    On nov 3rd, i submitted work of number typing job which i get from ganesh solution - her name was sweety
    On the qc report she said if have to get the payment you have to pay:
    [for approval process, we have to pay vat & taxes charges to income tax department.

    As per your salary, you have to pay rs.3395 charge (Refundable)].
    She dnt inform me before the agreement earlier for registration i paid rs 899.
    So after her compulsion & its refundable, i believed her & paid that tax amount rs;3395/ through paytm.
    After paid the amount to her account, she switch off her mobile. Still now she dnt attend my call and she dnt send any money to me. Details of the mail they send to as given below:

    1. As per project criteria, your first salary is will generate on[protected]this charges will also refundable with your first salary.

    2. You got payment+vat&taxes charges+incentive+application fee on[protected]By today on wards)..

      I bought an oneplus two 64 gb mobile (Quikr certified) on november 13th 2017, which shows in quikr site that the variant is as 'like new' in quikr certified mobile phone.

      It got received on nov 16th 2017 (It came with a duplicate charger which cost total 150 rs only), on the first switch on itself i came to know there is no charging at all.

      After i kept for charging, whole night it was charged only 53 percent. After just 5 - 10 min browsing battery percentage came down to 12 percent.

      They didn't have checked the very basic part of mobile and saying 36 quality check was done.

      Now quikr have telling they wont accept any mobiles if there is a problem with battery, heating or charger, etc.

      Even i told them i will bring the phone to the address mentioned as return address on the package. They are not even allowing that too.

      As per 7 days return policy they should take it back if there is some problem and in the policy no where they have mentioned like they wont accept the product if the problem is with battery or charger or heating.

      Kindly arrange the return pickup and refund the amount

      Hello,

      I clearly told in the call, the problem is with battery. Even with full charge and with in 10 min of browsing the battery is getting low to 40 %. It is taking more than 8 to 10hours to full charge using original charger also.

      Why everytime you people saying you won't accept if the problem is with battery???

      Can you please send me the policy details where it was written??

      As discussed already I sent screenshots to your mail ID?

        Payment is successfully done as i have got a mail of successful payment for your side but my ad is still not show at anywhere and can get any of your services.

        As well as your customer care executive isl not provide me any clarification. Just transfer the call and cut automatically.

        Start my ad as soon as possible or reply me back with clarification. Otherwise i would take any legal action.

          I had given my original rc and additional documents for removal of hypothication for my two wheeler in mumbai.

          The payment was done in advance and documents too were collected on time.

          I have been following up for last 6 months and only receiving excuses for non completion of the job. I do not have my rc anymore and have no clue how to escalate the matter.

            I have ordered for a quikr certified mobile ph, which supposed to have gone through rigorous tests but to my surprise the one i received does not even get powered on even after 2-3 hours of charging.

              I have sold a cot to quikr on 29oct for 4300/-
              They told me that 4200 /- will be transferred to bank account and the remaining will be paid by paytm. Even after send so many mail to the management and their representatives they are not even correct the problem. It’s been over 15days now i am not getting any response from those idiotic fools. I am experiencing very inconvenient from them.

                I received the product and it was fake the vendor has cheated me with another product that was intel centrino but i have purchased intel i7 6700 k please help me i am requesting the quikr team and management i am the poor guy i'm running a small studio this type of people cheating me very bad please help me sir and mada

                quQuikr is most cheating company I believe that only Angrez this type of peoples please l me I purchased for 11500 rupees is my one month salary please help me I am requesting consumer court and cyber crime department this type of cheating only done by Quikr and I am having bills and videos photographs with me transaction from my bank

                Quikr is the most cheating company why because yesterday I called them they are saying that we are not responsible but I have paid to the quick
                I am asking one question to Quikr they are not saying any details about seller . this type of frauds was done by the quikr only
                They have know everything about the seller they are hide the details of seller I think lot of people suffering with quikr.com please help me

                The process was done like this that you can send me the mail about the seller and they recommend to buy that product after that I have convinced the price of 11500 rupees
                And I have paid to quikr.com and they are pick up from seller. (seller home) and they have delivered to me but it was fake product send send by Quikr only
                I think the product is Quikr.com company only

                  I have ordered a used ipod by seeing a advertisement in quikr. Ad id[protected]. As per there instruction i have paid rs. 1000 from my hdfc account ref no 267586 dated 14/10/2017. After the payment they were sent me a mail that order is cancelled and amount will be refunded. But after one month also still amount is not refunded. After so many reminder through callcentre i have not got any solution. Request you to kindly help.

                  Still there is no positive response, two people were called me and inquired about the complaint and not given any proper time line to resolve my issue. Already i had submitted my bank statement but again one person Ragavendra is called and asking one more Bank statement. Realy very much frustrated about the Quikr service. Requesting everybody that think twice before deal with Quickr.

                    A buyer from kurnool bought this item and paid upfront to quikr.
                    Pickup got schedule from my home on 31st oct 2017 and item got picked up, pick up guy verified each and everything, capture the photographs and took the bed.

                    On saturday 4th nov 2017 i received the update that schedules your item for reverse pickup as buyer canceled this.

                    On checking with buyer, i come to know that the buyer also got the message that his paid amount will get returned to him and he further mentioned that he didn't cancel it and waiting for the item since he made the payment and still want that item.

                    On checking with quikr, i received following replies :

                    1. It's intercity transfer and we don't perform the intercity transfer:
                    Since beginning quikr was aware of this as buyer approached from quikr platform, also during one of the scheduling call on asking why quikr is charging 700+ rs, the executive told it's intercity transfer. When quikr do have all the information why quikr collected the money and arranged the pickup.

                    2. The item is fragile hence we can't deliver.
                    This item is a teak wood (The first fine feature of teak furniture is that it is incredibly tough! https://goo.gl/VJVsbH) bed, it doesn't have any fragile part (Glass/mirror). Also, quikr can't deliver this to the buyer but quikr can deliver this product anywhere in bangalore and to my house back.

                    3. We can't ship this product intercity but within bangalore, we can transfer.
                    If that was the condition then why quikr pick up the item at first place when quikr know that the buyer is from kurnool.

                    4. And now quikrs executives are saying arrange a reverse pickup else we seize your product.
                    In any case, i am not going to arrange a reverse pickup as for quikr's fault it want buyer and seller to get penalized also now i am out of space.

                    In this overall story, quikr did a lot of shoddy jobs:
                    - intercity/intracity transfer: quikr had each and every information from the beginning.
                    - if quikr's logistic team was having a problem with the shipment (Fragile... A big blunder) they shouldn't have picked up this item in the first place.
                    - no consent from buyer/seller: quikr took the payment from the buyer, quikr took the bed from seller then without contacting/consenting buyer/seller quikr cancel the shipment returned the amount that too after keeping the money for a week and keeping the bed for 5 days.
                    - mistrust among buyer and seller: quikr canceled the order and returned the money to the buyer without informing exact cause/reason. Also, it was not clarified to the buyer during the whole process. The buyer was mistrusting the seller, that seller didn't send the item. I need to step up and clarify to the buyer that quikr did this shoddy job.
                    - miscommunication: every other executive brought up a new theory and story and wasted my precious time.

                    It's now more than 2 weeks for this entire show if quikr will not take action soon then i am going to file the complaint.

                      Hi, i had ordered a bed from a seller in bangalore. It was scheduled to be picked up on 13th november 2017 at 2:00 pm from the seller and delivered at 4:00 pm to me. I took a leave from work based on this. I had been following up with customer care since 3:00 pm regarding the pick up, but neither me, nor the seller got any update on the same. Towards 5:00 pm, we were informed that there was a road blockage near the seller's area (Which was not true) and that they are rescheduling it for the next day. I called customer care several times to resolve the issue, but none of them were helpful. There were some that even spoke back rudely, like it was our fault.
                      I had to take a leave again the next day, due to this carelessness, as the pick up from the seller was scheduled between 2:00 pm to 4:pm and was to be delivered between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. I started calling customer care from 1:00 pm onward, to ensure that the vehicle reaches on time. The customer care assured me that everything is on track and that i will receive the same on time. Time passed and it was 4:00 pm. I repeatedly called customer care, afraid that what happened the previous day would repeat itself again. The executives were not helpful at all. I asked them for the delivery guy's number, or even the current location of the delivery guys, but nothing. I was supposed to blindly trust the oh-so-amazing service of quikr again and keep quiet. The time is currently 6:35 pm and the product is still not picked up from the seller, and i am afraid this transaction will never happen. This was possibly the worst customer service i have ever encountered from a company. I will never eve consider using this service again.
                      I had called the carpenter, and my father too had come half day from work for this. Little did i know that this terrible service of quikr would cost me two days worth of paid leaves.
                      What i ask now of quikr, for this terrible damage done, is a compensation for the same. Or even a refund of any kind, because this is just purely unacceptable behavior.

                        On 31 oct, i placed an order for a couple of cane chairs for rs.2, 179. I paid the amount to quikr.
                        On 31 oct itself, the seller cancelled the sale.
                        Quikr is to refund my amount of rs.2, 179 to my source account in 4-7 business days.
                        The refund is not done yet. Several calls to the customer service has gone in vain - is quikr cheating customers by luring them to transact online? How can we trust online sites like quikr?
                        Please can an executive from quikr respond and send me my due refund??

                        After logging in this complaint over Consumer Complaints, I received a response from the Quikr Team. Then I called Quikr Customer Care again and asked when the refund will happen. They confirmed a Transaction ID. I then wrote an email to Quikr Customer Care and asked when the refund will happen. They too sent a Transaction ID. My account showed no refund until 11 PM last night. This morning, it showed that the refund had happened on 14 Nov. I confirmed the online statement at my bank too. I thanked Consumer Complaints and the Quikr Team for their assistance and efforts.

                          Id [protected] ordered booked on 3rd nov2017. By 6th quikr sms me my amount is transfer my account. Now more then a week i hasn't get any amount in my accout. And my mail no one reply as well as help line. Whats going on please explain me. I send mail more the 10 15 times but headly i got replied from quikr. Is this the way quikr dealing with his customers? If product is not available with quikr wich is certified by quike then why quikr charged me, why quikr deduced amount of my account? Why i suppose to suffer when i am paying?

                            Hi All,

                            I've purchased Motorola Moto G (2nd Gen) Seller - 1064 on Placed on Sep 20, 2017 2:15:18 PM from Quikr X. The mobile was never delivered and no refund made till date. I have already tried reaching out their customer service but no response and no response write to management on their website ( I've done around 10 times).

                            No one bothers to call to our complaint and they have no escalation mechanism.

                            I'm planing to go ahead with consumer court and file a suite against it.

                              ([protected]) my recipt no - qs 32369. He promise me we give you mini. 2 leads per day
                              But i have received only 1 leads 9/11/2017 after that i have not received any lead in last 4 days. We have called to mr. Gangesh gunjan so many times but he was not responding our calls. Today 12th nov - 2017 we have trying to connect with mr. Gangesh gunjan but again he is not responding our calls and now his ph. Is switched off. It's a shameless approach dear team. We was thought we will continue business with quikr but after this experience we are really disappointed from quikr service, dear team we are service vendor for quikr, so please tell me do you deal with your vendor like this??? If quikr is unable to resolve this issue, the lock to quikr service. But please don' t cheat the customers. Now i will escalate this case on facebook, twitter, all social websites.

                              Please send me minimum 2 leads per day otherwise please refund my payment. I am not satisified with quikr service.

                                Booked rto service through quikr on june 06, 2017 and made a prompt payment of inr 2000. After several followups, i got a call from one of the merchants stating that they can not provide the service. I have been following up ever since for getting my money refunded but have not yet received the money. Every time i call the customer care, the executive keeps my phone on hold and then cuts my call. When i followup, no one picks up the phone.

                                I have written several emails to their support executives, they confirm in writing that they will refund the money in next 24 hours, but nothing happens.

                                Extremely poor service. No support. They are duping customers for money.

                                  Applied a job in snapdeal via quicker job. After applying i have receive a email regarding the requirement and then i fill the form and send my details. After 2 days i have a receive a conformation regarding the selection and they call me and said pay the amount of rupees 1650 (Uniform fees). After paying the amount, for opening salary account and mediclaim they told me to pay the amount of rupees 4990. They said that the amount 4990 is refundable after opening the account. After i paid the amount they are not responding to me.                                     Dear sir/madam,
                                    This is about ad id[protected]. Ticket # [protected].

                                    We posted an ad for selling our dining table last year in quikr. A customer was interested for purchasing our product.

                                    Quikr doorstep team came to our house and picked our product. Later customer was rejected as he was not interested in our product.

                                    Quikr doorstep team brought back our product to home in damage condition. We didn't accept the product as it has lot of damages (Damaged product images are attached here)

                                    Since then it was lying at quikr doorstep warehouse and there is no proper response from them. We spend almost an year in engaging/talking with quikr customer care for follow ups on it. We spend lot of our time and energy on this. Unfortunately there is no help from quikr.

                                    Finally, we are frustrated with quikr service and requesting at least deliver our damaged product.

                                    We spend all our energy and time in talks with customer care executive which gone waste.

                                      Quikr representative mr ganesh (Mobile no: [protected]) called me on 31-oct-2017. It was regarding my car sell ad. Quikr informed that they will put my car under premium ad and will help to sell out car on desired price else money will be returned, when i asked how do quikr make profit and earn money, what is the business model, he said quikr help consumer to sell out the car at their desired price and for this they charge rs 2002/- which will be returned back if car is not sole by quikr on the desired price. Hence i paid rs 2002/-. On 4-nov-2017, ad is removed by quikr from premium ad, when i asked qukr and mr ganesh they are denying the fact and saying that it was for 750 clicks only. They never informed me about this 750 clicks, hence i asked them to provide the call details to verify the truth but they are neither providing the call recording nor acknowledging the emails. I am continuously follwing up from last 5 days but no reply, eveytime i call, they say its escalated and will take time to refund. They are not refunding the money.
                                      Its a clear cheating and wrong business practice. I have raised it to consumer court, the docket no is 502698.
                                      There are other platform for available for buyer seller as well, quikr is really cheating their customer.

                                      Quikr - Premium ad - All you need to know about how they cheat

                                      There are many platforms available for online sell and buy of many products.
                                      This writeup is for quikr premium ad or paid ad and how it work in reality.

                                      Why do someone wants to pay for the ads which can be posted freely on every available platform?

                                      Definitely for few benefitial servises or somthing which can clearly differentiate between paid and fee ad.

                                      This is where Quikr cheats, and they cheats without keeping any track of their call records so that you can never ask them about the call records to

                                      verify what was communicated to you by quikr representative.

                                      Lets see, how they do it.

                                      Once your ad is posted on quikr, their representative will call you informaing they will provide guaranteed service in such a way that quikr will

                                      help you to get your product sell out at your desired price. If they can not then they will refund your money.
                                      So its easy trap, customer thinking they will get help to sell out product at desired price. But this is not how it work. Guaranteed service means if

                                      someone clicks on your ad, its couted as one click and once this click count reach 750 click your ad will be out of premium ad service. Now you have

                                      no idea who all these 750 people who clicked your ad neither there will be any offer from any of them.

                                      So you are paying to their business model which works on pay per click and you dont have record of what was promised to you over phone or the record

                                      of who are these 750 so called people who clicked your ad.

                                      I unfornunately got trapped and wheh i asked for call records to verify what was communicated to me, they said there is no call record and neither

                                      record of 750 people.

                                      So its a cheating on false promises. I put it in consumer court (consumer court case docket number is 502698.) and when quikr had called me to argue, i have recorded the call and its very clear from the way quikr was arguening.

How does quikr justify what they promise as premium ad service. Need to list of 750 clicks and call recording of what was communicated while selling this

                                      Received one more call from quikr [protected] on 27-Nov-2017 at 10:55 am, asking for more money if i want to get the money back. I have the call recordings and can provide both the call recordings for verification to authorized person from "https://www.consumercomplaints.in";

                                      I received the same call for upgrading my car to premium by Quikr. Here they said the same thing in case if they can't sell my car then amount Rs.3100/- will be refunded. But fortunately I searched about it & found these complaints here.
                                      Thanks to those who launched these complaints on portal. But I don't know how long such people gonna misuse & loot innocent ones. We still belive on consumer Forum that's why am many people are complaining here. Humble request to act against it than just filling up these pages with complaints.

                                        Hi i had ordered ps-4 on quikr as the seller described its one month old and
                                        He had all the accessories but i received a ps 2 which is like a decade old one,
                                        Quikr team atleast check what product they are picking up as per the description, there are so many frauds are trying to cheat people using such type of loop holes, quikr team is telling to contact the seller and talk and that seller mobile is switched off, my order ad id is[protected], please refund my money,
                                        Please do needfull asap.
