

                            Be aware of this fraud from quikr or whatever person he is working for
                            Do not fall into the cyberscam.

                                I have ordered mobile from quikr. my order id is 10331294. i did not get any charger with mobile where as as per our order confirmation call he told me about charger . i have complained many times but i did not get charger till now. 25 days has gone i have mailed also many times.when i have called to customer care for complain and told if you will not provide charger then please cancel my order but he told me order will not be cancel. i will provide you charger withing 7 days but i did not get charger till now.

                                  This Guy Akash and his Manager Shiv had been calling me for quite some time for advertising my CA firm on Quikr. I was reluctant however on continous false promises that the amount is a meagre one and will pay off I got into the ditch.
                                  Amount Involved - Rs 5000 in Cash plus I want to make false representation claim and harrasment claim of Rs 100000.
                                  Aakash kept insisting that he will make all possible efforts to make sure that the advertising pay off.

                                  Ultimately he came to my home and then after lot of conviction he offered a good rate and said you please pay in cash and we will make sure that your
                                  advertisement is worthwhile. I had even then told him that if the Product does not look convincing to me I shall seek refund which he and his manager said that you will never be coming in such a situation as we will provide you best of services.

                                  After giving him cash money he neither sent me a invoice neither called me up. However somehow some call center executive got my Firm advertising on its website. After a week or so I realised that I have been cheated and immediately demanded refund of the amount.
                                  Aaakash and his boss Shiv did not pay any heed to my queries and kept on postponing the issue saying sir please wait we will connect you to the call center we will speak to our superior please write mails ( which I did) and kept on postponing the issue attached is the chat with Aakash. We kept on parying that please I dont need the services please repay the amount and to my best of knowledge they did not care a bit.

                                  One last time I threatened him to take to consumer forum both quikr and him but still nothing happened and at last I had to file one consumer complaint against Quikr/Aakash/His Manager Shiv/Yogesh.

                                  I feel cheated on the same .

                                    Hi - i engaged quikr for rto services (Case id# 466) in july/august 2017. I started working with the sales rep by the name of amogh shetty and pramod kumar reporting to renuka prasad. The requirement was to transfer the vehicles (Bike and car from bangalore to mumbai) since i was getting transferred through work.

                                    During sales cycle, quikr actively engaged and demanded that i pay inr 80 k towards their services, road tax and other services for both vehicles included respectively. Since then after a lot of followup, a physical verification of my vehicles happened in mumbai and due ot some inter-organizational payment issue with vendors, quikr is delaying the dd generation of my vehicles and road tax payment. Despite multiple calls from me, they are never proactive or transparent in providing information on issue, timelines and case progress. I have made umpteen calls to quikr reps named above to get the same scripted response every single time. Its been a long wait already and nothing is moving.

                                    I demand a refund of my entire money so that i can handle my process myself. I also demand a compensation for the time and effort i have spent trying to coordinate with quikr for this case. I expect quikr to respond asap and get me my refund of inr 80, 000 + interest for 6 months + the compensation for mental agony and frustration i have gone through.

                                      I hired your service Itzeasy for my passport. At first, one girl from itzeasy booked an appointment for me for the passport office which is 2 hours drive from my home instead of nearby passport office. I went passport office on 11th Dec 2017 and submitted my application. I got the message from TCS on 9th Jan that my application has been submitted and now today is 29 Jan 2018, No Police Verification, Nothing. I am just waiting for my police verification and i don't know how long it will take.

                                      I called up Himanshu mANY TIMEs but he is another ### who has only one answer {I have forwarded the case to the team, they are looking into it} Guys How many months or years you want to look into it? Atleast you should tell me, By when I can expect my police verification or my application is on hold or still under process. You people just stop taking our calls.

                                      I am fed up. I have my exam on 24th March and I am expecting my passport before that (atleast I can expect my passport in 3 months, if everything is fine).

                                      If you people unable to assist then why are you collecting money from people and stop taking calls and least bother about anyone's case

                                        My offer for a product (Gaming console https://tinyurl.com/y7atus4b) was accepted. Quikr kept sending me mails about the payment. There was no doorstep delivery so i contacted the seller and he connected to me on whatsapp. He gave me his bank account number and asked me to pay the offer money of rs 5000/-. I did so but after that he blocked me on his whatsapp and now i'm sitting here typing this looking like a fool. I didn't know that the payment on this site was optional unlike ebay where you necessary have to pay after making an offer. I have the proof of conversation and also the proof of deposit of the accepted sum. Please return me my hard earned money back. If there are such sellers thriving on your platform then it is entirely your fault.

                                        Ps: they have removed the add now but the issue about money remains unresolved.

                                        Hi, I was about to fall for this same fraud today, I wanted to buy Nintendo switch, I contacted two different sellers and both of them asked me to contact them on WhatsApp and asked me to to pay 15000 plus 5000 for shipping which he said will come from USA, the other seller also gave the similar deal, I told them I will contact them later as I felt it could’ve been a fraud. I have uploaded all the screenshots of conversations of both sellers in these seperate albums
