    Dear,
    team Quikr.
    This is with the reference to my complaint posted on 23rd Feb regarding sinestar infotech mudra yojna project.
    I appreciate your immediate response on it.

    I state here that, it was error on my part that I filed complaint against them, it was completely done in rush. And I should have waited for their response for couple of more days.

    Therefore I would request you to don't conduct any investigation against the respective company as it might hamper the concerned business's clients and reputation.

    I am now been in continously touch with there staff regarding my salary release for the project I did.
    And everything is going well between me and them.
    Would again request you to close the matter as soon as possible to make the further process more smoother between me and them.

    Attached herewith is the last email I received from the company's end where the disappointment of filing the complaint by me against them is conveyed clearly.

    I don't think it is fault from their part.
    Please cease the Investigation and related activities.

      Hello! Quikr, i bought a phone from quikr mobile but unfortunately, i received a dead phone. I have returned the phone before 3 months and still not getting my phone back or the refund money. I already sent them email with bank details for the refund. But they are always like "it will take 10 more working days" my question is, is that your responsibility for your customers? Is this a good business policy? They already have confirmed several times for the refund money with 100 guarantee. This is just disappointing. Taking money from customers, providing dead phones, and not taking complain importantly.

        Mdcr pvt ltd offered me a job for data entry. Asked for rs 300 as registration fees on day1, rs.1000 (Refundable) on day2 after an interview. I was asked to collect my joining letter for a job in icici with a monthly salary of 14500 on day 3 but on day3 final interview was taken where i answered almost all the questions but was asked to go under an offline training against rs4000 after which i was suppose to give a written test. On day4 i was informed that i have to give an oral test as well and the written test will take place only when i pay another rs.1000. When i asked them about my joining letter they refused making any such promise.
        After repeated requests at every stage, they kept giving me false promises that it was the last step and no amount will be asked after this. I still believe that i have not lost the battle and if you can help me in any way, i will be highly grateful.
        Btw, do you actually verify the companies that post ads on your reputed website. Kindly take strict actions against these types of companies.

        My name is Bidisha.I went to the mdcr interview today, there I was selected and they took 300 rupees from my side after taking the money she said to pay more than 1000 rupees for trainning. I have told them clearly that I do not want any job from ur organization.I wanted to get back the money from them but they did not give me the money. I request you to close all these fake offices.

        Same thing happened with me... now they are going with the name of DM Recruit Pvt. Ltd. behind ajkal building sector 5

        asked to pay 300 for selection without interview and then security deposite of 1000
        I was also duped by DM recruitment Pvt. Ltd behind ajkal building, sector 5, salt lake. I gave them rs 1300 on the 1st day of interview and it confirmed my job in Axis Securities Ltd. After reading the above complaints I will surely face all those steps if I agree to join the bank. I am shocked that Quicker has not taken any corrective steps against this fraud organisation. That's why we still are getting mails from DM recruitment. If this kind of hoodwinked companies are allowed to show their adds, Quicker will soon Loos its fidelity. From now I will never access Quicker for any kind of help and assistance because it barely cares the complaints o[censored]sers and checks the originality of the advertisers.
        Okay can anybody tell me what happens if you just take the appointment letter and refuse to take their online or offline training for 5000/-

        You will just loose your money
        The people who ever paid for that fraud people seeking money for getting job, did they get there money back...
        Same thing happened with me they took 2000/ from me and never called or recieved my calls. These frauds should be behind bars.
        Bloody quiker website please solve all the problems faced by fraudsters...
        I m also one of the person who made me blame by paying the amount 8000
        Sorry sir but I am not interested to do a job in HDFC bank so please refund my money which was I already paid to you. The amount was 1500₹+1750 ₹
        Please refund my money as soon as you can.

          I made a payment of rs 1500 for hp deletion on my rc to quikr rto services on 10th jan-2018, after one week of payment one person collected all documents. One and half month over but no positive update, they keep on saying through mails that process is ongoing that's it, i am trying to call so many times but they never pick up my phone i don't know what to do. I am frustrated with these guys. Please help me out

          Please update the title of my Ad[protected] to "Apartment for Immediate Rent in the KTC Nagar area". I am not able to change the title as Quikr won't allow me to change the title and ask me to contact customer service . Hope this issue will be resolved before my premium service expires.

            I booked your rto service, your agent demanding me 1500 or 2000 something, and as per your advertisement your charge rs.99, therefore i cancel your service, i paid you rs.99 by debit card, pls check and refund my money in my wife's account, pls returne money as soon as possible in my wife's sbi account.

              Dear team,
              We have searched some certified products from quikr website and we have selected some products and made the offer also & quikr people also accepted the price and given wearhouse address for finishing the product then we have visited the warehouse by 3.00pm and travelled frok more then 30kms in hyderabad
              After completion of initial payments quikr people called me and told that the price has increased
              We shocked and questined them for increasing the price but there is no response
              They have wasted my time, money and efforts
              I want the product back or i need the compensation for wasting of my efforts and money time
              I have only 1 day weekoff instead of wasting time at quikr we will get the products from other showroom itself or any local vendor

                Hi,
                Mr Ganesh called several times as soon as I posted few items on Quikr and also sent the url for making payment of Rs. 501/- since the kind of explanation that he made seems to help my items sale. I paid the money and I also got the sms with URL of invoice, attached soft copy.

                Till now the quikr does not show the payment nor converted my login to premium advt

Why u not confirmed i told him that my husband told me don't apply then your agent told is ur husband a king? What this nonsense type asking me and text me very bad language. So i informed u i will report ur agent phone number.. U should learn them how to treat people mind it

                    I ordered via quicker and used my credit card to pay for the item.

                    I did not see any action on the sellers part for the next day and cancelled the order successfully.

                    At the end of the month i checked my credit card statement and only the debited amount of rs. 7699 was showing up. No credit of the same.

                    I have been writing to [protected]@quickr.com and keep getting their automated reply thanking me for writing to them and that they will reply to me shortly.

                    I have never experienced anything like this online ever.

                    This is what I cannot understand, again it is taking so much time. You replied on 28th Feb 2018 and its March 2nd now, what is your process. Why do I have to wait so long for a refund on a cancelled item?

                    The order was cancelled on 12th February for LG Nexus 5 sold by Veetrag Traders is Quickr some sort of scam, posting items that don't exist in the hope of someone like me paying by credit card and then not getting their money back?

                      After providing every thing according your requirment regarding complaint number #388989, this complaint has not solved till after 5 days, almost every day i am sending mail to you according this. Even i called your costumer care which is paid, your agent said you called me 25th february and i was not reacheble but i did not go any that kind of area where could it happen. I called costumer care again and provide them one more number to updater my profile after that i wait for call till now after that i did not get any call, mail regarding this. Kindly solve this i already spend more mony to call your paid costumer care number but till now no result.

                          We have taken subscription from quikr of banner and listing they charged us rs 10000/-. Its about about 2 months back but still we have not received single leads from that listing. Further we are continuesly calling to executive but he has not picked single call after getting cheque of rs 10000/-.
                          I think its habit of quikr to do fraud with customer without giving any services

                          I am sathish kumar from chennai. I paid Rs. 6000 to Mr. Suman raj, representive from quikr chennai on[protected] . I recieved an confirmation message on payment on[protected]. I waited for a week for activation as told by them. But I didn't recieve any enquiry even after weeks. So I made I call to Mr. Suman raj. But he didn't pick up the phone. So I mailed support team and customer care team about this. But they didn't respond to that. I haven't seen such a worst response from the customer care. Now I have have complained here. Even i[censored] deny to care about this I don't have any other go than consumer court.

                            This complaint is about quikr. They are providing false information and taking money in the name of providing services.
                            I was told that once epayment will be done, one person (Sales manager) will be assigned and he will be taking care of property for sale out.
                            After was done, they are not picking up the call, nore replying on email.

                              I have purchased samsung microsdhc uhs-i card of 32 gb on 23/02/2018 at 04:22 pm and was delivered today i. E. 27/02/2018.
                              The memory card is not responding after saving data for 600 mb.
                              I do not opt for an exchange and immediately want the refund of the purchased item on my account from which i have purchased the item.
                              I would also like to know the further details of when the refund will be processed

                                I had purchased an item ad id:[protected] after taking confirmation from the seller, through quiker doorstep service and made payment of rs 1262/- including shipping charge (Offer price 650+shipping charge 612/-) but after few minutes of payment i receive a call from a male executive saying that they can't deliver the item and inquiring about the reason he speak very rudely. Please try to solve the case and ensure this things not happens to others.

                                  20 day back i hv uploaded my scorpio cars add with registration nmbr mh 04eh 8654 in some minutes i got a call from one o[censored]r employee name mudassar u suggested me to convert my add into premium add by paying additional amt of rupees 1500 with a commitment that if my car sales through any other portal i will get back my 1500 in my paytm account now no as it so i sold it through car dekho and i am calling u guys bt no 1 is replying.. As i am a car dealer i hv many more business for u guys as i trust quickr so get back to me or contact me at my registered mobile number i faith u pupil...

                                    Before, explaining the issue, i would like to mention that this is the worst customer support i have ever had to deal with. Aircel was the one which i though would be unbeatable but you guys beat them by a margin. Aircel customer support may not resolve the issue but they at-least responded to my queries.

                                    20+ calls who said they can't do anything except asking me to send email. I sent 8 emails and not a single response. My account manager "pushpalatha. [protected]@quikr.co.in" also didn't reply despite multiple attempts.

                                    Now, the issue (Ticket #888092 and ticket #424383 are the ones created. Ad id was:[protected].)

                                    Invoices are attached but i have removed my email and number for safety purpose as it is public.

                                    I placed an ad on sep 12 (Around 2 am) with a premium package of 150 for 100 views. Next day i get a call at around 8 am where the sales guy convinced me to buy a pack for the same ad for 1000. Rs. He convinced me, so i purchased it.

                                    Then, after the call, i did some search on web and see that the pack isn't much useful after all. So i decided to cancel it and so called quikr support they advised me to send an email. I sent the email (With-in 2 hours of buying the pack) requesting to cancel the pack and refund.

                                    On the same day evening, i get a message that my ad is expiring as i got 100 views (Because of the 1st service i paid 150 for). So my ad was not premium anymore. It was turned to normal listing.

                                    I didn't even get (Or want) the service of 1000 yet i have paid the amount. I also deleted the ad so that they can process my refund asap. It is currently active on olx.

                                    I paid for a service, changed my mind and requested refund. I didn't get the service but i didn't get the refund as well.

                                    I sent multiple emails, multiple calls and all of them escalated (Or lied that they escalated) the issue.

                                    Hope this is actually resolved here.

                                    I seen ad in quickr. Then, I register with them for 2450 rupees. Then I taken assignment and complete with in the time I submit it. After they ask for GST amount. I paid 13545 rupees for GST.
                                    After that they didn't give any money. I want my money return.
                                    Please take the serious action on Sinestar infotech.

                                      I recently saw an ad regarding ps4 pro on quikr bazaar and i contacted the dealer thorough it. He asked me to pay half amount first of 6k which i immediately paid and then said to pay the rest later.
                                      After 2 days he asked me to pay the shipping amount also which i also paid of 5k. Then he told me that the goods are not let to deliver by the indian customs office, but considering i already gave him 11k already and i thought the dealer might b genuine since its quikr so also paid the amount of 5k more. So the total amount i paid is 26k but still he is withholding my package. I don't know what to do since the dealer claims to be from usa and i trusted quikr since it only shows genuine ads. It's been over a month now and he's blackmailing me to give more money and i don't know what to do. All i want from quikr is that to look in to the matter and help me get my goods which i paid 26k for or atleast get my amount back since i have been cheated through quikr only

                                        #388989 is my complain ticket no. Before my purches i contact with costumer support they said 30 point check has done after dispatch the product. But when i ricive product i disappoint to see that product was so dirty and also with some problem, as i got my mobile i saw there is a problem in sim slot. I complained to costomer support they give me a mail address. After that i compain through mail with regarding video and invoce. They send me a mail and promise to contact me within 24 hour but even 40 hour crossed i did not get any call or any mail regarding this. Kindly help me to solve this issue
