Sir,
Quikr delivered a mobile (Moto g4 plus 32gb) on this order. Quikr had advertised this product as "certified". The mobile did not function properly. Upon complaint, quikr picked up the product but after 3 weeks and after lot of follow-up.
I was issued a replacement mobile which was also defective. It used to continuously hang from day 1. I was not even able to switch off the mobile. Quikr agreed to do reverse pick-up. This has been pending for 2 weeks now. Hence, i have neither received refund nor replacement mobile.
I request for refund as i have lost 40 days already and have bought another mobile as i needed a mobile immediately.
Also, when i bought the product, i was promised paytm credit, free otg cable and free silver coin. Otg cable and silver coin are not yet delivered even after 40 days. Today, customer support answered saying gifts are issued subject to availability. From my discussions so far, i dont think quikr has a process of tracking open requests and orders - eg. Which customer has to receive a free gift, send him an update periodically on when the free gift will be delivered.

This is the continuation of my earlier complaint on Quikr. Yesterday the guy who rudely disconnected my phone lied to customer care and told them that he asked me to submit my bank details which he never asked. Further, when I called your customer care today afternoon, your representative Sachin rudely talked to me. I have never seen pathetic liars like your customer care representatives are. I want my money back ASAP on the bank details which I forwarded to [protected]@quikr.com or else I will raise the entire issue with media and consumer court. Don't forget you guys have my phone and I haven't received a single rupee from you. So pay me as soon as possible
