My rediff account is hacked and the hacker had changed all the information and security question.

pls contact on the alternate email id: [protected]@gmail.com
my phone no., alternate email id, and security question are changed. pls help me recover my account as soon as possible.

request you to bring a 24 hrs customer service as these are the important matter and needs immediate attentions.what all information can be used by hacker is uncertain.

My rediffmail account has been hacked by unknown person. Also my all security details are changed by unknown person. I couldn't try to login to my account.please look into the matter urgently...

My rediffmail email id when placed in the user name bar in login section does not accomodate fully. My email id being 'avijit.[protected]@rediffmail.com' just cuts into 'avijit.[protected]@rediffmail.co'
devoid of 'm' in the end. Hence i can't login into account.

My Rediffmail account with email id [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked. They have changed my recovery email address and registered mobile number. I am not able to reset my password now.
This is a very serious and urgent issue to note. Please take urgent action on this.

I am following up with Rediffmail for my account but no problem resolution from 2 years they are dragging this issue

While trying to log on to my rediffmail, I got error" wrong password" even though it was correct password. Then, I tried to reset my password. There are two options : alternate e-mail and phone number. Both of those details are not belonging to me.

I strongly feel that my email is compromised. Please retrieve it and mail to me your findings.

Recently since some months I am experiencing continuous ongoing issues with my existing Rediffmail e-mail Account. Initially I was unable to login using my correct ID and Password. So I activated the 2-Step Authorization, which apparently resolved the login issues I used to face. However, since a month or a little more, I stopped receiving the OTP sent to login on my recovery email-ID registered with my existing Rediffmail Account. Also, the OTP sent via SMS to my Cell Phone Number registered with my existing Rediffmail e-mail Account was delayed.

Now, in the month of September post writing a feedback to Rediffmail, I have started receiving the OTP via email. However, I am unable to load older emails more then a day or two be it in my Inbox, Sent Items or any other folder. However, if I try to search the emails by entering any keyword using the search options, then some old emails are pulled out, which otherwise doesn't load.

I have tried accessing my old email using different devices and browsers. However, the issue yet persists.

Kindly resolve this ASAP as I need access to all my emails in my existing Rediffmail e-mail Account. My Rediffmail e-mail ID is "[protected]@rediffmail.com".

Mr rediff email ID which is oldest and using for all important work is hacked ID is [protected]@rediffmail.com. Please recover immediately. I remember my password then also showing wrong password. when i go to forgot password my alternated email id is also change.

My rediff ID [protected]@redifmail.com has been most probably hacked. And the problem is that my alternate email id and registered phone number is also not working anymore. I also had one facebook account with the same e mail id, which is also hacked. Please look into the matter and help me out to either retrieve my id back or just close it.
