Recently since some months I am experiencing continuous ongoing issues with my existing Rediffmail e-mail Account. Initially I was unable to login using my correct ID and Password. So I activated the 2-Step Authorization, which apparently resolved the login issues I used to face. However, since a month or a little more, I stopped receiving the OTP sent to login on my recovery email-ID registered with my existing Rediffmail Account. Also, the OTP sent via SMS to my Cell Phone Number registered with my existing Rediffmail e-mail Account was delayed.
Now, in the month of September post writing a feedback to Rediffmail, I have started receiving the OTP via email. However, I am unable to load older emails more then a day or two be it in my Inbox, Sent Items or any other folder. However, if I try to search the emails by entering any keyword using the search options, then some old emails are pulled out, which otherwise doesn't load.
I have tried accessing my old email using different devices and browsers. However, the issue yet persists.
Kindly resolve this ASAP as I need access to all my emails in my existing Rediffmail e-mail Account. My Rediffmail e-mail ID is "[protected]@rediffmail.com".
