Dear sir
I had seen a post in quite services of computer operator in poisar car world in siliguri, and so i have applied it for of the next day. I war contacted by prime zone services congratulating me as i was short listed for poodar car world in siliguri, i was so happy by that news by the mean time they asking me registreer paying an amount of 2000, post which i will be provided job at poodar car world.
I registered paying an amount of 2000 just for a job as i was unemployed. I was forced to further pay up 3800 by prime zone services saying that only then i will be provided reference id and confirmation code. He is said me 3600 refund for my account. I got the some but company started asking 6000 for verification and said me that is the last amount and we will mail you joining letter and offer letter.
I refused to pay further amount and asked for refund.
But no refund has happened even after calling many times
Please sir help me recover all my money as i am unemployed and i took all loan from my friend s and neighbor.

    A guy name mohamed ramiz uddin on quikers posting ad on quicker for iphones for cheap price and then asking the money to be transferred through paytm ive send the required money and then asking for additional charge for sending the item asked him to returen but he doesn't answer only by send the additional charge i knew he is afraud at this time my money is fine now but i need pple to be aware of this fraud cuz his aid still on quicker every time try to report say error occurred i hope quicker do something about these scum bags.

      Escalation against : sairab khan, syed tabarak, prem singh - quikr rm

      There was one cashback pending for selling this item via quikr. Mr. Sairab khan committed on this cashback to be processed by septemeber, 2017 over email.
      The product was sold via quikr channel where quikr representative only prepared the price for the product after discussing with me.
      And after this product was sold, i did not receive the paytm cashback of rs.300/-
      After checking with multiple times with the store rm, and after getting commitment from them that the cashback will be processed soon, still i did not receive anything in my wallet.

      Now this matter has breached my patience limit and this has to be compensated now with immediate priority.

      Please provide me compensatory cashback on my paytm wallet asap.

        I have bought paid listing in oct 2017 after got a call from quikr representive named jay from maharashtra.. He said that they will provide leads and help me to sale off my things... Till date after more than 40 days i don't receive even a single lead and moreover that representative is not picking my phone. And even blocked my number. Fake company fake people. I want my refund... Once i have paid 1500 and after that they insisted me to pay 4500 more to avail the lead service.. I want my hard earned money back from that fraud company..

          I have created paid listing on 9.11.2017 after got a call from quikr representive that they will provide leads. Till date after 15 days i don't receive even a single lead and moreover representatives are not picking my phone. Fake company fake people. Don't pay any money to them. They are cheaters. This kind of companies make profit by cheating people. Don't waste your money on this kind of companies. Beware of such kind of companies.

                I had enlisted the services of your quikr rto services to obtain noc for my motorcycle registered in mumbai and get it re-registered in bangalore. I paid rs 22000 to get the road tax paid in karnataka, for which i received a receipt from quikr rto. For obtaining the noc and re-registration i paid rs 8500 on 13/09/2017. The following are my issues:

                1) they have given me different deadlines for getting the noc. After i follow up after one deadline is missed, they apologize and give me another deadline. This has been going on for last two months.

                2) they have taken my original rc for the noc purpose but not provided me any receipt.

                3) they have provided two escalation numbers, but they don't answer calls or messages on this number. I have sent escalation mails to them, but they reply only once in a while.

                I have a buyer for this bike and i am getting a good price for it. Because of quikr rto delay, he said he will not be ready to buy the bike any more. Also, i can't sell the bike in mumbai also because they have taken my original rc card.

                I have asked them to return my payment and rc book since they are not doing my work, but they are not responding to that also.

                Kindly help me resolve this issue.

                Hi Quikr team,

                It seems that no action has been taken from your end. It has been one month since I filed this complaint. Your RTO services team remains as unresponsive as ever. They don't pick my calls, reply to my texts or e-mails. My original documents are stuck at your end, as a result of which the sale of my bike is pending since 4 months. I have had to pass on many lucrative sale offers due to the this inexplicable and unjustifiable delay from your end. I have planned to raise a request for a duplicate RC card as it seems that your agents have lost it. As a result, I will have to file an FIR with the police and I will state in that Quikr RTO services is responsible for that loss. I will also be naming each and every person I have corresponded with in that department in that FIR as being responsible for this loss. I will also consult my lawyer if some case needs to filed in this regard against you. If so, you will receive a communication from him.

                  I am very disappointed with quikr service. I bought on 17th still waiting phone delivery and seller also waiting for pick up and daily changing updates for delivery and now i have decided to cancel my phone also want to refund. I also sent mail many times but there is no one to respond form quikr end now i am feeling i was cheated my quikr and i will never ever buy or sell on quikr due to worst services and wrong commitments.

                    Accidentally, i bought a voucher from quikr worth 2511 rs. Actually i have sold a product on quikr and there is option for transfer the money in the bank account and in side there is another option o[censored]rban ladder than i just click on it to just see the details but then i got the voucher and they not even confirmed from me about it. On that day i call to them and asked about that than they called me that please call us after 24hours because we will get complete information about 24 hours than i called to them on next day then they call me that the amount is initiated in my bank account an i will get my money within 3-5 days and today when i asked to them that i didn't received my money yet then they are calling that you will get urban ladder voucher only. Now, i am from middle class family and i am not able to use urban ladder voucher because it is very expensive site for me so please give me my money back and take your voucher.

                      A person named vishnu gupta called me from quikr stating that he would help in providing leads or buyers who are ready to buy the machinery i wanted to sell urgently.
                      He told me to pay 4300/- to which i have the receipt and stated that i would be getting the leads or buyers immediately once the payment is done.
                      It's been almost 20 days but till date i haven't got any response and now he's switched of his mobile. If this is the way quikr is cheating people i would like to tell them that i would drag them to consumer court and file a cheating case i already have every evidence required from phone recordings to bill reciept.
                      If the issue is not resolved in 3 days time i file a consumer complaint to quikr india for duping people.
                      The concerned person which called me details have been shared below. Quikr india consider this and get back to me with the updated status of my complaints asap.

                      I had placed add to sell my car, then i got call from quiker to take premium package which is 100% refundable and after payment within 7 days deal will be done for sure, i paid 2500 and its been 15 days now but no reponse and his phone is also switched off now. I have been cheated by giving false information. I have the phone recordings and invoice copy as evidence, which will help me file case against u in consumer court.

                          I have ordered printer from quikr, it seems to be good after seeing description of product, i did the payment of 1800/-. But when the product was delivered it was totally scrap. The cartridge was missing from that, screws were not there and even it was not getting started. I reported to quikr for this, but they said they are not responsible for that, we are only the middle man and will not do anything in that case.

                          If quickr is not responsible for that then who is going to take responsibility. Quikr is totally fake site, they are just to earn money and does not care of customers. Quikr, you guys are fake and your life is very less in market.

                          I got the call from quikr team. They are not ready to refund my amount saying that they are not responsible for your deal, they are only the middle man. So what to do now?, I am helpless. If such a big brand like quikr is putting there hands up and telling that we are not responsible, than how it is possible to do any other deal on this site.

                          This means that the quirk is fake site and they are not bothered about end customers. And how the government is allowing such fake site to run. This needs to be shut down ASAP or many other customer like me will loose there money.

                            I have purchased one iphone 6s with order i'd.10292772 from quikr certified phonesfor 19915/- but it turned out to be a faulty so i complaint against it to customer care within 5days of the delivery as they promised 7days replacement policy. So they asked me to make a video and to send it to their email with an application and promised a response within 2days but they have not contacted me from 5 days. This company enjoys a great reputation in the market so i request them to refund my money as i bought a new one. Resolution demanded: an apology letter from company official, and want my money to be refunded.

                              I have purchased treadmill via quicker doorstep add id is[protected]
                              It was taken too much time for pick up, no proper response was given by quicker i made more than 50 calls no reply to my previous complaint
                              This same treadmill was ordered and delivered to me under doorstep
                              But delivery was done outside my building with resonn that machine was not fitting under my lift. Even the unloading of machine from delivery vehicle was not done
                              I had to pay 200 to my building watchman for unloading of machine and 500 to other labors for for moving this machine from ground floor where it was delivered to my home. I had paid applicable charges to quicker. Still i had to pay 700 excess money for this deal
                              I have contacted quicker and gati courior who delivered product no response to me
                              This is littrealy harrasement to me.

                                I have received my product from quikr on 18-nov'17 3:00pm but the product is in damaged stage, as i sean in the picture there is no damage & i checked with concern owner they are also stating that the product is not in damaged when they picked from bangalore
                                We have paid cost for shipping also but you people are given worst service
                                Now i got the loss of money and time
                                Please find the attached damaged images & get the solution at the earliest
                                Note: immediately i called to your quikr team regarding this & they have given u r mail id.
                                I need the solution in 24hrs if not i will put the case on consumer forum and i will go legally on quikr

                                  I had canceled an order on 9th of november 2017.
                                  As i was informed by the company, the payment was to be received within 4-7 working days. However, past 7 working days i have not yet received my amount back in my bank account, from which the payment was done via netbanking. The order number of the mentioned transaction/canceled order is : 10294999. I have also raised this issue via customer care telephone service and no action was taken other than stating that the repayment will be made within the 4-7 working days period which clearly has not happened.

                                    I purchased an iphone 6 from quikr which was stated as "like new" on their website. I received it about 4 hours ago (20th nov) and am appalled by their service. And that to the price was ~18k which is very close to the actual price of the product.

                                    1) the packaging was done very poorly. The phone was wrapped in a bubble wrap and sent in a cardboard box.

                                    2) the charger was a 3rd party charger which was not working at all.

                                    3) the phone's screen kept flickering black (Normally indicating replaced screen, not sure though)

                                    4) the back of the phone has many patches and chipped paint. (As shown in the image attached.)

                                    I advise no one to buy from quikr whatsoever. Their service is pathetic and customer care even worse. I want a complete refund for my product.

                                        I listed the product i wanted to sell on quikr. Soon a sales representative from quikr called and advised me to buy premium pack worth rs.1300.

                                        For which they would provide me premium ad services and most importantly a person will come from quikr and after checking my product they will list it as certified product so it can sell faster and quikr will provide 6 months warranty for any user who buys it.

                                        After purchasing premium services. The sales person stopped answering my calls. Well i thought i got scammed but called up customer service of quikr and they did say i have made a recent purchase of the premium ad, though they said they have no such "certified" service when i queried about it.

                                        Now the sales representative has blatantly lied on how quikr is going to provide me the certified service and/or used his gibberish tactics to misinform clients to buy the premium service.

                                        I want a full refund as i haven't used the premium service since day one and have been calling them up since then and reported it. And quikr basically doesn't have a refund policy for this. It's a premium support how can you not give refund? If you haven't used any.

                                        I request a full refund for this otherwise i see this as a big scam by quikr.
