I purchased saree for rs. 160 + delivery charges rs. 52 (Total rs. 212) online through quikrbazaar. They debited the money from my debit card and not delivered the product.
I am keep on sending the mail to the quikr support. They are replying that within 24 hours we will get back to you. But, after 72 hours also, they were not called to my number and not responded.
They cheated me.

    My ad id - 83885, i have handed over asus zenfone 5 yesterday on[protected] with payment scheduled on my paytm account. When i called customer care the status of my payment has been stuck for some technical problem and the customer care personnel rudely cut his phone. When the world over the paytm payment is working fine why the hell its problem with me. Quikr looks to keep the money with itself for a while and doesn't want to deliver on time. They have lots of things to irritate buyers and sellers on their site. But while coming to their own responsibilities they show such third rated behaviour. I want my payment as soon as possible.

    This is the continuation of my earlier complaint on Quikr. Yesterday the guy who rudely disconnected my phone lied to customer care and told them that he asked me to submit my bank details which he never asked. Further, when I called your customer care today afternoon, your representative Sachin rudely talked to me. I have never seen pathetic liars like your customer care representatives are. I want my money back ASAP on the bank details which I forwarded to [protected]@quikr.com or else I will raise the entire issue with media and consumer court. Don't forget you guys have my phone and I haven't received a single rupee from you. So pay me as soon as possible

      I had posted an ad for my car on quikr on 3rd october 2017. I had paid around 400 rupees. On the same day i got a call from a mr lokesh from quikr who coaxed me into buying an additional premium service to get more chances of my car being sold. He said that by paying 1500 more i will have guaranteed contacts and if i don't get 100 contacts in a months time then the full amount will be refunded. I bought the service on 3rd october 2017

      I probably had around 5 - 6 contacts from parties who did not respond further. Around 2 months had passed and when i called the quikr helpline they asked me to send an e-mail to [protected]@quikr.com. I got a call from quikr and they asked me to install paytm so they can send the refund.
      They only returned rs 392.70 on 30th november. When i e-mailed them again for an explaination they did not call nor write back
      When i called the helpline some mr khan promised a callback from the sales team in mumbai.
      I don't know if the calls are recorded for the sales team as i feel they are mis selling their products.
      I want a full refund from quikr and interest for the inconvenience they have caused by not providing a contact to deal with the issue and for misleading me into buying their product.
      I will do further negative publicity online if this is not resolved in a weeks time

        Sir,

        Quikr delivered a mobile (Moto g4 plus 32gb) on this order. Quikr had advertised this product as "certified". The mobile did not function properly. Upon complaint, quikr picked up the product but after 3 weeks and after lot of follow-up.

        I was issued a replacement mobile which was also defective. It used to continuously hang from day 1. I was not even able to switch off the mobile. Quikr agreed to do reverse pick-up. This has been pending for 2 weeks now. Hence, i have neither received refund nor replacement mobile.

        I request for refund as i have lost 40 days already and have bought another mobile as i needed a mobile immediately.

        Also, when i bought the product, i was promised paytm credit, free otg cable and free silver coin. Otg cable and silver coin are not yet delivered even after 40 days. Today, customer support answered saying gifts are issued subject to availability. From my discussions so far, i dont think quikr has a process of tracking open requests and orders - eg. Which customer has to receive a free gift, send him an update periodically on when the free gift will be delivered.

          Recently i have added a ad on quikr... So i got call from quikr department by the name of alok... He is not respecting a customer using abusing language... I got a call from particular number ends with (7211)... I want complaint on that quikr for the irresponsible department... Please take action immediately... I dont want get calls from quikrr... Or disturb me again...

            I was contacted by chennai team to promote my ad as premium in 5 cities package and collected rs 3000 against invoice no: lf/299090/17-18. However my ad was not promoted as assured by banumathy. [protected]@quikr.com. Subsequently i could not get banumathy on phone. I tried to get customer care person pushpalatha. [protected]@quikr.co.in and response was improper. As my ad was not promoted as assured, i want rs 3000 which i paid to be refunded.

              A person named deepak jain ph no:[protected] has posted a add in quikr jobs on 2/12/2017 mentioned as jobs for civil engineering in l&t company, i called him and asked the details he said that "we are going conduct a test mam for that you need to deposit a security amount of 2150 to the following account

              Name of the bank :coorporation bank

              Name of the account holder:vikram singh

              Account num:[protected]"

              I said ok and i have paid the amount, then the test was completed by the link he had given and scored 16/20. He said to take a screen shot of the marks sheet and mail that sheet, after mailing he said ok mam as today is saturday working hours are completed so i will proceed on your profile on monday. On monday he called me and asked to pay the amount of 4200 for further verification of certificates then i said that i need to cancel my profile and get my money refunded he said ok mam we will refund you but you need to pay an amount of 18% of security amount 2150. I have deposited rs 390 to the account details given above that fellow told that your amount will be refunded on 5/12/217 (Tuesday). I didnt get any refund amount and i called him to ask about the refund initiation then he said on saturday (9/12/2017) we are going to refund your amount, as i called on saturday he said that sorry mam we are going to refund you on monday, till now i didnt get any refund from that fellow please look after this and refund my amount here i am attaching files of amount transferred by me

              Unknowingly i ordered an item from quikr for 4200 / the same is available for 4100 ( new one ) so i want to cancel the order

There is no company as such. He will take interview over phone only. He will ask you to first send the photo of yours, resume and talking unwanted / mischievous' things.                   Hi team,

                  I availed rto service from quikr for transferring my registration number from m. P. To maharashtra. I pre paid the entire amount of 14987. However, they were unable to provide me the service.

                  Now its been more than one and a half months and they have not refunded the amount despite assuring that it takes 10 to 12 working days to refund and despite making several requests.

                  I made payment through transaction id: oct398q.

                  Kindly look into the issue.

                    I had posted ad of one of my home item to sell on quikr (Ad id:[protected] for 9000. I also had received 2 offers for that. Then a quikr employee laxman gore calls me and tells me he will make my item sell at rs 15000 and he has buyers pan india to do so. He will take care of the selling part and i do even have to bother. But i would need to make a payment of 1000 for this to make my ad premium to happen and i would also be eligible for 9-10 more appliances. But to my horror after the payment was made (Apart from dat day), he stopped taking my watsapp messages or calls. Nor quikr or laxman gore has sold my item and my premium ad time has also expired
                    Why did laxman gore make me false promises? And how quikr is allowing employees to do such things by making false promises.
                    Please return my entire 1000 promotional money that i have paid to quikr or sell my item for 15000 as commited by quikrr employee (Laxman gore)

                    Similar happened with me .. the pan india thing and selling at higher price and that he has buyers..

                    How the hell can quikr allow such wake promises to be made by their salesman.
                    Ad[protected] item sold a week before but amount is still not deposited to.my account. Even if I m already got a confirmation mail regarding amount successfully transfered.

                      Theres this guy who has posted an ad for "[censored]zu puppies for adoption", we contacted him on this number [protected] and he told us the puppies are free for adoption but he will charge us for the transportation of the puppy which was rs 1860. Which i paid through paytm. The puppy is supposed to reach today as per what he told and he is not picking the calls or replying for my texts. Please take an actiom against people like this, who ruin your apps name and break peoples trust.

                        Please don't believe quikr for posting ads as I have paid the amount and still my ad has not been posted. The executives will talk to you nicely before collecting the money, after that there won't be any proper response from them. Have complained many times through calls and mails. No use no body would attend calls after collecting the money. So people don't waste your money in posting an ad under quikr. Olx is far better than quikr. Quikr is very much fraud and they are cheaters.

                          Hi,

                          I selected one bed in quickr and quoted some amount and the seller accepted the request. I paid the money in the morning i. E on 8th december. The request ad is[protected].in the evening i got a message saying the seller not intersted in selling the item which is #. I got a call from quickr saying that i will get my money back which is fine and i am not worried about that. The point here is there was a loop hole i. E why the seller is accepting first and then after the payment he is not interested (In this case he does not know the process).

                          The payment wil be done by buyer once the seller accepts always. So as a buyyer i wasted my day till the evening i was expecting the delivery. I am suggesting to keep a process lock once the payment is done the seller has to deliver his things. It applicable to me as well if i am selling any product in quickr.

                          Please take this point in considertaion to lock the process before payment so that buyer will not have any time waste

                            I already posted a complaint to quikr and have received no reply from them yet.
                            This is annoying now.
                            I paid for a prepium ad service and since i haven’t got any benefits as such i want my money back.

                            I have tried contacting quikr by calls emails and compaints on this portal and quikr is deliberately ignoring it.

                            #friendly advise for indians who want to resale their products - prefer olx to quikr. Far far better service and much quicker than quikr.

                              I had applied for job on 6-12-17, for the post of dentist in quikr job id[protected]. And for the same i got a call today to come over for the interview. The institution which is given in job is of breach candy hospital. The lady sent me address of location where i was supposed to give the interview. Address was of bandra whereelse the hospital is located in byculla when i questioned her about it she said that main office is in bandra. I went over 2:00'clock on 8-12-17. She asked me to stay someone would be coming to take me to the location. The person took me building forever wellness 74 hill road. I was been asked to wait there. Some fellow came and he just started branding his company.. Was trying to make sure i would join him. This is utter nonsense.. They are trying to increase customers under someothers name and.. We apply for jobs for dentist not for selling some brand. Such ad should be blocked and the institution name under which they are working should be informed.

                                I sold this on doorstep and the item got delivered to the buyer successfully. I received the cash on my quikr cash and i requested to transfer it to my bank account.
                                Then i received this sms from quikr saying
                                "we have successfully transferred rs.2126.00 from your quikr cash balance to your bank account"

                                  I have purchased a used mobile from quikr, its a sony ericsson z550i, ad no. Is[protected]. It was delivered to me on 4th december 2017, since then i am trying to get in touch with quikr warranty department, but i am not getting any respone except this that we have noted your number and we will contact you shortly and i did not got ant call. I had called up many times but same recorded message starts that we have noted your number, wil contact you soon. I have pain extra for the warranty. And i am not getting any help from quikr. Request you to take some steps if required.

                                    Sir i have seen an ad on quickr of iphone x and went for the option of chat and buy. I chat with the company on there given whatsapp number and they agreed to give me phone for 20000. I have paid 20000 in there given account and now they have removed the ad as well as blocked me on whatsapp. If your need i am ready to give you the bank details of that company. Plz sir do something to give my 20000 back

                                      You guys are big fraud. And i have never expected such service from you. Quikr is such a big name. I am filling complaint in consumer forum against you.
                                      When i first time placed an ad i got call for premium package and i agreed and till the time i did not deposit cheque i was getting call every hour and i deposited cheque 8 days back still my pack is not active. Daily i keep calling but no one receives my call and they give false commitment ke ho jayega aaj.

                                      Worst service and fraud.

                                        I have ordered one plus 2 64 gb black on 27th nov through order id 10308017 which i received on 01-dec - 2017 at 7 pm bearing imei no.[protected]
                                        After receiving the phone i checked the phone and found the following faults

                                        1. Charging process of phone is very slow (I. E. 100% charging takes more then 12 hours)
                                        2. Charger you have provided is duplicate
                                        3. Bettery get drained whithin 2-3 hours (If the bettry is 3300 mah that should at least run 7-8 hours even though phone is old because new one plus 2 phones battery life is 12-13 hours)
                                        4. One side of loudspeaker is not working (Due to this we cant talk on loudspeaker while driving or noisy place
                                        5. Dent on the corner of phone is not minor
