Number is[protected] but when i called back nobody picks up.
I never used quikr in my life. So cancel this order as it is not done by me.

    — my complaint —
    1) quikr runs sales team which contacts customer and by telling lies they asks for money over phone by promising to sell products online.
    2) after getting money from customers, it stop to contact the customers.
    3) customer care support dont help in the issue.
    4) after i fed-up with their service, even they refuse to give refund or service on customer care.
    5) after nearly one month none helps are care from quikr after taking my money.

    Sir,

    I have been cheated by a quikr sales staff on yesterday (28-sep-2017) by false information and false commitment. The sales person only tried deceived me to make payment.

    I realized it only after i made a call to quickr customer care service today (29-sep-2017) and they told me the actual pack and services and how it work. Which is not what i have been told.

    I feel very sad its a big fraudulent sales team run by quikr. I feel my legitimated trust on quikr is doubtful now.. I need full refund of my money and strict action should be taken at concern sales person..

    1) quikr has verified section package at rs.1200
    2) quikr automatically increases the price of my product around 8, 500 - 12, 000
    3) quikr team will verify my product by visiting my home to check if the product is eligible.
    4) if my product not eligible they will give me refund.
    5) 3 months warranty and service provided by quikr company after selling the product to another customer.
    6) free door delivery to customer who buy it at no extra cost from me
    7) quikr will sell my product within 10 days.
    8) disconnected my call after he realized i have made a payment.

    Again and again I'm complaining. Still no response. My refund was again intiated on16 Oct still I didn't get the money. If I'm not going to get within 10 days you'll suffer. You will pay for this. I'm not going to tolerate you.

    They don't even ready to answer my honest questions, they were active only till receiving money online, I think better we move to consumer court, please guide me and join me, we will share all court expenses.       I am darshan and i am order to quikr in i ball mobile. Model one plus one and phone charger it no work that in delivery first time charger is not work that i am first time to chek mobile and charger to be connected but charger is no working so i am complaint so i am request for that replace the charger and really true that i am fully charger check that it's any problem in charging so please replace.

        My name is sahil jain. I got a call from quikr they offered me job at icici bank but they askee for registration with 650rps and i payed them through paytm. After that they are demanding for more money. So i asked for refund they said it will take 1 month and now they dnt pick any call. Help me get my money back.           I have booked a samsung galaxy 3 neo mobile and there was notified that display changed but when i call to customer so he told that display is damaged and it has to bee changed. I have been deceived, please refund my cash as soon as possible so that i can book another mobile. Please refund asap. I have purchased the mobile in rupees 2180 and and i want to get refund as soon as possible so that i can purchase another one which i am observing on quikr and it seems like i have been deceived and i lost my trust by this one i just eagerly need to get my refund because i want to purchase another mobile and and there is no option to cancel order which is dragging me in trouble and i am just very tense to it. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. I can not tolerate more.

            Hi i had placed order for used mobile on quikr but somehow couldnt get response from selller end and had to cancel order. Ad id[protected]. I got an mesage from quikr that my refund was initiated on 9th nov 2017 and now at day 3 my refund of rs 5000/- is still pending. I had transfered my 5000 rs from quikr cash balance to my source account. Transaction id[protected]. Please complete my refund as soon as possible asi had ordered quikr certified mobile by cod and it could be delivered anyday. Please initiate my refund of rs 5000/- as soon as possible.               I had purchased a wardrobe and made instant payment to quikr while they failed to deliver the wardrobe as it couldn't be dismantled.. And i've made the payment on 27th oct and have been behind them being my own money till date i've sent the bank statements to [protected]@quikr.com too while they say the payment is made on 3rd november where as the bank says that there is no such transaction id present... M frustrated and lodging a police complaint... I've already registered here where i had no response... What i'd like to convey others is don't use this app as it is fraudulent... I

              Till date I haven't received any response from their side I guess they are gambling with my money bloody corporate beggars aren't shamed to withhold my money... Don't provide proper service.. Planning to meet up the media so I can see to it none others get into their trap..

                Dear team,

                I would kilike to appreaciate the whole quikr team, who work round the clock and fulfiling the customers requirements thru providing a platform of buying and selling on quikr.com

                But i regret to inform you that, this time i got duped by seller and delivered a wrong product what i have purchased. I have ordered two doors shoe rack one drawer, dimension are h92-l60-b34 (As shown in the product details)
                But seller delivered a one door, one drawer shoe rack, in pics i have attached the drawer is not working properly, out of order and door is also not working properly.

                May i have request to your dilligent team, kindly accept my request to return this wrong product and return my hard earned money to my account.

                Also take proper action towards the seller who provided wrong product to me. It might possible in past they would have delivered such wrong product also or might be possible on near future they will provide again wrong product.

                Kindly take neccesary action, do the needful and start a process of returning of my hard earned money.

                Dear Team,

                I appreciate the your efforts and concern over this matter. Yesterday i have mailed the seller and raised this issue.

                Unexpectedly the seller called me back, and heard the issue and given assurance to replace the wrongly delivered product to purchased one.

                By 16:00:00 hrs (sunday) i got my stuff in good condition as shown in picture.

                I appreciate the efforts of seller and Mr. Sachin, who given me confidence of buying stuff from genunine seller.

                Have a great future ahead to your all team members and seller.

                  08.10.2017 i saw quikr advertisement so decide i have buy through seller buyer option. Already i have asking to confirmation quikr staff they are accepted but seller is not accepted my speaking to not redy willingness product so i grievance asking to refund my money but till date any payment return to my bank sir so please help me.                       I had purchase a package for recruting employees in our organisation by paying 1000rs, after that quikr empolyee name: vineesh called me and suggested he will convert my package into gold prime and made me to pay 2550extra
                      Immediatly after paying the money my service was not activated and he is not responding proprerly i paid on[protected] till today service was not activated
                      Iam requesting u to refund my money back or provide me the services which was promised by ur employee.

                      You are right- they are doing business like FEKU- how long they will survive in the market.

                          I had make a online payment of 4360 on 27th october to quikr for redmi 4a mobile as i needed fast delivery from seller he denied and i had canceled the deal for that quikr guys charge me 200 for cancelation and refunded amount to quikr wallet and i initiate to my sources account they said it will take 5 to 7 days to reflect in my account but till 8th november nothing has happend from 5th november i call them everyday they only make false promises my ad[protected] please help me out.

                            *few days back i got a call from a quikr agent after posting an add of my iphone he told me that he will help me in selling my phone @31500 with guarantee but now he's not responding to me well. Ignoring my calls and i have made a payment of 1200 rupees. Basically he made me fool, i just wanted to sell two phones but he made my buy the package of 5 phones.
                            I want refund of 1200 rupees.

                                Hi,

                                I had initiated a refund of rs. 815 via transaction id:[protected] to my paytm account which is the original source through which the payment was made. I have already received a message from quikr saying that "we have successfully refunded rs. 815.0 from your quikr cash balance to your source account", but same is not reflecting in my account yet.
                                Request you to please take an action and help me getting my money back.

                                  I applied for a driver job in usa in response to an advertisement published in quikr.com, i received an email from usa ([protected]@gmail.com) saying that i was selected as family driver to his house in usa my salary is 3800 $, and he told me to send national id copies. So i send my id copies, after that there was no information from them,
                                  Please don't fall prey to these type of job scammers, they are online id thieves.

                                    I had opted for quikr rto services for ownership transfer in bangalore on 9th aug, 2017 to get the registration of a bike transferred in my name (Which i had purchased from another person few days ago).
                                    I had made full payment of inr 1800 (Ref no. : aug781q). The quikr agent (Nawaz) collected all original documents (Original rc, forms 29 & 30) on 10th aug, 2017. It has been 3 months since and i haven't received my new rc (I was given 21 days timeline).
                                    All the times that i called, i was told that either the printing was pending at rto, then the rto required my address proof again (Because the rto had misplaced it), so i sent my address proof again. Now the agent (Nawaz) has stopped picking up my calls, and the quikr contact person ilyas pasha is also not responding to my e-mails.
                                    So far it has been a very frustrating experience and now i am losing patience.
                                    It's my humble request to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                    Please provide an email ID on which I can share my contact number.
                                    I do not wish to share it on a public forum to avoid spam calls and messages.
                                    I had given for quikr RTO services for my car's (KA05ML3890) hypothecation removal 4 months back. I paid the service charge Rs. 1000.

                                    Nawaz the quikr agent, collected original RC and documents, he told after 25 working days he will give the updated RC. Nov 3rd RTO people said there is a signature mismatch. So we went to RTO and made signature, then they told within 5 working days we will get the updated RC.

                                    Till now we didn't get the RC, and Nawaz is not picking our calls.

                                    Please anyone in the quikr service help us get the RC.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I rigister on auikr to find job... Then the call me and say that your resume is shorlisted
                                      And then asked 2000rs for ragistration
                                      I diposite money on prime zone services they r connected to with this prime zone account
                                      Then they call me for interview and after inteview they say that i m selected in honda automobile company as a computer operator... I was very happy... Then they again call me from
                                      [protected] this no. And forced to pay 3800rs for document verification and say we refunded that money... Then i diposited that mone again on prime zone services
                                      Then the again call me and asked 6200 for security and force to pay it... I pay that money
                                      Then after 2 days they again call me and say that for your salary accoun in hdfc banck ypu shuld pay 1400rs amount and force to pay in one day... I pay that money
                                      Then they say the joing letter & id card of company & you atm car is provides to your current adress... And your money will refunded...
                                      But after calling so many times they do not respond my call
                                      And not refunded my mone & and joining letter etc.
                                      Plz sir refunded my money...& cheak my joing letter
                                      Totally 13, 400rs money is diposited in prime zone... Plz refund my money sir

                                      I ragister on quikr for job...then they call me and asking for money for ragistration...I diposited money...i was contected with prime zone services

                                      And they told me that joing letter and Company Id cart And ATM card will be provided on my permanant adress...
                                      but i didn't get any joining letter and didn't get my money back...

                                        I sold a sofa set for an neighbor of mine who is a senior citizen with quikr doorstep but have not received full payment till now. Already payed the amount from my pocket now i am struggling to get my money back, it has been like more then 3 months now but i do not have any update.
                                        I keep them calling every alternate day but they always have the same thing wait for 24 hours, 72 hours it's under process.
                                        I have more then 55 email conversation but my email is not answered as no one is bothered.

                                        Spoke to people mani, pawan, sairab, syed many more no one could help me.
