​on 8th november 2017, i had re-submitted (After attaching ucd letter) to randstand, chennai my composite claim form (Form no.19) duly filled in and complete in all respects, along with all necessary documents by speed post. Randstand chennai confirmed receipt of these documents vide their email dated 25 november 2017
Now the concern is that it's more than two months that neither i have received the proceeds of final withdrawal of pf nor heard anything from randstad chennai despite a number of email reminders sent to them, the last being dated 12 january 2018. I have also been trying to contact the team pf over telephone for the last 15-20 days continuously but they would never pick up their extension numbers and when routed through the operator the same thing happens. For this matter i have been wasting my lot of precious time in trying to contact them to know their response but all in vain. I am a senior citizen and is in great pain for their inaction in the matter. Its very unfortunate. I request to expedite the matter and at least show the courtesy to apprise me of the latest status. I need to know my pf withdraw status. I sent documents on sep and team has confirmed that they have received the docs. When i am following up about the status, there is no response to email or call and there were no records found in epf govt site with my uan number and i have not received money yet. Please help me to resolve this issue and let me know if need further details.

PF Not Received
My Self Syed Minahaj Rahil has worked with Randstad from 26 AUGUST 2013 to 31st May 2017. PF No :TN/51929/1979 and have submitted the PF withdrawal form on 21st June 2017 to Randstad office Hyderabad. I have not received any status of the form submission from Randstad office. When I check EPFO portal form submission status is also not reflecting any positive status.As per EPFO portal it is reflecting as:(NO RECORD IS AVAILABLE FOR MEMBER_ID : TNMAS[protected]
Please help me resolve this matter.

I have submitted my pf form but i do not receive any amount till now for this i already do mail and they replaced me that my claim under process so wait till 15th dec 17, and now when i call to pf office in chennai they says that they do not receive any form regarding pf no-401739. So please check and clear...

I am ex employee of randstad and my resigning year is 2015. When i am transfring my epf amt to another account showing error that date of joining is not updated in your uan so i am unable to transfer my epf amount.
And i am also called on ([protected] -5 times), ([protected] -19 times), ([protected]-10 times) but no one is picking my call.

I had quit cisco on 31st march 2017 and i had submitted my pf form to randstad in the mid of aug 2017. I was told to contact jameel for any queries on pf. I contacted him (Please the email that i have sent already).

I was told that i will be getting the pf amount around mid of oct 2017. I did not get the amount till date. I'm still unemployed owing to the personal problems i have.

The response from pf office is pathetic, horrible. I have been trying to contact jameel[protected], no one is picking. Also i tried randstad help desk#[protected], a gentleman picks and transfers to pf department but no one picks the call. The kind of response via email is also horrendous, for my multiple emails i will be getting one response and that too does not have complete information. If i reply asking a question then there will not be answer for few days.

When i contacted in the month of oct 2017, i was told that my kyc documents are pending to be uploaded due to epfo were upgrading the portal. I waited for a month, i have been calling and emailing no response from pf team. I'm disappointed, anguished and saddened by the way we are treated.

It's not happening to me alone but there are many who have voiced their greviance at www.consumercomplaints.in/randstad-india-b100420

You guys deem as an reputed mnc company with more than 50+ years of experience. Is this the kind of service one supposed to get from you all.
I want to know is there any accountability for the job you guys do.

What is all about "pleased to serve" motto your company has and your email signature contains. Do you guys really adhere to it. I think you guys need to either work on it to deliver what you preach or change the motto of your company.

I have sent to e-mail regarding update my doe in my both pf no. And update my gender in pf no. Tn/85461/13477. I have sent many mails to randstad but they are not update and his office staff at mumbai and chennai are not picked any call. After visit in randstad mumbai office they are asy to me please submit your pf claim form in our office then after i will send your application to related office and after submit your pf claim form in our affice your pf claim ammount has been recieved within 4 to 5 months in your account.
So please help me.

I have worked for cisco under the payroll of randstad for 5 moths and quit in september 2016 and i would like to withdraw my pf. I have been trying to contact randstad regarding my pf settlement no one responds correctly. They have received my pf application in july 2017 till date i have not received any response apart from telling "pf is under process", i have not received any acknowledgement for their pf processing.

Randstad is the worst company i have ever worked. They are least bothered about the ex-employees.

Moreover employee and employer share pf amount is also been deducted from our salary itself. Its our harden money. They are not even giving any eta as how many days or months or years they need to settle our pf.

All telephone numbers toll numbers and toll free numbers shared are fake i believe. At times we receive automated response stating that we receive call back shortly as the agents are busy and at time there will be human interaction which is of waste telling that they dont have any update or they tell we have reached wrong department or the agent themselves will not be knowing what needs to been done or they share some email id's which is waste of time writing email to them.

Last response on email they have shared this contact number [protected]/[protected], where again there is no response. I found a number online[protected] they informed they will arrange callback till date i have not received any callback from them.

Is there any way i can get help to withdraw my pf.

I had submitted the pf withdrawal forms in may 2017 along with other documents. But haven't received the pf amount in account. Ranstad has not even provided the pf withdrawal acknowledgment copy to me. I have written several emails to them but not reply. They don't pick up phone calls nor do they reply to any email. I am unemployed at present & needed the funds on urgent basis and therefore requested for pf withdrawal.
