Hi, I am Sundar from Chennai. My email account of mine with RediffMail.com which is [protected]@rediffmail.com has become inaccessible since this morning. If I tried to use the forgot password it is showing some recovery email such as "p************[protected]@yahoo.com.kl" and mobile number such as "7*******77" which is in noway recognisable to me. I am in chennai and I think this .kl domain name belongs to some https://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/#other country. Can you help me recover my email address which is in use for over 22 years now. My alternative email is [protected]@gmail.com.

    in response to my following complaint sent repeatedly, I received every time a ticket. but no redressal.
    Complaint was.
    My phone was hacked and on my complaint it was restored. However, the settings have changed. I recieve my all emails in deleted folder instead of in box.
    Further my all emails from my inbox have been deleted. These are very important and have my research papers and important messages and docu, ments. I want these to be restored.

    You and I would not like the matter to be taken to TRAI/ Ministry of Communications.

        I HAD ORDERED 10 KG MANGOES FROM ONLINE SHOP CALLED AS thefreshfruit.in on 05/04/2022, as advertised on rediff.com. Paid RS 649 online .no delivery as promised next day. the company consumer center no [protected] does not exist. this is clear online fraud.i am complaining to police cybercell.

          I have forgotten my rediffmail password. On using the FORGOT PASSWORD option the alternate email id shown in the hint is incorrect also i have not registered mobile no at time of registration.. It is very necessary to recover the password.. please help..

                            Hello, my mail id "[protected]@rediffmail.com" is hacked and recovery details also had been changed and I am unable to recover the same.
                            My alternate mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
                            Please help me to recover my mail id, as this id is associated with my facebook account to which is also hacked, this is the only option which I have, to recover my facebook account.

                                  Just found out 2 days ago that my rediffmail id "[protected]@rediffmail.com" had been hacked and also the alternate mail id and contact number has been changed... Please look into the matter as my FB account opened with that email id has also been hacked.
