Hi,

My rediffmail account hacked on 13 June 2021 having

ID [protected]@rediffmail.com

I saw it today and tried to recover through the forgot password. Even the recovery mail & phone number is changed. Please help to resolve the issue and get me my email again.

my phone no., alternate email id, and security question are changed. pls help me recover my account as soon as possible, as there are some important datas in my A/C.

request you to bring a 24 hrs customer service as these are the important matter and needs immediate attentions.what all information can be used by hacker is uncertain.

Hope you understand the concern and provide the help on top most priority.

Updated by jores On June 8, I complained about locking of my id. Any attempt to provide alternate email id or phone are replied as invalid. I strongly believe that the alternate email id: [protected]@gmail.com and Phone number [protected] are correct, because they are the only id and phone number I have got. Kindly resolve and activate [protected]@rediffmail.com

It asked me for password change. When I tried doing that it asked me for password retrieval options viz through email or phone SMS and asked to enter the captcha code. Whenever I enter the code it always says "the code is incorrect" even though I enter the correct code number of times.
This email is impotant to me.
Please help.

Last few weeks, there have been frequent demands, 10 to 15 days, to someonefor change of passwords, purportedly from rediffmail.com. In one such instance today, every capache that I I repeated was declared 'invalid: this must have happened for 7-8 times.Then I stopped responding to the 'capache.
Every time I was asked to change the password, it was done in the course of my typing a mail.
I am completely shaken, as all my transmission of mail is through
