I was cheated by quikr rto service people regarding the duplicate license i applied through quikr on june 15 2017. Its been 6 months now and counting and there is no response from team, they stopped lifting my calls. I am going to raise a police case in police station this weekend regarding the fraud activities going on in quikr. They have charged 2700rs for which actual charges are 500rs.

The ad number [protected] is a scam. I made the payment through quikr doorstep. The guy said you have to wait for your refund then you have to make payment via online transfer. He have me his number to whatsapp him, so i can place the order. His number is +[protected]. This number is from nigeria.
I want my refund as soon as possible.
"bestsellertrade" is his username.

I have done my payment on thursday and the seller has delivered the product on saturday morning. The delivery boy called me an told that they have broken my almira, so it will take time and they will deliver it on sunday.
Now its monday and still i didn't get my product.

I have written this mail to support team.. But nobody has contacted me from the support team.
From saturday till today (Monday), i am the one who is calling and taking the follow up that where is my product.

You guys needs to show some professionalism by contacting me and telling the exact reason why the product is not been delivered to me.
Everyday i am getting rescheduled message form quikr that it.
I have paid whole amount online and now the quikr team is not even brother to contact me.

If you cant delivered the product please refund my money.

I am appalled by quikr’s atrocious service standards.
First, your team misplaces the nuts and bolts, which are required to assemble my 3-door cupboard. There’s no communication whatsoever on its return, or whether your team found the nuts and bolts set in more than a week. After repeated queries over the last few days, i get a call from your scheduling team yesterday, stating that they have picked up some nuts/bolts from the market and they are coming to deliver the cupboard.
I tell them that i am not confident that some random nuts/bolts can be used to assemble the cupboard. Obviously, i would not accept his word for it and would want someone from the team to assemble it for me. So i refused to take delivery.
This is where things stand. I am certain by now that quikr is one of the most callous companies that i have ever dealt with. There are scores of queries from prospective buyers on olx but the cupboard is in your custody.
I would expect to hear from you asap, or i will have to take a call on my next course of action. Needless to say this is the last time i am dealing with quikr.

Incident description:
Date: nov 27, 2017.
I placed a quikr ad to sell my tv at a price of rs. 16, 000. I made a payment of rs. 333 (Proof attached) to make it premium. Shortly, after this i got a call from mr. Ravi ([protected]) from quikr. If i pay additional rs 950, he assured me that my ad will be put under verified section and i will get offers with minimum starting price of rs. 20, 000 (More offer price as verified offers give buyers with 6 months warranty, thats what he said). I was happy with this, and i paid the amount soon after the call (Proof attached). He also assured me that he will always be a call away, incase i need any more help until my tv gets sold. I patiently waited for few days for my ad to get upgraded to verified section.

Grievance:
After waiting patiently for 4 days, on 1st dec, i realized i was cheated. My offer was not put under verified section, nor did i get any offers more than the assured amount of rs. 20, 000. I was getting offers lesser than 12k. I have got the following offer prices so far - rs. 8k, 9k, 10k, 11k, 12k as of 10 dec (15 days since the date of incident). I tried calling mr. Ravi many times in this duration of more than 2 weeks, but he never picked up my call (Attached proof of my call history with him). I also called[protected]On 7 dec) and talked to quikr customer care executive, where he assured me i would get a call back from quikr, but i never got any call. You can verify the same, i have called it from my registered mobile number.

Summary:
Total amount i spent: rs. 333 + rs. 950 = rs. 1283
Services assured, but not delivered: buyers, with minimum buy offers of rs. 20, 000
How i feel: cheated, harrased, waste of my hard earned money in ads, waste of my precious time in followup

Hi, there was car registration [mh 04 et 9384 ]service was filed by anslem ([protected]) in the month of august for transfer to my name.

The quikr details shared by anslem is not reachable now. Last i approach on 30th nov at quikr rto service, i was told that i would be informed about the transfer now no updates are available. The number[protected] going to the music and ending after 5 min. No other number is available to reach the service.

I had posted an ad in quickr a month back. Immediately i got a call from quikr executive and propose me to upgrade it to premium ad with a cost of 2500/- which he promised shall be refunded to my paytm account if my car is not sold via quikr in 30 days time. His contact number is [protected]. The name he told me is irfan. After 2 weeks my ad was removed from premium ad category, after than i had been contacting quickr customer care, with no response. Recently i sent an email to [protected]@quikr.com for my refund as i didnt get the service i was promised. The ticket number is #832534. Its been 5 days, but no one had bothered to call me or respond to my query. I tried calling the guys irfan, but he is denied the refund part and he is asking me to escalate if i want to. I feel really humiliated taking the service of quickr

We got in touch with deepak enterprises, house no. A5, gali no.8, badarpur, new delhi
He sent a maid with his staff member
Took rs35000 as cash
When we reached home after our work
The maid was missing along with her belongings and few items from our home
We contacted this deepak and he showed ad if he doesn't know us.

My ad id[protected] is in suspended state and i am not able to pay the premium. But the premium ad support keeps on sending standard response "kindly help us by sharing the ad order id /screenshot of the transaction details against which you have made the payment. This will help us check and revert to a status at the earliest.". How i am supposed to make the payment when the ad is in suspended state? I really appreciate if you can resolve this issue. Thanks.

My laptop was sold on quikr and the payment was made by the buyer. The quikr doorstep team picked it up from my place (Mumbai) on 26th nov. It's been 20 days since then, and it has not yet been delivered (Ranchi). Due to which, i am not getting the payment of it. Not sure how much such sellers money would've been held by quikr.

I've been calling every alternate days to quikr customer care, and the only reply i get is please wait for 48 hrs and it will be delivered. Totally frustrated with the worst experience.

From today after a week it's close to two months having done the payment and documents were collected by nawazuddin khan from quikr my residence, post that the only reply i have got is under process with rto.

A person who had been updated a premium ad of a pet for adoption cheated after he received amount on paytm. He said as its adoption there's no need of paying even a penny for the puppy and only transportation charges has to be paid. The amount was 1860/- he had promised to deliver puppy today and he has blocked me all over. I tried contacting him but no use. He stopped responding me. His name is milan kumar as per the adhar id he sent me pls help me to get my money back

Seller does not want sell phone the sell chat with me on whatts up so i want to back my full amount. Please give my full amout to retun my bank account no. The seller doesn't want sent me phone so i want my money back. Ad id:[protected]

If you want confirm from seller you please first confirm from seller then send back my money.

Quikr qukir quikr — quikr site is "not" a spam free site. Lot of spammers posting their fake ads & cheating customers and i surprised for quikr customer support team also on the same page.

I paid an advance of 1500 to the seller, till now product not delivered and not received the advance amount back

Quikr backend team promised that we are going to delete the spammer ads till now that was not done as on date the spammer is very much available online.

What kind of stupid service quikr is giving to customers

I have made payment on 2nd of December and still suffering to follow up with you guys.
I am just sick of doing this every day twice or thrice, every time at the last moment you guys rescheduling the delivery by giving new-new excuses.
I have called carpenter twice and paid him to assemble the double bed. Which is just a waste of money for me.

First he chat with quikr.. His name is ayong konyak studying at iit madras. He trickly get so much of money from my friend. First he told to only message him not to call. I[censored] call also he will not attend. After that he will brainwash u and ask u money.. He doesnot get full money in first time itself.. He taken little by little. If anybody already remember him just do whatever you want.

I am really amazed to see that how people get registered in quickr... Last saturday a tv repairing person had come and solve the issue with in 3 days it is not working again.. From today morning the same # was happened. I called him two times but as he said he is not able to come today. What about the responsibility of that person. Am i giving those 310 rs for charity??? I want a answer from quickr that how you people recommend us those #s??

I had ordered an refurbished phone (Order id[protected] which was not delivered and which was not actually available for delivery as per conversation with representative.
So i had made a refund request 6 days ago but have not received my refund yet. Also i am not able to contact you on provided number. I have also not received any call from your side.

I was asked to buy quikr premium ad services for rd 3010. Initally i was told if the car will not be able to sold on said price i will get the full refund. But just after one week when i asked them to discontinue my service they said the refund amt will be 2900.
4 weeks i have mailed the team continuously with no reply. Now they are refunding the amt i. E only rs 722.
Please look into this as this will treated as fraud & cheating to customer.

First i order through quikr doorstep but the seller said samsung s8 stocks are over then the seller only called me and said i only deal with paytm. Please be alert, person is cheating by taking advance money for clone mobile phones. He will promise to send by courier, first he will post an ad in quikr in different cities as local post with ultra low price for samsung and iphone clone phones, he will only provide whatsapp number to only text and that whatsapp number will be almost switched off, after communication in whatsapp he will act like trusted person and make people believe in him that he is selling a phone he will send some ready pictures to make people believe and he will provide fake shop address that is : 40d, advanced gadgets, 2nd floor, sky tower, commercial complex, near hanuman mandir, nehru palace, delhi and he will ask to come to shop to make you trust that shop is existed but in reality shop will not be there at the place. Then he will say that he got only less quantity left and force you to make some advance payment or full money transfer to his bank account or paytm account, after transfer he will either not respond to your messages and calls or he will delay by saying daily reasons untill 15 to 20 days then slowly he will not respond at all and he will change the temporary communication sim card. His whatsapp number when i got fooled for rs 3, 500/- is +91 [[protected]] and his voice communication sim number was - +91 [[protected]] (Mumbai number) and his paytm account name was : tarun dhanraj and he will ask to deposit in the account name : asmita bhimrao sawan account number : [protected] idbi bank. So please be careful with these type of frauds. Dear quikr, how can you resolved this matter. Please take a strict action against this number. The seller said he will post a new ad in quikr with higher price.
