    I had posted ads about my sofa on quikr. I received an email from manpreet kaur arora who showed genuine interest in purchasing my sofa. The emails were similar to the ones posted by people - she is in uk on trade and would settle the deal through email. She even posted photos of the cheque that she wrote for me, the id card of the lufthansa delivery agent and the invoice of the parcel which contained the cheque. Surprisingly the cheque was for an amount in access of the selling price by 8.5k which i was supposed to give to the delivery agent. As i refused to pay the 8.5k without the cheque getting cleared, i never received the cheque. Also, i stopped getting replies to my emails when i mentioned this to her. When i googled her name, i came across a string of complaints where people had been duped by her in the same way. The email content and mode of operation is also similar to what i faced.

        I had seen an add on quickr for a msi raedon rx470 which was selling at 20, 000. I texted the seller and also spoke to him and i decided to purchase it.
        I was asked to transfer half the money initially and the other half closer to delivery. When i transferred the other half as well the seller started demanding more money saying the product is stuck in the airport and that he is unable to clear it. He requested a sum of 20, 000 extra from the already paid 20k amount.
        When i refused to pay that amount he said he will not be able to provide the refund nor will he give me the product.

        And all these persons are graphics designer they are maintaining a fake courier website also with the name of carlinglogistics.com

        Note : please be aware there is so many fake sellers are there

          I feel like i am cheated so i thought of putting an case in a court coming days with the help of my friend advocate. If i doesn't get my money back i do that happily and make them to pay fine 1000 times more than that i want to teach them a lesson. Quikr is really a place for fake sellers and please dont pay them online i bet you you will be cheated by them.

              My refund transaction id is[protected]

              I placed an order yamaha keyboard on quicker for 22, 900/- rs. On jan 24 2018.
              After some day quicker called and said seller is not responding so they refunded the amount to my quicker wallet.
              And i requested to transfer the same amount to my bank account through the app. Amount is dedicated from wallet but i didn't get my cash in my account.
              Whenever i call customer care they say wait for 2 days...

                I ordered an mobile in quikr and paid money for it i waited for 4 days the seller not picking up the phone. I get irritated now i want to cancel my order. The sellers add s also not showing now. Completely 100% fake seller i want my money back. Completely irritated.
                I called quikr doorstep 5 times each replying me differently about cancellation process. No one reply me correctly. I hate quikr to the most now
                These people are really making fun i think so.

                when they want me 2 buy the called me messaged me 1000 times but if problem comes these people escape
                and hide under caves
                i am going to make this as serious problem for them i am going to patient for next couple of days and then
                i thought of putting a case in court and make them to pay fine 1000 times more than i lost
                maybe i wanna to teach them a lesson.

                  I had taken QUIKR RTO services to get a duplicate RC made for my car. They promised the services and I made the Payment up front. I had paid Rs 3500 for making a Duplicate RC .

                  The contact person for the entire duration was iliyas.[protected]@quikr.co.in

                  Now neither is he replying to my emails nor he is reachable. I want a complete refund of my money for a service which was never given.

                      I have buyed this but when i received it on 14feb 2018 and opened the box
                      I did not got the - (1) - 4 cds shown in first photo of ad, (2) - outer box of ps3 as shown in 3rd photo of ad.
                      I have recorded a unboxing video of it also as proof.
                      And i have emailed quikr doorstep but they said we can't do anything.
                      It's your pickup teams fault tht they didn't not picked up wht was shown in photos.
                      So resolve this issue as early as possible.

                        Hi, i was about to fall for this fraud few days ago, i wanted to buy nintendo switch, i contacted two different sellers and both of them asked me to contact them on whatsapp and asked me to to pay 15000 plus 5000 for shipping which he said will come from usa, the other seller also gave the similar deal, i told them i will contact them later as i felt it could’ve been a fraud.                           Any update on my refund?!
                          I have not received my money yet and this time i'm going up to the cops and complaining against quicker! Bloody cheaters! And customer care executives are only trained on how to give golis to customers.
                          I had ordered a wardrobe but the seller did not turn up hence cancelled the order, but since i have cancelled the order on 2nd till now i have not received the money of my payment done towards the wardrobe.
                          I was promised to get my refund within 4 to 7 working days but have never received any refund!! It's like i'm literally fighting to get my own money paid!! Such a fraud company and worst customer service.

                          I had ordered a wardrobe which was prepaid but the seller did not turn up and hence I had to cancel the order, I cancelled the order on 2nd and I never heard of any refund given to my bank account till now! I'm waiting for my refund doesn't seem like this company wants to give my money back! Customer care is hopeless and only trained on giving golis and false promises! But I'm going to take this forward and I don't mind going up to the cops for this issue! I want my refund at any cost.

                            Good morning sir,

                            Happy mahashivratri.

                            This is to bring in your kind notice that i purchased quikr certified phones from quikr.com couple of days ago. Within the time frame of the replacement term i noticed that the back button of this phone is not working properly. I tried to restart the phone reset the phone i tried everything what i could from my end.

                            Then finally i reached back to the quikr customer service to initiate the replacement for the same. They told me that i need to send a video of the same showing that the back button is not functioning well. I did the same but now they are saying that phone cannot replace because it getting start and it's not there fault in that. Where ever i cannot firstly scroll the recent applications i can open another application still while my phone is stuck. There is no way my phone is stuck.

                            I called to the customer service in forming the same they said that they are technical team has declined the replacement because of the hanging issue.

                            I i'm surprised and very disappointed to know that even after letting them know about the issue they are not even listening me and trusting me what actually issue i am facing with the phone. Instead of that they have made the decision and now they are saying they cannot replace the phone and it's final from there end.

                            I request you to please help me to get my refund or the replacement for the same because the videos which i have sent tell clearly shows that there is no way my phone is stuck.

                            It seems that quikr is doing the dictatorship as even after letting them the issue no they are not ready to listen and provide the customer service on this.

                            I request you to please take the necessary action as soon as possible and help me to get the replacement.

                                I was looking for job and so I applied on quikr. I received a call from a company regarding the same and was asked to pay Rs.1550 for registration and then after a day or two they called me back to pay Rs. 5500 for document verification. Then again today I received a call saying that I need to pay Rs.30500 as training fees. I told him will consult with the recruiter company but the person said he is calling from indigo airline and I will have to pay else my resume will not be forwarded.
                                Now I am trying to call the recruiter for refund but they are not receiving my calls.

                                  I applied for cc for my car at quikr rto services on 10/30/2017, i apaid 99rs for service charge and 2000rs for cc service charge. Total paid rs.2100. After 2 months of the time, they said that they cant do for my car and returned my documents, then they initiated for the refund of my money on 03rd jan 2018. After that, i am keeping calling them and send several mail, no proper response from the team and get frustrated.                                     we wish to inform you that i am 6 month perimium pack leads contract to Quikr site, Online payment paid Rs.10000/- on 08.02.2018 but till date not updation my profile site and no leads.so many times call to mr.Kugan Karunakar not pick my call and no response.

                                    ple rectify my Compliant, i will legal action

                                      I had purchased an 'excellent' certified iphone from quikr with 6 months warranty. After using it for a month the battery stopped working. Raised this with quikr. Their response was 'the mobile was tampered' and it cant be considered for warranty. Quikr claims that i have given the mobile outside for servicing. My question is, why should i give the mobile for servicing outside when it is serving its warranty period? Quikr team cheated me nicely. After a month follow up with the quikr team i received the answer as the mobile was tampered. Paid 26k and suffering a lot.in-efficient technicians certified the mobile as 'excellent' condition and fooling the customers like me. This is a big lesson for me.

                                        Hellow quiker team,

                                        This is rashmi raut from mumbai.

                                        I enrolled with airtelcaf.com for form filling..in dec'17. Transferred money rs.2149/- against regitration, then i was asked to deposit rs.2600/- against agreement. Got work somewhere on 27th dec and i completed approx 81 entries which were given within 3 days. Subsequnetly got 27 pages entries on 2nd jan, for which time allotment was 17th jan (15 days). Completed approx 280 entries and after 6th jan'2018, i was unable to login. When complained to airtelcaf, it was informed that tehcnical problem with the site and will take 3-4 days. This period will be added in your time and given. Contineuously after that, i was contact airtel team (Customer care not responding on phone), mr. Sujit ([protected]) mr. Yogindra ([protected]) botyh of them followed up with me for regitration like anything. There was no response to any of my mail from customer care. Mr. Rahul kumar from customer care once called and informed me to deposit 950 /- again for getting all money refunded.

                                        I neither get any payment of entries completed and till date there is no communication from airtel team.
                                        I think, this is completely chaeting people and collecting money from them. Quiker support team should look into it immediately.

                                        After this complaint, phone number of mr. Sujit and yogindra is not reachable ...

                                        I think this is a fraud going up and need to tackle immediately.. I need my 4600/_ to be refunded immediately

                                        Why their is no response fro quiker as well for last 4 months?? I think quiker is also with airtelcaf team and it is the biggest fraud.. collecting too many moneys from people by cheating them.. if I am not seeing any response in next 3 days, will be taking this issue with vigilance
