Dear Sir,

From yesterday onward, I am not able to open my rediff mail account. I tried with all different options but my all attempts were unsuccessful.

My e-mail ID is [protected]@rediffmail.com.
My contact details are as follows;

I was able to access my email ([protected]@rediffmail.com) sometime back which I always logged in on my laptop. now i can't log-in with my password. When I chose forget password, my recovery E-mal address is not the one which I provided to my account.

My appending below the information which is coming at the time of recovering the password:

Trying to open an old mail but it doesn't. It's showing a notification as "we are unable process your request. Please try again later". Please do help on this issue

The attacker changed my password and set up an alternative email id which I am unaware of, I am not able to login back in my account. It also affected my Facebook account as it was connected but now my Facebook account is resolved but my email is still not accessible to me.

the hacker has changed all my alternate recovery options and security questions. i am totally unable to log into my account.

I have bought a phone from this site but the phone i recvd was not the one i paid for. I have been trying to reach someone from this company but to no avail.
There is no link where i can submit the request for return. I am not able to login and when i am submitting request for password forget it is not going through. looks like a fraud site.
Does rediff keeps details of the company that are putting advertisments on their sites. I need full detail of the company .. Site is buymymobile.in.
