I hired your service Itzeasy for my passport. At first, one girl from itzeasy booked an appointment for me for the passport office which is 2 hours drive from my home instead of nearby passport office. I went passport office on 11th Dec 2017 and submitted my application. I got the message from TCS on 9th Jan that my application has been submitted and now today is 29 Jan 2018, No Police Verification, Nothing. I am just waiting for my police verification and i don't know how long it will take.

I called up Himanshu mANY TIMEs but he is another ### who has only one answer {I have forwarded the case to the team, they are looking into it} Guys How many months or years you want to look into it? Atleast you should tell me, By when I can expect my police verification or my application is on hold or still under process. You people just stop taking our calls.

I am fed up. I have my exam on 24th March and I am expecting my passport before that (atleast I can expect my passport in 3 months, if everything is fine).

If you people unable to assist then why are you collecting money from people and stop taking calls and least bother about anyone's case

    My offer for a product (Gaming console https://tinyurl.com/y7atus4b) was accepted. Quikr kept sending me mails about the payment. There was no doorstep delivery so i contacted the seller and he connected to me on whatsapp. He gave me his bank account number and asked me to pay the offer money of rs 5000/-. I did so but after that he blocked me on his whatsapp and now i'm sitting here typing this looking like a fool. I didn't know that the payment on this site was optional unlike ebay where you necessary have to pay after making an offer. I have the proof of conversation and also the proof of deposit of the accepted sum. Please return me my hard earned money back. If there are such sellers thriving on your platform then it is entirely your fault.

    Ps: they have removed the add now but the issue about money remains unresolved.

    Hi, I was about to fall for this same fraud today, I wanted to buy Nintendo switch, I contacted two different sellers and both of them asked me to contact them on WhatsApp and asked me to to pay 15000 plus 5000 for shipping which he said will come from USA, the other seller also gave the similar deal, I told them I will contact them later as I felt it could’ve been a fraud.       In quickrbazaar, people are placing fake adverstisements and misleading us. I paid 20, 000 rs to one such seller and he is demanding more money without delivering the product. The reason from seller for extra money is "customs charges". He is demanding more and more money. Can you please take an action on this.

      Hi Team,
      I have received the shipment details from seller and attached to this request. Please have a look at the attachments. There is one Febex Courier shipment details. And yesterday he sent me a Customs clearance copy of delhi. I am not sure whether this is genuine. Please confirm, if it is a genuine order I am ready to proceed further. I have been using Quickr and OLX since long and I haven't faced any such issues before. Kindly help me with this.

      I called Quickr customer care today. The response I got from your executive is "we are not responsible when amount is paid directly to seller". So, here I am not requesting you for money. I wanted you people to take action on such sellers. Just block their advertisement doesn't fetch anything. They may login with some other numbers and do the same again. Please don't give space for fake sellers to post ads on your site. I received calls from other buyers that they also paid the amount to same seller. So please understand people are suffering because of your website. Kindly look into it. Look for a customer satisfaction, then business automatically grows. Overall I am very much disappointed with quickr services.

        Sir,
        I've purchased a used motherboard from quikr doorstep 3 weeks ago. I've talked to the seller before placing the order and he promised that the product was tested and in working condition. When i received it, i found it damaged. I reported this to quikr within an hour of receiving. They asked me to contact seller. I called seller and he promised he would either refund or replace the faulty motherboard once quikr release his payment. But the seller stopped responding after that. I tried to call him so many times, even now.. But he disconnects the call. I asked quikr for help either by coordinating him or sending him an email. But quikr refused to do that telling me that they never do that. I send the seller many emails and no response. Now i know that i've been cheated by a fraud seller with the help of quikr. I just want them get punished for what they do and they shouldn't do this to any other customers. We go for cheap products because we don't have enough money to buy costly new items. What if sellers take this as an advantage and cheat people? The transaction i've made isn't even visible in my quikr profile and they aren't even letting me rate the seller. You can see this in the attached pics. I purchased something from quikr through quikr doorstep trusting them thinking that fraud sellers wouldnt be there in quikr.

        Quikr made a conference call with the seller and the seller promised he would talk to me later. but he blocked both my mobile numbers after that. When I reported this incident to Quikr they promised they would block the seller from quikr if they find him guilty. But they did nothing and the seller is again so active in the quikr selling new products. Guys. Be careful when you make a purchase from quikr. unlike amazon or ebay, quikr don't protect its customers. anyways I'm sharing the Seller profile here so that atleast those who read this would never get cheated by the seller again.

        I was informed that my quickr wallet was debited for remit but i didn't receive the payment. I was informed that payment would be credited to my account within 4-7 days. But i didn't receive it yet..This is the 9th day...
        Why I can't transfer my money from quikar account to my bank account?????
        Quikar is taking too much time.and they are using my money . when ever I call to the customer care they said it it takes 5 to 7 working days ...i want instant refund my money.

          My ad id[protected] sony ps3 sold on quickr bazaar and was picked up on 9 jan 2018 by quickr executive.
          Quickr gave me date 17th jan 2018 on this date ill receive money on quickr wallet. Today is 26 jan havent receive single penny.
          Quickr policy makes no sense to me.. Once the product is handed over to quickr, quickr should release the payment right away. Why to wait for buyer to receive product and then pay to seller...

            1) quikr runs sales team which contacts customer and by telling lies they asks for money over phone by promising to sell products online.
            2) after getting money from customers, it stop to contact the customers.
            3) customer care support dont help in the issue.
            4) after i fed-up with their service, even they refuse to give refund or service on customer care.
            5) after nearly three month even pack expired and none contacted me so far..

But in my tracking status of my order it is showing that seller has not booked the slot to pick up the delivery. Please cancel my order nd refund my amount. Kindly suggesting.                   ad update error

                  When you try to edit the ad using the "update ad" link from the ad activation email, update always fails with error "missing attribute no_of_rooms in request" even without making any changes. Moreover there are no fields for number of rooms available in the ad update page. There is no way to update the ad title other than this option. Please fix the issue....

                  Hello,

                  This is Mrs Manpreet Kaur Arora once again. This is to confirm to you that i have finally send the cheque to you so that you can be sure how serious I'm ready to purchase the Sofa. The Airline will arrive in India tomorrow morning by 8:45AM, while they will call you for the delivery of the package to your door once the airline arrive.

                  Please bear with me that the affiliated flight, Lufthansa Airline has no available flight from London (UK) to your own city, so the flight that is bringing the package will arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, Once the package is clear from New Delhi custom it will be deliver to you in your City through Airline delivery Agent, So you have to make sure you are available at home to received the package once you got a call from the delivery local Agent because you have to sign before they release the package to you.

                  The total amount on the cheque is 38, 500 Rupees. 30, 000 Rupees for the Sofa and the rest 8, 500 Rupees will be transfer to the Airline delivery Agent. because the Airline official have charges 70 Pounds extra which is 8, 500 Rupees. I was told this amount will be paid at India Airport once they arrive by tomorrow morning being Securities Transaction Tax (STT) so they can register the package since is first class shipping send from abroad before they can come to deliver the package at your door step. But still the Airline is not 100% sure if they will request or not since is just an envelop but in case they request, that is why I have added the 8, 500 Rupees extra on the cheque so you can transfer to the Airline delivery agent tomorrow for the clearance and registration of the package from the custom at Delhi to avoid any forms of delay. Once the amount is credited into your account then you can deduct the amount you've transfer for the custom fee. One more thing, i will want you to please get back to me with the best time the you want the pick up to be done after you received the amount credited into your account.

                  Once you received the package by tomorrow, please make sure you deposit to your account as earlier as possible so the money can be credited into your account before the pick up date by the FedEx. Also remember to send a mail to me once the amount is credited into your account so i can send to the FedEx Courier that is payment is done before they can come for the pick up.

                  I hereby attached you the Airway-Bill and the scan copy of the Cheque in the mail.

But still the Airline is not 100% sure if they will request or not since is just an envelop but in case they request, that is why I have added the 8, 500 Rupees extra on the cheque so you can transfer to the Airline delivery agent tomorrow for the clearance and registration of the package from the custom at Delhi to avoid any forms of delay. Once the amount is credited into your account then you can deduct the amount you've transfer for the custom fee. One more thing, i will want you to please get back to me with the best time the you want the pick up to be done after you received the amount credited into your account.

                      Once you received the package by tomorrow, please make sure you deposit to your account as earlier as possible so the money can be credited into your account before the pick up date by the FedEx. Also remember to send a mail to me once the amount is credited into your account so i can send to the FedEx Courier that is payment is done before they can come for the pick up.

                      I hereby attached you the Airway-Bill and the scan copy of the Cheque in the mail.

                        This is to inform you that following my written complaint dated 20 Jan 2018, 1704 Hrs., I received a call (+[protected] from one of your representative on 23 Jan 2018 at 1048 Hrs. which lasted about 15 minutes. (Screenshot of received call attached).

                        During the call, the representing female asked me to explain the entire incident. Upon briefing the incident to her, she advised me to wait for some time till Quikr sales team try to contact the fraud agency. She also stated that if the agency does not respond to their calls, then the Quikr ground sales staff will visit the location of the agency. She also stated that since the location of the agency is near to my residence, she will provide me the address mentioned in Quikr agreement / records so that I may visit the agency to seek the refund of INR 31, 000.00 and an equivalent amount to the missing valuables.

                        I told the Quikr representative that I shall not able to visit the agent address as this is a matter of fraud and I cannot take law in own hands and rather let the police do the investigation. She affirmed my statement and advised me to wait for some time to investigate the matter.

                        However, it’s been over 2 days since that call and no one from Quikr has bothered to update the status to us.

                        I have no other option but to believe that I have been cheated not only by the recommended maid placement agency by Quikr but by Quikr itself. Kindly look into the issue on priority and respond within 24 hours otherwise as my last resort, I shall be forced to file a police complaint against Quikr and the recommended maid placement agency. I will also ensure that I use all my resources to ensure that this fraud connection of maid service providers operating through Quikr is appropriately exposed in media so that customers like us can be saved form fraud, theft and harassment.

                        Please note that I enquired about Maid Service Provider in Sonepat through your website on 16/1/2018.

                        I was contacted by few service providers which included Ajith Placement Services, the details of the service provider were also recommended by Quikr (Message Attached).

                        Mr. Ajith Sukant contacted me on the mobile number provided to Quikr and referred to the Enquiry of Maid posted by me. He used Mobile No. [protected].
                        There were few Whatsapp messages shared after the telephonic call on 16/1/2018, and MR. Ajith assured to send the maid in 2 days after competition of the paper work.

                        The maid was escorted at till my home by Mr. Vishal (No.[protected] on 18/1/2018. As per the agreement, I signed the papers and paid Mr. Vishal INR 31, 000/- (Receipt Attached and papers including the Aadhaar Cards of Ajith Sukant and Maid – Chotti).

                        Today, on 20/1/2018, I left my house along with my wife and kids to drop my kids at airport. My father was ill so he went to the doctor at the same time leaving my mother alone at home. She went to bathe and returned after about 15 minutes and noticed that Chotti was not in the house and the almirah of my mother was open. She noticed that her daily wear jewellery was also missing which included 2 gold rings, one gold chain and a pair of gold earrings.

                        My mother called me to inform me about missing Chotti. I immediately called Mr. Ajith at around 10:30 am and informed him that Chotti left the house without intimation. He assured me not to worry and told me that he will call me within 15 minutes after talking to the agent.

                        Since then, I have called Ajith almost 100 times but he is not responding to my calls. I called on Vishal’s Number but he to disconnected the phone and stopped responding. Then I used my other number to call Ajith and the phone was replied by some Chote who told me that Mr. Ajith is not here and disconnected the phone abruptly and never responded to my call from the new number either.

                        Then I called +[protected]The Number provided by Quikr) which was attended by a female who told that Mr. Ajith is not available and he might be driving. I asked her if Mr. Ajith is driving since morning as I have been calling him again and again, but she too disconnected my call without any response to my query. Now, I am left with no other option to escalate the issue with the Quikr team and also, I have been advised to contact local police.

                        Please advise urgently if you can be of some help as such fraudsters are being recommended by Quikr!!!

                        Same incident happened with us, the same placement agency and same choti, and date was 20th january 2018 i think she ran from sonepat and came to baroda and she ran after two days. I have already complained about them in police station. They gave us aadhar card and every document to made us trust.

                            I'm getting really disappointed from your company norms, as i had returned the product ad id[protected] htc e8 to the seller on 16 january 2018, and it has been succesfully received by the seller, now from the date of return today is 25 january more than 7 days passed but i'm unable to receive my refunded amount woth rs.3850/-, and your customer support is not supporting me.                                 Hi this is harini fro tailnadu. I got an messgae stating that my profile is shortlisted in samsung electronics and was asked to contact this number. ([protected]). I called that number and iwas asked to pay rs.2500 for registration. I paid it through paytm and then i got job confirmation letter. I was forwarded to m. Ss manisha who is saidv to be hr. And she asked me to pay rs.16500 for insurance and medical purpose which will be refunded. I paid and she said i will be sent to training meanwhile and she sent me joining letter stating my joining date was on 31st january. And now again they are asking me to pay rs.12000 saying that their company policies have been changed. I said i cant pay anymore and i dont want your job jjust refund my money. But now they are not attending my call
                                They just cheating innocent job seekers.
                                Please take necessary steps to stop these fraud job recruuitments

                                    I created account to sell my two wheeler. They charged 1000 rs for it. When i downloaded the app, it was not working. It is not compatible with iphone. They dint tell me this thing before payment. I was not able to connect with that person who charged 1000 rs to me. Kindly refund my amount. Highly disappointed with quikr. I was not able to see what is going on in my account. People called me and asked address. I dint put my address of delhi and gurgaon. It was automatically done by your team. Quikr became very complicated for me. I dont wanna use it and will never suggest to anyone. My 1000 rs was totally waste. Kindly refund my amount. It was paid by paytm.

                                      As per vivek. [protected]@quikr.co.in statement, vivek promised me that we will be provided with money (Full refund if car is not sold) if we didn't get any response.

                                      Right now support people are saying about number of clicks. You didn't mention me about all these things. Its really insane. I didn't even get a single call regarding the car from any. What is happening here. I have received just 210 rs. I have paid 1500 bugs. What is all happening i'm not at all happy with your service.

                                      Vivek. [protected]@quikr.co.in said completely different than what rep i spoke with are saying. You didn't utter a single word about there terms like click and so on.

                                      I just need my money back. Upon one and only your confirmation that except 20rs you will not charge anything else. I opted only because you promised we will get the money back.

                                      I regret for opting the plan believing your words. I hope your calls are recorded please go through the recording of the conversation, there was not even a single utterance as "clicks", it was mentioned that i will be getting full refund now suddenly where does all these terms come from to detect my money.
