        I am not able to activate my rediffmail after i opened my account after a while . When i tried to change my password it is showing error again and again because of which i am caught in this dilemma on how to get my account back.

        I hope to get help as soon as possible because all my documents are attached to this account.

            My rediff account is hacked and the hacker had changed all the information and security question.

            pls contact on the alternate email id: [protected]@gmail.com
            my phone no., alternate email id, and security question are changed. pls help me recover my account as soon as possible.

            When I am trying to retrieve my email it is showing some email and mobile number which is not mine.

            request you to bring a 24 hrs customer service as these are the important matter and needs immediate attention. what all information can be used by hackers is uncertain.

            Hope you understand the concern and provide help on topmost priority.

Hence I created new password tried to open it by entering the same, but result was unchanged. Kindly solve it as I am unable to access my mails

                          I am writing this email on the behalf of my 70 years old Mother-In-Law Sudharani Panda who had an email id [protected]@rediffmail.com

                          She is not digitally savvy and had not used this email ID for long. Now she can't access this email ID as she has forgotten the password. She also has a new mobile no and did not update the account information Rediffmail. Now when she is trying to change the password, it is asking for OTP to be sent to an old mobile No which she does not have any more..

                          This email was used for her Karvy Stock holding many years back when the DMAT account was created. She needs this email ID to be activated so that the transfer of DMAT accounts from Karvy to IIFL can be successfully done. Please do let me know what needs to be done asap

                              My Rediffmail account with email id [protected]@rediffmail.com have been hacked. They have changed my recovery email address and registered mobile number. I am not able to reset my password now. Because of which my linkedin profile has also been hacked. This is very serious and urgent issue to note. Please take urgent action on this.

                                Which I have been using 2006, has been hacked. I don't know when, since I have switched to yahoo as my primary account. But still many of my personal mails are there in rediffmail, recently I tried to login and realised that it has been hacked. I have written many mails to rediffmail customer care from my yahoo account... [protected]@yahoo.com. But rediff has not replied.

                                    HI there,
                                    I'm Aditya Lamba with email [protected]@rediffmail.com. Recently, I was logged out of my rediffmail account and when I tried to login from my phone as well as my laptop it shows error message "Wrong username and password combination." Since I have not changed the password recently so wrong password is not the problem and when I follow the procedure to change password through 'Forgot Password?' it shows my alternate email ID as lamba.[protected]@rediffmail.com.in which is the same email with suffix ".in". So, I'm unable to change my password as well. So, please help me fix this problem ASAP.
