One week back i bought a moto g3 from quikrx with rupees of 7000.
After use of 2 days found number of issue in phone.
On 3rd day i sent a mail on [protected]@quikr.com but didn't get reply.

After calling several times on customer care got reply that there entire team was on leave. You will get the solution today.

I called next day they said because of technical issue we are unable to see your mail. So i explained every thing on phone and then i got reply. ^ there is no replacement for battery issue, heating issue, charging issue.

What the stupidity of mine

There is lots of moto g3 on their website starting from 4000 to 7000.

I spend highest amount 7000 in the hope of a good phone. I got cheated.

In 7000 i could have buy a redmi phone.

Now i don't want replacement i want my money back.

A month ago i uploaded a bunch of 11-12 ads with very reasonable prices on quikr. Within a few hours, i started getting offers from quikr salesman to upgrade to premium ad services to get guaranteed responses. The salesperson (Ajay from mumbai) made fake promises like - he would be handling my ad posting and that he is already having certified buyers willing to buy my stuff at much higher prices and that my ads will be shown via google ads and reflected on top in all metro cities. He kept on calling till he could convince me to buy an inr 1500 ad pack from quikr. And now it's been over a month and i haven't received any ad responses nor has he contacted me again.

I just found this portal and met many other customers who have been looted by quikr like this.

Quikr this is a shame.

I have made payment after seeing 6 baby pants ad in one ad. There was no size mentioned, i paid online. I got only one pant that to small size.
Called quikr customer care, they said they cannot do anything, o need to speak to the seller. I spoke to seller, seller said for pick someone has come, she asked the size he said anything. So she gave a newborn size. She suggested to talk to quikr l, as she has not received the amount and she told she has put the add for wholesellers, informed to quikr but this transaction was a trial for her, but i lost money and the product is of no use!. Again i called quikr explained everything, they said money has been transferred to seller and they cannot do anythin for intercity transactions. They just appolized. I need to return the product and get my full refund along with shipping charges.

Looks like it started very recently from this oct month. I did some research on this guy whom i talking to - in quikr he mentioned his name as weri vipepe and when i had a chat he asked to whatsapp - +[protected]Looks like a landline number based in philadelphia). He is referring his company as fancy ltd based out in usa[protected] also mentioned that rothang puii is his accountant based out in mizoram, india.

I was given the same acc details - a/c name.. Rothang puii. A/c no [protected] ifsc code sbin0007059. Bank branch bawngkawn.

Paid upfront amt of 6k: he also given a reference of his product dispatch for one of his customer based in bangalore - which was dispatched on 13th nov 207 and it is supposed to be delivered on 16th nov 2017 but i see the status in http://www.expdirectlogs.com/trackit - "as on hold by the supplier" - tracking id is : 6bd45d5e93

The person i'm talking to claiming that he is from pakistan.

This is some serious issue and have to take action asap.

Hi i had placed add on quikr to sell my car, after few days i got call from mr mintu kumar to buy premium package. He told me that by taking this package, the car will sold 100% they will provide me with customers and within 7 to 10 days deal will be done, but now its almost 20 days but there is no response at all. Whenever i try to call him, the phone is switched off, today i again called him, he picked my phone but now he is saying he never said so, that the deal will be done 100%, they just want to make fraud by cheating and taking customers money and once u pay the money, they will not entertain you. By doing so this company will not last long. Many people will approach consumer courts, even i will do the same, as i have his recorded call also with me as an evidence.

Sir/madam i got an email refer by quikr. I dont know the original name of that fraud. But he communicate with the name k. Sathis. Kumar. The mail id is hcl. [protected]@gmail.com. His number is [protected]. He charge a rupees of 6000 from me and also from my cousin. Please we job seekers trust in your job site. So dont allow to access our details to this type of frauds. He takes an advantage over your job site.. So please take an immediate action...

And his partner radhika mobile #[protected], both are frads and first they ask to transfer 2.5 lakhs by on line and if you do so after transfer money they switch off their phones and money will be drawn with in hour. So please donot here to their sweet words and get cheated,
Quikr adid#[protected] so please remove the ad and save people got cheated.

I purchased a washing machine through quikr. Seller didn't provide the inlet/outlet pipes hence couldn't check the working condition before delivery executive was leaving. When i switched on i could fine that there was huge leakage from back of washing machine. I complained to quikr but they said they don't have any responsibility and they are just intermediary. They asked me to settle the issue by contacting seller. I called the seller he didn't responded then i messaged in whatsapp, he asked me the issue and then blocked my number. I reached out to quikr for the seller address but they are not providing me. I approached consumer court but it requires the seller address for filing a complaint. Quikr told that they will remove the seller if reported any fraudulent activities but i was shocked to see that he is still selling more washing machines in quikr.

It was taken too much time for pick up, no proper response was given by quicker i made more than 50 calls no reply to my previous complaint
I have not recieved safety key of this treadmill due to which i am unable to start and use this treadmill, i have raised this issue and informed same to quicker customer care but no reply recieved.
I have contacted seller he is not responding me properly as he has recieved money.
As per quicker they offer buyer protection on delivery after confirmation from buyer only they pay to saller but for my order ni confirmation asked from me
I have not recieved important part of my order i. E. Safety key of machine still payment made to saller this is cheating by quicker
I want comoensation for this they can come and verify condtion of machine

Hi i'd like to complain about a fraud i just encountered. I saw an offer on a sony ps4 which was price at 10000 rupees. I got in touch with the seller whose name is ibrahim who sent me pictures of his id and the ps4 pics as well. He gave me his bank account number and asked me to make a payment of 4000 rupees which i did. After confirming it he said i[censored] need the product u have to pay the remaining money of 6k so after dat i paid that remaining 5k... So overall i paid 9k. After dat
He said the shipment was held until i paid the rest of the amount (8000rupees). I asked him for the shipment details, he didn't send that either and now he says u have to buy another 3 units to buy the products so he is totally fake n fraud, he is cheating more no. Of tamil peoples.. Make him to arrest. Pls take a compaint
I want my money back coz such kind of fraudulent buyers should not be allowed to have accounts. You need to verify them before they make quickr a platform to do such frauds.
I want some steps to be taken asap or else i'll put this up on social media which i'm sure won't bring quickr any goodwill.

I have paid the required amount to the company for taking their premium membership for posting an ad. Mr mohammad asif - [protected]/ [protected] who is the key account manager had told me that the account will be activated in one day but it has been 15 days now and still i havent received the id and password. He had even said that i would get a welcome call from the company within 24hrs but i got that after a week. I had requested him to send one executive who could help me in posting an ad so that i get the best response. His executive was suppose to come the next day but he makes excuses all the time and still has not turned up. I have been contacting asif all this while but i am not getting what i had desired from the company.
I am very disappointed with the services provided and would want a refund for the same.

I ordered iphone 7 plus but the mobile i received is not as per ad. Ad said it has 7months apple warranty left. But it doesn't have warranty and it is not genuine mobile at all. Quikr is not processing the return request. I paid 23000 and i want my money back. Ad id is[protected].
Quikr app clearly showed me as it supports secure payment and easy return. That's why i used quikr instead of direct online transfer. They are not responding after delivering a wrong product.

I ordered an ps4 console through quikr he asked for 6k .an upront payment as 3000k and after delivery the rest amount ...

After the upfront payment he is saying that have some custom issue and make pending payment to deliver the product...

I also paid for that after that he is telling that they had mispacked extra 15 unit of ps4 ...to deliver that pay for extra 5 units ps4 and take your product ...

After that he is now telling that the custom are demanding more amount to release the product for delivery...i paid total 36k amount and he insisting me to pay more or the package will be taken back...

And he is keeping my product in hold and asking me to pay more 8k and telling that this is final for all the payment paid before...

I have attached some proof regarding the ad in quikr ... And my product status... Please take action asap because he is cheating many people now only i came to know...

Kindy take some action off this ad and do something plzzzz...

I want return my samsung j5 prime, yesterday i get samsung j5 prime but it is pshysical damaged hendset and display problem, not good condition, no samsung specified charger and headphone, backside panel damaged and scratch.

I have ordered through quikr certified refurbished phones .
Order id 10296519 dated 10.11.17.
I have received a defective product which has been certified by quikr has excellent phone in the ad. From the receipt date of the phone, i have quikr team no of times & i don't any response or even a call back from quikr team to promise me on the defective product refund .

Only i am calling quikr customer service for clear response but even then i don't get a clear one customer service .

I have just received this iPhone today from quikr .

Quikr customer care team does not provide a valued response to make customer satisfied clearly .

Pls don't cheat other customers in these ways and their time for follow up calls and put them into high tension and mental illness .

I am totally out of control on my mind, paying money & begging the team for my cash refund .
It makes my really mental ill .

Pls find the list of mail communications which has been provided to team for responses .

A customer has to beg quikr team to get day to day updates with paid cash to quikr for the defective product delivery .

I kept my lenovo laptop on sale few weeks back. I got a call a guy called amol from sales team asking me to upgrade for a ad package and asked me to pay 1600rs. And also stated that they will find buyers who can even pay more than the sale price after upgrading to ad package and another lady called me and said she will upgrade to 15 locations in mumbai but later on i see its updated on different cities. So, when i get offers, i am not able to accept the offers bcuz i cannot update my pickup details on quikr website. It's very annoying that i am not able to sell this product from few weeks and their service is always unsatisfactory. I need a quick resolution on this as i have waited for too long or refund my ad package amount if you can't help me.

I have registered a redmi 3s prime product on quikr by paying via paytm but still i did not received my order and now i came on conclusion that that this was fraud activity happened with me. Seller was from hub of bengaluru and his contact and paytm no. Is [protected]. I will send you all proofs that you will ask me but i really request you to take an appropriate action against him.

I had seen a post in quite services of computer operator in poisar car world in siliguri, and so i have applied it for of the next day. I war contacted by prime zone services congratulating me as i was short listed for poodar car world in siliguri, i was so happy by that news by the mean time they asking me registreer paying an amount of 2000, post which i will be provided job at poodar car world.
I registered paying an amount of 2000 just for a job as i was unemployed. I was forced to further pay up 3800 by prime zone services saying that only then i will be provided reference id and confirmation code. He is said me 3600 refund for my account. I got the some but company started asking 6000 for verification and said me that is the last amount and we will mail you joining letter and offer letter.
I refused to pay further amount and asked for refund.
But no refund has happened even after calling many times

A guy name mohamed ramiz uddin on quikers posting ad on quicker for iphones for cheap price and then asking the money to be transferred through paytm ive send the required money and then asking for additional charge for sending the item asked him to returen but he doesn't answer only by send the additional charge i knew he is afraud at this time my money is fine now but i need pple to be aware of this fraud cuz his aid still on quicker every time try to report say error occurred i hope quicker do something about these scum bags.
